Qi Le’an and Wei Changfeng entered the therapeutic room behind the clinic. Dr. Cui’s young disciple was fiddling with the equipment. Upon seeing the long needles, Qi Le’an felt his blood froze.
Would the needles be used to prick his own throat? Was it really safe?
He looked at Wei Changfeng in a fluster and found that Wei Changfeng was also a bit panicked.
The young disciple came over and asked, “Are you Qi Le’an?”
Qi Le’an nodded.
The young disciple started to burn the needles, saying, “I will bleed you first before doing the cupping.”
Qi Le’an was so confused. He still needed to do the cupping? Wouldn’t he die if he was given cupping therapy with the injury of bloodletting?
Wei Changfeng also asked with a frown, “Why does he have to take the cupping therapy?”
The young disciple was stunned and asked, “Master didn’t tell you? I will bleed you and then offer you cupping therapy on the neck.”
Qi Le’an was even more horrified.
The young disciple finished burning the needle. Seeing that the needle was as long as ten centimeters, Qi Le’an couldn’t help tugging at Wei Changfeng. The young disciple came over with the needle. Wei Changfeng hastened to say, “Wait, isn’t it Mr. Cui who will prick the needle?”
The young disciple said, “It won’t make any difference. My eyes are even better than my master!”
Qi Le’an was stupefied. He didn’t want to take the needle treatment. Could he run away now?
It was too late.
The young disciple held the needle in one hand and the alcohol pad in the other. “Don’t worry. I’m quite skillful.”
Qi Le’an couldn’t be assured anyhow. He was really afraid!
In ancient times, chivalrous people directly slit the throat when killing others. If anything untoward happened to him, Wei Sama would be extremely sorrowful!
Wei Changfeng was also a little afraid, saying, “This… Are you sure there’s no problem? Bleeding him on his throat?”
The young disciple looked at them with confusion and said resignedly, “Do you have any misunderstanding about traditional Chinese medicine?”
Qi Le’an and Wei Changfeng looked at each other.
The young disciple said grumpily, “Show me your hand! Who told you I would bleed you on the throat? What if I misconduct by accident and the wound severely bleeds? To cure the sore throat, the bleeding is exerted on Shaoshang Acupoint! The acupoint is on the hand!”
Qi Le’an was speechless.
Why didn’t he say it earlier? It sounded so scary to bleed on the throat! It would be fine if he wanted to bleed on his hand!
Wei Changfeng was also a little embarrassed. Even he didn’t know much about traditional Chinese medicine.
Qi Le’an reached out his hand and the young disciple pricked the side of the thumb with a needle accurately and harshly!
Qi Le’an didn’t have the time to take a breath! The young disciple must be seeking revenge on him.
The long needle was inserted about one or two centimeters, and Qi Le’an felt the pain was more or less the same as a blood draw. After the pricking, the young disciple fetched a steel plate, which seemed like the tray for placing the medical instrument in a hospital.

He pulled out the needle, pressed Qi Le’an’s acupoint, and let out the blood into the plate.
The wound was small and it didn’t bleed much. The young disciple squeezed the blood drip by drip into the plate. Qi Le’an saw that the color of the newly squeezed blood was darker and thicker. It wasn’t until ten drops were squeezed that the color became normal.
The young disciple took a cotton swab and blocked the wound, asking, “Try swallowing. How do you feel?”
Qi Le’an tried it and his eyes glittered!
His throat didn’t seem to hurt anymore! How magical!
The young disciple said proudly, “Are you feeling much better? Do you want to bleed the other hand too? The color of your blood is dark and it seems that there is quite some toxin in your body.”
Qi Le’an frowned. He was tired of being tortured by the sore throat, so he immediately agreed to bleed the other hand. Wei Changfeng found it quite magical and picked up his phone to take a video.
The young disciple said, “Don’t record my face in the video! Besides, remember to give a close-up view of the logo on the plate!”
Wei Changfeng couldn’t help but say, “Okay.”
The young disciple continued to burn the needle and bled the other hand for Qi Le’an in the same way. After that, he passed a glass of saltwater to Qi Le’an and said, “Drink it to moisten your throat, lie in the bed and get ready for cupping.”
Qi Le’an was not afraid after the bloodletting. He lay on the bed in the room and leaned his head backward docilely.
“Have you tried cupping before?” The young disciple said while burning the cups.
Qi Le’an shook his head.
“Maybe it will hurt a little,” the young disciple said, “but the throat will feel lighter. Try to lean back as much as possible in the case that the cups will fall.”
Qi Le’an looked at Wei Changfeng nervously when he heard it would hurt.
Bloodletting wouldn’t hurt. As it appeared now, cupping would be more painful than bloodletting!
Wei Changfeng moved to the other side of the bed and held Qi Le’an’s hand.
It was okay. Wei Sama was here.
The young disciple glanced at them and then stared at their clasped hands and the rings for a few seconds. Holding the cups, he walked over and pouted, saying, “Here it comes!”
Qi Le’an was so nervous that his hair stood up and Wei Changfeng squeezed his hand to comfort him. The young disciple put the cup on Qi Le’an’s neck and started to exhaust the air!
Qi Le’an felt a pain in his throat! He couldn’t help swallowing his saliva. The disciple said hurriedly, “Don’t move around! The cups will fall!”
Qi Le’an was so frightened that he didn’t dare to move around.
Four or five cups were placed on the throat. Qi Le’an was glad that he couldn’t see what he was like. Wei Changfeng saw that his throat was sucked up into small pieces. Every piece was purplish-red.
It looked really scary!
