Waking up with her limbs tangled with Arthurs was something Marnie never thought she would experience.

More so never thought that she would be able to stay so still so that Arthur wouldn't wake up.

Marnie's body was so tense, Arthur's arm thrown carelessly around her bare stomach, Marnie's head resting on her arm.

Marnie hadn't known that late last night after they had stripped bare, changed and gotten under the covers she had in fact dozed off after talking so much. Arthur's hand had grown numb but she would rather die than wake Marnie up so she bore it. It terrified them how much they loved this.

How far they were going to go just to make sure the other was at peace.

They loved this enough to never move.

"Too tense," Arthur whispers in Mer's hair and she flinched in surprise before feeling a wave of embarrassment wash over her as she tried to loosen up.

"Hi," Mer whisper back turning her body towards her beloved and curling up against her chest.

"Hi." She whispers back and holds Mer back tighter.

"Where would we be going today?" The honey-eyed one asks trying to divert the subject.

"I want to take you to Enna first and after that, it's a surprise." Dark eyes inform Mer and she nods against her chest. Art turns to be on her back her arm still under Mer's head.

Art sighs in what Marnie can assume to be contempt as she stares at the large windows that were covered with curtains but a small portion of the window was left unsealed as the sunlight poured in and on the two lying lazily in their bed.

Arthur never hated Marnie. She hated how much she actually liked her. She hated how much her entire being ached when she was away from her.

Marnie on the other hand, would go to the pits of hell to make sure that Arthur knew how much she liked her.

Both of them were poles apart but two sides of the same coin at the same time.

The golden rays shone upon them marking them as one of the earth. One of everything around. Everything beautiful. Everything replaceable. Everything that would wilt, wrinkle and would die someday.

Arthur didn't bother to tell Marnie why she wanted to go to Enna. Never bothering to tell her that Enna was where she grew up. And that Arthur wanted to show Marnie around.

"Where would you take me?" Marnie asks propping herself on her elbows.

"Somewhere." Art smiles and Mer rolls her eyes.

Art laughs before tackling her and peppering her with kisses.

"Stop!" Marnie laughs, her hands in fists pulled to her chest as her head is thrown back while she laughs.

"Art I am going to pee." She exclaimed and Art finally stopped with the largest smile on her face.

"I like your laugh." She said and Marnie's face brightened.

That's a lie.

Arthur didn't just like Marnie's laugh. She loved it. She could listen to it all day and she would not get bored of it. Her laugh was like a breath of fresh air after being in smoke all day. Feeling it fill up your lungs, travel every part of your body and hate when you have to exhale. That's Marnie.

They took their sweet little time to get out of bed and shower. Their minds were plagued with the fear of what was coming next. What would happen when they get home? Would they have to pretend that there was nothing?

"Tesoro." Art called holding little Lenon in her palm as she purred.

"Yeah." Marnie exited the balcony and stood right in front of her.

"What time do you have to get home?" Art asks and Marnie furrows her eyebrows before checking her last text with her dad.

"I guess until tomorrow morning?" She says and Art grins.

"Good then. I want to take you somewhere tonight." She says and Marnie's heart starts beating a little too fast.

"Take me where?" She asks and when Arthur shrugs she groans.

"Ugh, you're insufferable." She throws her head back but a smile is evident on her face.

It was a beautiful sight to see but if anyone would have known the danger of it they would run the other way.

After all, they never noticed the tracker stuck to Marnie's suit jacket.
