i walked back to group who stood in the sea, composing myself to come across fine. "Y/n! Can you take some photos of me?" Maddi asked as she pulled her phone out ready to hand me "of course i can, i'm the best photographer here" i boast smiling knowing Nick will say something any minute now. "erm i think the fuck not" he states, laughing at the response i took the phone opening the camera ready to do a little photo shoot for maddi.
Some time later, i successfully took the best photos of maddi proud of my camera skills i gave her the phone back, i spun around ready to head back to our blankets further up the beach. i bumped into something solid, it made me tumble back slightly but luckily i stabilised my balance peering at the thing that i walked into, it was matt. "sorry matt i didn't see you" i mumble nervously knowing he was still pretty mad at me. not hearing a response i gaze back up to him only to see him rolling his eyes and walking away making sure to barge past my shoulder as he walked away. 'oh' i whispered bringing my arm up to hold my shoulder that was kind of in pain. i shrugged off whatever happened and walked to where i was already heading.
"Fuck Y/n why do you walk so quickly wait for me!" i slowed down my pace turning my head to the recognisable voice who was shouting me, "i'm not walking fast your just slow" i laughed, he caught up to me looking grumpy as ever. "What now you big baby" i asked concerned about the look that appeared on his face. "You keep on walking off for 1 and 2 what's with you and matt huh?" Chris spoke in a rapid speed. "fucking hell Chris is that why your being so grumpy?" i chuckled at the stupid reasons he just stated. "I'm sorry i keep walking off but do i really have to tell you ever where i am going?" i replied looking at the moody boy who stood beside me. opening his mouth he said "Yes you do have to tell me everything because that's what best friends do Y/n." he answered. "Noted." i giggled looking at his face full of proudness, he noticed me looking at him and he gave me a warm smile. my heart did flips. my stomach had butterflies. 'why am i feeling like this?' i thought, meanwhile i unknowingly let a small smile. realising i was probably staring i looked away clearing my throat, "oh by the way me and matt had a small disagreement on something that's all, we will resolve it soon don't worry." i mentioned trying to clear the silence between on another. "oh right, i'll talk to him about it to make sure he isn't being stupid" he chuckled and i nodded my head in response.

Once we reached the blankets i asked Chris to take some photos for me and per usual he agreed but on one condition, ~ "I'll take these photos but on one condition.. i'm allowed to be in at least one of them." he take the phone knowing my answer would be a yes ~ After our mini photoshoot the others came over ready to head back, the sunset turned into darkness indicating we were to head back. i thanked Chris for the the pictures and we made our way back to the van. Usually chris called shotgun on the front seat but i guess today he didn't feel like sitting in the passenger seat, i thought it was strange so i hopped in the back with him and maddi. Nick got in the front and matt drive us home.
(i've nut has time to check if there are any mistakes sorry xx)
