- Switching Dallars -

All of them had made their grand entrance for the slayer selection game.

If they were late for several more seconds, then they will automatically defeated. They arrived there with the help of Khun's lighthouse.

Charlotte's golden eyes stared around the place. There was Hoaqin, Sweet and Sour Team, their friends and also two children with white hair and eyes that looked quite similar with Hoaqin himself. Charlotte assumed that the two of them must be Vicente and Anna, Hoaqin's siblings.

If there was something that Charlotte hadn't tell her friends yet was that the truth that Vicente and Anna weren't clones. They were Hoaqin's siblings who worked together with him in order to outshine their father. And now, they were having an argument.

Vicente, the short white haired boy who was holding a book chose to stand on Wangnan's side. In another word, he was their ally.

Wangnan and Yeon had given him food when he was angry. Moreover, when the five Arie siblings including Hoaqin had used that forbidden spell to be one, he was sleeping all the time and the one who controlled all their actions and decisions was only Hoaqin. He disagreed with it and this time, he wanted to be the center among the five of them.

While Anna, as far as Charlotte remembered, she seemed to be an obedient younger sister. She was obedient, like the sister that Altaira had dreamed for.

Altaira always said to her that he preferred innocent and obedient younger sister just like in films. But to his bad luck, his younger sister was someone playful who keeps looking for troubles whenever she had the chance for it. He always sighed and complained whenever he thought of it and Charlotte would just smile happily. Now that Charlotte recalled about this one, she smiled on her own.

The thought that Altaira was complaining that his sister wasn't that obedient had already made her smile. Combining with the fact that she encountered her friends again and Hoaqin has yet became one made her smile even wider. It was because that if Hoaqin hadn't become one with his siblings, then the chance of their winning will be higher.

Well, of course, it will only be the matter of time before they won. But Charlotte shouldn't underestimate the challenge before her. Like what her teacher, Ha Jinsung said to her, that if she gotten herself arrogant to a certain point, she might lose or defeated. And that will surely be humiliating.

Hoaqin, Anna and Vicente noticed that Celeste and Noah who were standing along with the others. Their eyes were locked at Celeste who had white hair and eyes with a sword on her hand. Without a doubt, she might be one of the Arie just like them.

Hoaqin didn't notice her before. One month ago, he bumped to his old enemies, had a fight with two slayer nominees, accepted the ridiculous challenge and busied himself to look for his siblings just to face the betrayal from Vicente. He was sure that there was a high chance that Celeste might be from the same family with them but he wasn't sure whether he had seen her before.

The descendants in the Arie Family might not be a lot but he was locked for around six hundreds years because of Boro and his damned friends so he didn't know what happened outside when he was sealed.

Poro Poe, they guy whom they met in the Hell Train and the one who helped Rachel and her comrades was riding on something to float in the air, in the shinsu. He floated high before the others, causing the regulars to have to lift their heads to look at him. Behind him, there was a large screen.

Poro Poe cleared his throat before he began to talk.

"Now that the participating regulars have all gathered, we will now begin the match!" he said to all the regulars there. "The Hell Train stage four! The match for determining the slayer candidate! A death match where each other's life and the position of slayer nominee lies! The test for the fourth stage will be--"

He lifted his arm and the screen showed something. The screen showed something like golden coin with number one written on it. Behind the number one, there seemed to be sort of wings to decorate the coin. And there were also two words on the screen which were:

Khun echoed, "Dallar show?"

Dallar show wasn't a familiar game to most regulars, but it was the game that the head of the Ten Great Families used to play. In this game, the points that were called as the "Dallars" played the essential part.

If they lost their dallars, then they might be disqualified and unable to participate any longer. Worst, they might lose their lives.

For the test in stage fourth, the test will be divided in three rounds. The dallars that they earned from the first round will affect their chances of winning in the second round, the dallars that they earned from the second round will affect the winning chance in the third round. In the third round, all the dallars they earned will be used by Bam or the Jue Viole Grace and Hoaqin to fight against each other.

Wangnan's Team and Viole's Team were considered to be one. Poro Poe declared that Jue Viole Grace will be the leader of their own team. Charlotte didn't mind about that though.

Khun knew that these FUG had wanted to get rid of them. Putting them in the same side will make it easier to get rid all of them once they lost. But they were unaware that in their side, there was someone who could read the future for them. Charlotte had specifically told him earlier that this selection game will win with them as the winner.

But even though she had said it to him, he still can't lower down his guard. He remembered that there was still the chance for Charlotte to be wrong and that they might lose instead and losing was the last thing he wanted to.

"Then, we will now distribute 'Dallars' to everyone!" Poro Poe declared.

The one Dallar on the screen began to glow white or yellow and followed by that light, golden coins began to fall. The Dallars fell to the regulars like rain, except that it was slower than the raindrops and that the number of the Dallars had been decided. Each regular got one, including Charlotte.

