The main character, Infinite, was left with very little lore and a TON of hate when Sonic Forces came out. This story is intended to show his full backstory and attempt to at least partially rationalize everything. (Ok, you can't fully rationalize what the guy did, but you can show that he had a definite true motive.)

Trying to write in 1st person. I always get mixed up. Also, it's really hard when I get writer's block in the age that I'm writing, but I come up with something for farther down in the story.

Just coming up with everything! From toddler to young adult, I've had to design almost everything for this character and his world. It's really challenged me in world-building!

I think the readers really enjoy what I've been able to do so far. I have noticed in comments that people have related or felt sorry for Infinite and other characters like Amara, which is a positive response.

All of my currently published books are apart of the same series, The War Over Mobius Saga.

Everyone's got good and bad inside of them, regardless of upbringing or occupation, and it's not always their fault when they explode and don't handle themselves well. Sometimes it boils down to their feelings towards others that they love(d) and how they come to think of themselves that defines their morality.

If you hit a writer's block, try to work on something else with those characters, even if it's not the same timeframe. As long as you work with the same characters/same world, it's easier to return with a great idea. You'd be surprised how that's turned out for me.

Case in point for this story: Episode Jackal: Got stuck with the characters as kids, started writing one shots of them when they were older and ultimately published For Amara. That story has a slight retrospect to Episode Jackal, so I can work on developing them from a different angle.

He's kind of stubborn, so am I. If you tell him that he can't do it, he's more likely to do it.

In Episode Shadow, the only glimpse that we see into Infinite's motives except for maybe SF: Rise of Infinite, he has an emotional breakdown for reasons that I can't say because of spoilers. This breakdown has sadly been ridiculed and harshly made fun of. (There are literally memes about it, so sad.) This book takes Infinite and reveals his entire life from his toddler years to the present, allowing the reader to see for themselves everything and also explains why this moment in the canon material wasn't the prettiest scene in the game.

I do! I have two major writing projects as well as one additional project tying in. I'm working on two new original book series called Paws of Zeola and Believers, set in a world that I'm currently world-building. For these two projects, I've also been developing a species especially for them. ^^
