The gibbous ivory moon is rusting and the lustrous coruscating stars are crumbling to dust. Rain is drenching the planet in pain and in the tears of the clouds. Sunlight is disappearing as the sun allows itself to be lured in by a black hole. The universe is falling apart in a pathetic attempt at mimicking our broken hearts. But this is what I feel for you—the entire weight of the universe's collapse is holding my heart down.