Charlotte who caught her Dallar looked at the number of it. She smiled as she closed her right palm that was holding the Dallar. Altaira who was standing next to her noticed her smile and looked at the Dallar that he caught.

10 Dallars.

He didn't know whether he should laugh or cry when he got it. He didn't like the number ten on his own Dallar and he was thinking what he should do with it.

Poro Poe reminded to all the regulars that it would have been better for them to not reveal the number of their Dallars. After that, the first round began to start.

"Now, then, let's the first round begin!" Poro Poe said again. The screen had changed into white. "Fifteen Dallars of reward will be given at the end of the game and the name of the game is catch game! Catching the Sweet Fish!

I will explain the rules in details about the catching Sweet Fish in a minute! Since this is the first round, only two from each team will participate! The regulars with the highest dallars of ten from each team, please come down to stadium!"

Altaira leaned close to his sister and asked, "Can I take a look at your Dallar?"

"No" Charlotte immediately denied.

"Why not?"

"I've got a bad feeling that you might just do something bad to me" Charlotte answered earnestly.

"What do you think I'll do? Switching your Dallar? I don't even get ten" Altaira said as he showed his Dallar.

He used his thumb to close the 0 number on his own Dallar, making it look like as if he had just gotten 1. And Charlotte, being clumsy and careless for a moment didn't pay a clear attention on it and believed in her brother and showed her Dallar in which she regretted it.

Altaira moved quite fast and swift. He switched his Dallar with Charlotte within a blink on an eye and then raised his right arm that was holding her Dallar high on the air.

Charlotte didn't accept it, of course.

"What the heck are you doing?!" She asked Altaira as she tried to reach for her Dallar back in half-whispering voice. But considering the difference of their heights, it was hard for her to get it back. "Give it back! That is my Dallar-!"

"Not anymore" he replied in half-whispering voice as well before he looked at the others and said loudly with a playful smile, "She has the 10 Dallars! Charlotte gets the 10 Dallar!"

The others turned around to look at the pair of siblings.

"Is that so?" Bam believed in Altaira's words easily in which the others also felt the same thing.

"Let's go then" Khun said while flipping his coin for a bit. Coincidentally, he was the one who got the 10 Dallars.

"No-- wait, brother, give me back that one-!" she said as she still tried to get her own Dallar back.

"You've already got your own Dallar, why are you looking for mine?" Altaira asked again.

"Yours? How could it be yours when you're the one who snatched it from me? Give it back!"

Charlotte had never forgot that Altaira was a cunning man. No wonder he was reborn again in the Khun Family. Altaira was very cunning and cruel that he didn't spare his own younger adorable sister.

The reason why she lowered her guard this time was because that she had never expected that Altaira would be tricking, deceiving, lying to her in the middle of the game where their lives were on the line.

"Brother, you are crossing the line you know. You really crossing the line" Charlotte seriously said. She knew what the first round will be and knew that she would be useless for this one. And besides, she didn't like having her things being switched like this. Her good-for-nothing brother literally passed his work to her. "I'm really, really disappointed at you."

"Could you be more disappointed than me?" Altaira asked her, flipping with his new Dallars with a smirk. "And is this the first time you feel disappointed with me?"

Charlotte was about to snatch the coin when Altaira flipped it in which failed since Altaira had seen it coming. The blue haired male looked at his half brother with a playful smile, hinting him to do something in which Khun just rolled his eyes.

Honestly, they didn't have time for this. But for someone like Altaira, he will always have the time to mess with the others. And his targets would always be someone clumsy and careless like Charlotte or Estrella. He knew that the one who got the 10 Dallars was Altaira who switched it with her Dallar.

"You know, if you are uncomfortable with me around, you can just say it" Khun said to Charlotte. At the end, he still decided to play along with Altaira. "I won't mind that."

"Ha? Of course not!" Charlotte denied. "It's just that--!"

"If you don't feel uncomfortable around me, why do you refuse to go on the stadium with me?"

"No-- that's--!"

"We really don't have the time for this, Charlotte" Khun said again. "Do you want to go....or ?"

He emphasized the word "not" clearly.

Charlotte lowered her head as she could feel the disappointed that Khun felt(which was obviously fake). No matter what, she wasn't given a chance to explain. This time, she was really wronged.

".....alright, I'll go..." Charlotte surrendered. From the corner of her eyes, she could see that Altaira smiled even wider.

"Okay then" Khun lightly responded as he headed to the stadium first.

When he wasn't looking, Charlotte glared at Altaira who tilted his head with the playful smirk.

"Brother, I am someone who holds grudge, a vindictive person" Charlotte said to him before she followed Khun to the stadium. "Be careful that I might bite you later."

Altaira chuckled when he heard that. He was waiting for it.
