Qi Le An went to the bathroom to take a cold shower while Wei Chang Feng got changed with a meaningful smile on his face.

He never imagined that his Little An would be this bold, ‘he just kissed me on the forehead’. It seemed that now he had an answer for all those uncertain feelings.

A cold shower in the morning was not good, but Wei Chang Feng was happy.

The two of them took a cold shower, in turn, to calm down. When Qi Le An came out of the bathroom, he saw that Wei Chang Feng was smiling blankly on the sofa.

Qi Le An didn’t go back to his room, he went straight to Chen Shan’s instead. He had an early scene today and Chen Shan should get up at 6 o’clock. However, Qi Le An knocked on the door for a long time, yet no one answered the door. So Qi Le An called him.

There came the noise of Chen Shan’s ringtone from the room, but no one answered. Qi Le An frowned. ‘Is Chen Mama not in his room, is he out all night?’

‘This is really troublesome. Chen Mama is MAD!’

He made a few more calls to try his luck, he was convinced that Chen Shan really wasn’t in his room and he didn’t bring his phone in the end, so he sighed and returned to his room.

The spring rolls and soy milk were a little cold. Qi Le An put these on the table and got changed.

He realized how much he relied on Chen Shan and how much he had taken Chen Shan’s care. He packed up the stuff he needed for the day and headed to the set on a crew member’s car. Every time they took a break, he would subconsciously look for Chen Shan in the hope to ask him how he thought about the scene. Most importantly, he couldn’t see Chen Shan on the set and he felt a huge void in his heart.

Ever since Chen Shan became his manager, he would try his best to accompany Qi Le An for every scene. Chen Shan didn’t say much on set, a lot of crew members thought he was the unapproachable type. Although the girls on set all thought he was handsome, most of them didn’t take the initiative to talk to him. However, Chen Shan was the most reliable one on set. There was one time when a young stylist from the crew couldn’t find a costume in the suitcase and cried. Chen Shan was the first one who had given her a helping hand.

For Qi Le An, he never had to worry about a thing in Chen Shan’s presence.

‘I really have gone too far yesterday.’

A lot of people on set had come to ask Qi Le An where Chen Shan had gone in the morning. Qi Le An would just respond with a dry smile, the irritation had also affected his shooting. He didn’t go to the front desk to ask for a room key, he resorted to the trick of having himself tortured to soften the other one’s heart.

At three o’clock in the afternoon, Chen Shan finally came back, breathing alcohol fumes.

Chen Shan walked directly to his door as if he hadn’t seen Qi Le An. He just walked past Qi Le An and opened the door with his card. Qi Le An squeezed into the room before Chen Shan closed the door, then he looked at Chen Shan and said softly, “Chen Ge.”

Chen Shan was unmoved. He picked up his phone coldly, checking his messages.

Qi Le An added, “Chen Ge, I’m so sorry…”

Chen Shan put his phone on the coffee table indifferently and walked into the bathroom.

Chen Shan, was Qi Le An’s manager, so his room was different, it was less fancy than the male lead Qi Le An’s. Chen Shan’s room was a regular Queen Room, but Qi Le An’s stuff had taken up around half of the space.

Chen Shan entered the bathroom and Qi Le An cheekily followed him.

Chen Shan, “What’s going on? Can you please get out?”

Chen Shan sneered, “No need to put on a show with me. Get out!”

Chen Shan started to unfasten his belt.

Qi Le An grabbed Chen Shan’s belt and shouted, “Chen Ge, I’m wrong. Please forgive me, I won’t let you undo your belt if you don’t, you can’t pee if you don’t undo your belt!”

Qi Le An’s behavior threw the bathroom into turmoil, Chen Shan grabbed his belt and freaked out, “You little bastard, get out of here! I need to pee!”

“No, Chen Ge, if you don’t forgive me, I will never leave this bathroom!”

Chen Shan was in a rush, he took a deep breath and shouted, “All right, all right, I hear you, and I forgive you! Get lost now!”

Qi Le An immediately let go of his hand, he left the bathroom with a swoosh, he had closed the door gently for Chen Shan.

Chen Shan murmured with food in his mouth, “You didn’t like him before.”

Qi Le An nibbled on the pumpkin and said, “I like him very much now.”

Chen Shan was confused.

As expected, Chu Cheng Yuan came back with a few plates. He picked Chinese Yam, stir-fried potato chips, sauté pork with capsicum.

Qi Le An smiled happily, “That’s great! Finally, someone is accompanying me to eat healthy meals!”

Chu Cheng Yuan sat down and said, “Feel free to ask me to have healthy meals with you anytime.”

Qi Le An rolled his eyes in his heart, but he put on a smile and said, “Then it’s settled! We should have more meals together!”

Chu Cheng Yuan smiled and said, “Great.”

They gazed at each other with fake smiles, both scheming against each other.
