One month of break was a long time. But if she used that time well, it might be shorter than what she expected.
Well, she wasn't hurried anyway. It would have been the best to use all the time she had.
"I've been on the train so long that I could realize that this train is indeed mysterious!" said Charlotte who walked and spun around in the train. Aside from her, there was no one else but her brother, Bam.
"Yeah" Bam agreed. "This place is mysterious indeed."
Charlotte hummed in agreement.
"Charlotte, can you tell me more about the Floor of Death that we are facing now?" Bam asked her.
When she heard her brother called her name and asked her a question, she turned around to face him with her arms on her back.
"Hm? I thought that Khun had said everything to you."
"Well, he does" said Bam. "But for some reasons, I feel that you know something more than us."
Charlotte nodded her head in agreement.
"Well, it isn't wrong. I do know more than what you thought" said Charlotte. But before Bam could ask her any question, she raised her hand and stopped him before she said, "But. That doesn't mean I'll tell you anything."
Bam frowned in disappointment, "Why not?"
"Brother, you can't keep relying on my clairvoyance ability. If one day I lose this ability and sight, you won't have anyone to tell you about the future" Charlotte explained to him. "But if you do curious about what will happen in the Floor of Death, well, I could give you some hints."
"Really?"
"Of course. Brother, if there is something that you have to know about the Floor of Death, then we're going to meet some notable people in that place and that you'll find another hint of what you are seeking for" Charlotte explained to him with a happy smile.
"What I am seeking for?"
"Mhm!"
'Could it be about my identity?' Bam tried to make a guess.
"Brother, I know that you are worried if one of us may leave you, but I could guarantee you that we will come to the Floor of Death together, we'll also leave together" said Charlotte to him. "You don't have to worry about losing some of our friends there. We will survive despite of what will happen in the Floor of Death."
"Is that so?" Bam asked.
Charlotte nodded her head with a wider smile.
"That's good." Bam smiled and let out a sigh of relieve.
After all, it would have been better if they could go through a journey together and then return without losing even one person right?
"Charlotte! Bam!"
A male voice that didn't belong to Bam interrupted their talk. As Bam turned his head around to look at the culprit, Charlotte tilted her head a bit to see who was looking for her and her brother.
The person turned out to be Raisin, the red haired guide.
"What are you doing here, Raisin?" Bam asked the male.
"Does my brother and Noah fight again?" Charlotte asked as she walked and stopped next to Bam.
"Well, not really, though this one does involve Noah, Celeste and your brother" Raisin answered.
"Aside from the three of them fighting, what else could that be?" She was curious.

"Well......I think your brother is in danger right now."
Both Charlotte and Bam were confused to hear those words. What threat and danger could Altaira/ brother could possibly experience right now, both of them wondered. Right now, on the train that was peaceful for a moment, there couldn't possibly be any threats and dangers that could harm them. Not until they reached the Floor of Death.
But still, the two of them followed Raisin to check it out.
Raisin guided them to Altaira's room where they could see both Noah and Estrella were trying to spy someone from the door that they opened a little to check on inside.
"What's wrong?" Charlotte asked, only to see both Noah and Estrella put their index fingers on their lips, whispering "sshh" and told them to be quiet.
Both Charlotte and Bam raised one of their eyebrows.
"This is an important show" said Noah who gestured them to come though Raisin knew that Noah wouldn't be gesturing Bam to come and watch a show with him. He was asking Charlotte to come and watch what happened inside his master's room next to him.
The two of them also peeked from the door where they watched how Altaira, a proud and stubborn guy from the Khun Family was being cornered. To their surprises, Nathan was pointing his sword at Altaira who was holding the electrical blue spear he made from Shinsu with a glare. Nathan glared at Altaira who glared to him back, didn't want to lose to him despite of their strengths gap.
"How dare you, brat!" he said.
"Why I won't dare?" Altaira asked back.
"You.....!"
"What happened actually?" Bam asked Noah with a whispering tone.
"How did my brother piss Nathan?" Charlotte asked, pointed her index finger to the two of them.
"Bam, Charlotte, if I tell you the truth, you'll have to believe in me, okay?" Noah asked solemnly.
Both Bam and Charlotte looked at each other before they turned their heads at Noah and nodded their heads in agreement.
"Good. So apparently, though I don't know how, my master have figured out Altaira's and Celeste's relationship. He believed that Altaira has always been taking advantage of my younger sister which is true like what we know.........so, now he wants to dig out Altaira's true motive in approaching Celeste."
"He figured it out on his own? Are you sure that you aren't the one who told him?" Charlotte asked but she meant no harm or accusation.
"Of course not. I know that you wouldn't be happy, so I didn't tell my master. Well, even though I said that I don't tell him, I didn't stop him or helping you guys hiding the truth."
That sentence made Bam realized about something. He realized something bad happening right now.
"You could consider my feelings? How very nice of you" said Charlotte. Noah didn't deny that as he nodded his head. "So after your master realized about their relationship, he went to look for my brother, is it?"
Noah nodded his head again.
"Mr. Nathan is indeed powerful! He defeated Altaira before he could do anything!" said Estrella. "He didn't even use any skill for that!"
