Partially my friends intense fear of clowns, known as Coulrophobia, and my want to write a story that tested if Coulrophobia was actually a justified fear, like if clowns can be deeply feared by a large group of people.

The fact that an antagonist is just a misunderstood protagonist of their own story, as well as how to enjoy Horror as a genre.

Do not update if you don't have the drive to, otherwise you won't put out content that you feel is good enough later on. Go with the flow and write how your mind feels is best.

This depends, because depending on the type of reader you are in the story (whether you support the antagonist or protagonist) either one could be the main character.

My main character, whose name is part of the title, shares no similarities to me, while the child main character of the story shares many similarities to me in terms of how he conveys his emotions, which is by keeping them to himself.

The fact that by the first chapter, they can easily tell it won't be like how they expect. There are so many unexpected twists and turns that make the story unique (opinion of my current readers)
