There were a lot of factors that made me wanted to write Babysitter Cougar (BC). Initially, BC was meant for my own reading pleasure, or my imagination that materialized into a story/novel. I love stories that are uncommon and not cliché. So, Babysitter does that. I dig stories involving relationship of a matured woman with younger man but mostly in my search, I get single mother/divorcee preying on young men with a lot of smut in it. And that weren't my preferences. So, telling myself, why not I created a story the way I wanted with elements that I can relate.
Sentence structures, vocab, grammatical issues and the fluidity of the story. Sometimes, it came out too rigid with no emotions, sometimes I struggled to find the right words to put it.

The entire experience of it, especially when I was down to its epilogue.
?
I have mixed reviews from my readers, honestly. Some liked it, a few love it, while some don't. Some struggle to enjoy BC because it is skewed towards the adult readers. And some also felt BC is a bit controversial, difficult to follow. While most readers love cliché stories of high school/college romance, bad boy or billionaire, BC is the total opposite. BC is more of a story that only a few who prefers to read it so it is a struggle to pull readers to like it.
standalone novel.
Despite its humorous and witty plot throughout, BC also talks about mental health and depression. The world out there are filled with bad people but the ones that hate us are often the minority which we should eliminate them from our focus.
Always go for originality and try to be different.
Yes, definitely! Well, the main character was created out of me, my past.
9
I'd say the originality of it, since most of the storylines were based on my past/memories. ^_^
Well, yes. I plan to have a sequel to BC – but it can also be read as a standalone.

The Patchwork Realms
Athos is a good dog. He likes frisbee, bacon, and his family (SmolFriend, Mom, and Dad). He's not so keen on falling through an interdimensional portal to a fantasy world where floating boxes tell you that you've just been given status as the 'Supreme Exemplar' of your species, a powerful package of abilities that includes human-level intelligence. Sure, being smart is nice but less so when it comes with the need to survive in a land made from bits of different dimensions stitched together like patches in a quilt. A thousand species, a thousand lands, sorcery and super science rubbing elbows, wars and intrigue everywhere...it's exhausting for a good dog who just wants to go home! Note that this is a work in progress with lots of fiddly numbers so I will occasionally need to go back and fix errors, and this might affect events of earlier chapters. I'll try to keep this to a minimum and will post a note whenever it happens. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

In this Dangerous World
Walking home one evening after school, Devin was attacked by a monster straight out of a horror movie. Just as she thought she was going to be eaten alive, she was saved--if you can call it that--by something that could only be considered the bringer of the apocalypse, which swallows the first monster as a evening snack. Unfortunately for Devin, this new apocalyptic horror considers her the main dish. In a desperate bid, Devin manages to escape, but finds herself in a strange, dangerous new world far from Earth. Now she must figure out how to survive when everything seems to want to eat her, all while feeling the threat of that ancient eldritch looming ever closer. Rewrite of Haven in a Dangerous World (though quite a bit different). Probably slow updates, sorry guys. Check out my wordpress Cover made my me © [koallary] and [In this Dangerous World], [2019]. Gone Boy
Izuku had taken it badly. He was right back where he started: quirkless. Who knew taking a bullet for someone would be so detrimental.Warning: slight gore and dark themes. Art not mine. The characters belong to Boku No Hero Academia. The plot is mine however.