"He's a ranker. Do you expect an ordinary D- regular to defeat a ranker?" Raisin asked back.

'That's right. An ordinary D- rank regular couldn't have defeat a ranker, especially when the ranker is mad. Brother is indeed amazing to not piss himself before a ranker who comes to kill him with blood lust' Charlotte thought as her admiration for her brother increased.
It was all thanks to Raisin that right now they could watch such a good scene, though Charlotte felt bad for her brother.
"Celeste is indeed loved. It seems like if she is getting married in the future, whoever her husband will not have an easy life" Charlotte bluntly said.
Hearing her words, the three-- Noah, Estrella and Raisin sweated dropped.
'What about you? If anyone dares to approach you, your twin brother would have made them regret being born to this world.'
"When Noah and I aren't around, you seem to have a good time taking advantage of my disciple" said Nathan. He pushed the tip of the sword a little bit further and touched his neck. Altaira didn't back off or avoid his sword as he stood confidently on his ground. "Say it, what's your motive approaching Celeste?"
"I said it that I don't have any motives in approaching Celeste" said Altaira. He was honestly sick with this kind of scenario. Having Bam to separate him from his sister and Noah to separate him from Celeste were more than enough. Now, he was being threatened and accused by a ranker for something that he would never do.
"That's rich coming from the son of Khun Edhan."
Altaira, "......"
"Your master doesn't seem to like Khun Family" said Estrella to Noah.
"Perhaps it's because back then he once dated with a girl from Khun Family but ended up being taken advantage and cheated by him" Noah explained.
"Mr. Nathan has a girlfriend?"
"What's so surprising of that? I mean, he lives for a long time. It would have been strange and surprising if he has never gone to a date just once" said Noah. "Not to mention that back then when he was a regular, although I don't know whether it's right or not, but I heard that he and his teammates often get lots of troubles from the sons of Khun Family when they climbed the tower so whenever he ever encounters with one of them, he will just avoid and stay away from them....as if they are some kind of virus or disease."
"It seems like the Khun Family is really his nemesis" Charlotte commented.
"Is that the reason why you also dislike Khun Family?" Bam curiously asked.
"Hm? When have I said those words?" Noah asked.
"Well, Charlotte said to me that you don't get along well with them which is why she didn't take Altaira or Khun with her to free you back then" Bam explained.
Noah pondered about it and looked at Charlotte, trying to recall when that happened. It took them few moments until they remembered that she made up such a lie.
Noah coughed, "Well, I don't really like them as well. By a glance you could tell that those people up to no good."
"........Celeste said that you are a man with virtues. But from how I look at it, it's obvious that she is overestimating you" Altaira spoke after he was quiet for several moments.
His tone wasn't hurried or panicked. His tone was calm but in the same time, filled with resentment and anger. The resentment and anger also reflected in his blue eyes.
"What did you say?!" Nathan asked in disbelief.
"What I want to say is just you are nothing but a narrow- minded and arrogant ranker with bad judgements and tastes" Altaira bravely spoke up.
This made those who watched him and Nathan shocked.
"Who would have guessed that a coward like him who has always used all the cheap tricks and runs away from work could be this brave?" Noah asked.
"Do you really see him as a coward?"
Charlotte who was surprised then had her lips curled into a smirk. A proud smirk.
If there was one thing that Nathan missed was that Altaira has always been fearless and tough. He valued his dignity more than his life and would rather die honorably than being humiliated. If someone mocks him, even though the person was stronger than him, he will find a way to piss him off.
Nathan frowned even deeper.
"Do you know what you are talking about?"
"I know. I'm speaking facts right now" said Altaira. "But then again, you aren't the first ranker who behaves like Mr. Know-It-All and narrow- minded. I've encountered some just like you. Or maybe even worse."
Nathan lowered his sword and then immediately choked Altaira, pushing him to the wall.
"It seems like you don't want to live. Do you think just because you have a slayer candidate as your younger sister and Celeste on your back, you could do whatever you want to do?"
Even though right now he was being choked and found it hard to breath, that didn't stop Altaira from smirking and grinning even wider.
"Old bastard.....are you choking me right now....because you can't win in an argument with me?"
"Don't think because Celeste cares about you, I won't dare to kill you. I've met arrogant bunch of regulars like you and none of them end up well whenever they piss me. You called me narrow- minded and arrogant right? But at the end, you'll still die in my hands."
It was pure bluff.
Even though Nathan wanted to kill Altaira right now, he had to remember that there were two high rankers who were stronger than him present in the train. Added that this Altaira had a powerful slayer candidate as his younger sister and that Celeste who cared much for him, he will also suffer the consequences if he killed him.
"That's my biggest regret" said Altaira fiercely. "If you give me some time, one day I will come back and kill you, stupid red head. You said that I approached Celeste with bad motives, do you have a proof for that? What right do you have to put me on the same level with those bastards, eh? Just because you met with some people from Khun Family who gave you troubles doesn't mean I will also give you trouble just because we shared the same father.
You are a ranker who has lived for so long. How could you not understand such a basic? Honestly, do you even have something called intelligence and morals?
But seeing you randomly barged into someone's room and accused him for something that he had and will never done, you do lack those things."