Qi Le’an felt the pain and didn’t dare to move. It was such torture. Luckily, the whole process of cupping was rather fast, which only took ten minutes or so. Air gradually went into the cups and the young disciple took them off one by one.

The young disciple poured another glass of saltwater for Qi Le’an and asked, “How do you feel?”
Qi Le’an drank the water to moisten his throat. Maybe the exterior pain was greater than the interior pain. He didn’t feel his throat was sore now!
“Look at you. Your skin is purplish red. You’ve accumulated too much coldness in your body,” the young disciple said, “You can do this a few more times if you have time.”
Qi Le’an looked into the mirror beside him and saw that there were purplish-red circles around his neck. This was so scary!
He did up the last button of his collar and the young disciple handed a treatment list to the two of them, “You can leave now. Go out of the door, turn right and pay the bill!”
Qi Le’an and Wei Changfeng went out with their treatment list. Outside, Wei Xin’an also had experienced some torture.
She saw the marks on Qi Le’an’s neck and felt startled, asking, “Did you have the cupping therapy?”
Wei Changfeng nodded and Wei Xin’an asked, “Does this place also offer cupping therapy? I thought it only offered the bloodletting therapy.”
Qi Le’an raised his hand and said, “He bled my hands.”
Wei Xin’an heard him and said, “You do sound better.”
“Where’s Mother?” asked Wei Changfeng, who hadn’t seen her mother after looking around for a long time.
“She has gone to get the medicine,” Wei Xin’an said, “Forget it. I’ll leave in a few days.”
Qi Le’an looked at her with sympathy.
Wei Mama came back with a lot of packs as expected after a while. Wei Changfeng took the packs and asked, “Why are there so many packs? How long are these medicines for?”
“For one week,” Wei Mama chuckled. “Dr. Cui said that your sister is weak, so she should have some supplements! There are still two bags, I can’t hold them at one time!”
Even Wei Changfeng felt the medicine was quite heavy. When she heard there were two more packs, Wei Xin’an said, “Are these things for a week or a month?”
“Alas. You must go to the doctor every week,” Wei Mama explained, “You will have new medicine for the next week.”
Wei Xin’an was lost for words.
Qi Le’an helped Wei Changfeng to take out the rest of the medicine and then turned right to pay for the bills for both him and Wei Xin’an.
Wei Mama yelled, “How come you paid the bills? You should have let me do it!”
Qi Le’an smiled and shook his head, saying, “It’s okay. It doesn’t cost much.”
Wei Mama said, “The fees that Dr. Cui charges are not cheap! You are working hard outside. You don’t have to pay for this!”
“We are a family anyway,” Wei Xin’an said aside, “It doesn’t matter that Le’an paid the bill. It is pregnancy medicine. When my baby comes out, it will call him uncle.”
Qi Le’an felt touched when he heard this.
Wei Mama couldn’t help saying with a smile, “That’s true.”
The four of them went home happily. That night, Wei Mama cooked a meal full of Chinese medicine for Wei Xin’an and even called her friends in China to buy a good medicine cooker.
Wei Xin’an was so depressed.
At night, Qi Le’an lay on Wei Changfeng’s bed publicly, feeling that what happened today was like a dream.
Last night, he was so nervous that he couldn’t fall asleep. He didn’t expect everything to go so smoothly today.
Wei Changfeng took a shower and came out. While wiping his head, he asked Qi Le’an, “Do you want some water?”
Qi Le’an had developed the habit of drinking water during the past half a month. He nodded and said, “Yes!”
Wei Changfeng listened to his voice and smiled, “It looks scary, but the effect is good.”
He poured some water for Qi Le’an. Qi Le’an drank up the water and wanted to use the bathroom again. He ran to the bathroom with his pants in his hand.
While he was answering the call of nature, Wei Changfeng came in.
Qi Le’an exclaimed, “Wei Sama!”
Wei Changfeng threw the towel into the basket and said, “It’s okay. Continue.”
Qi Le’an, who held back his waterfall, blushed with a red face. How could he continue with Wei Sama in the bathroom?
Wei Changfeng burst into laughter. He finally stopped teasing Qi Le’an and closed the door after washing his hands.
Qi Le’an let out a sigh of relief and let out his waterfall again.
After he washed his hands, he found that Wei Sama was changing clothes.
There was only one black pair of underwear on his body.
Qi Le’an held the frame and thought that Wei Sama must do it on purpose! He must be purposeful!
Since he was sick, the two of them had not done anything too exciting. Wei Sama himself must want to do it so badly!
Wei Changfeng looked back and smiled mischievously.
Qi Le’an replied, “Wei Sama, we are at home.”
Wei Changfeng shrugged and said, “Mother must be with Sis.”
“Sis is right next door.”
“The soundproofing in my house is very good,” Wei Changfeng said, “Especially my room.”
Qi Le’an was speechless. If he still turned it down, he must be nuts!
The two immediately cuddled each other and Qi Le’an let out a groan. Wei Changfeng hovered above him, kissed Qi Le’an’s Adam’s Apple, and sucked at the purple marks.
“I have a bulky turtleneck…” Wei Changfeng said, “I can wear it tomorrow.”
Qi Le’an raised his head and couldn’t help groaning.
Wei Changfeng bit his Adam’s Apple and felt Qi Le’an’s subtle movements. Qi Le’an moved downward and kissed the lower part.
Qi Le’an looked at the ceiling in a daze, feeling that it was even tougher to get over than bloodletting and cupping.
“Wei Sama…” he mumbled.
Wei Changfeng looked up at him and said mischievously, “Wei Sama is here.”
The two bodies were pressed together, and the room was full of romance.
