It was actually a piece of fan art that showed Sonic in the 30s style! And I loved Cuphead, so that was instantly what I thought of. I wrote a draft and boom! The whole idea came together!

Something I struggled with was ideas, it wasn't like my other story, Cuphead Texts, where I could make up something hilarious on the spot. Since I was making a story where everything was in danger, it was difficult, but I set up and made the story possible!

I enjoyed writing it! I loved creating ideas, scenes, and the cover. Every part of the story is my favorite!

A piece of a series! I originally intended it to be 3 books, but I made it into 2 instead, as a 2-parter would be so much more fun! I'm currently working on Doomsday, which is the sequel

Hmm... I never really thought of a moral. But if I had to come up with one, I would probably say... Just enjoy the book, and see where the road takes you!

Just write something you enjoy! I tried a lot of ideas, but I was miserable because I didn't like them.
I never really had a main character. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Cuphead, and Mugman were basically the main characters. I would probably relate more to Tails. Shy and worrisome. A bit of Sonic, who is still courageous at end.

Yes, I do. One of them is Cuphead Texts: The Movie, a crossover movie that has multiple segments and parts. The other book. I'll reveal it here, Detective Knuckles: Book 1. It isn't anything big, it will be medium-sized.

While there are always choices in life, lately they’ve all tended to skew between bad, terrible, and suicidal. Tome finds himself typically choosing the latter. As if people and plants consistently trying to kill him wasn’t bad enough, he finds himself sent off to a Mage Spire along with a self-righteous other worlder (as though there were any other kind). Add to this some powerful figures in black, a sadistic instructor, an uptight law keeper, and Tome just wants to go back to his room, down a pint, and forget about everything… But, when someone starts a fight, especially someone bigger and stronger, you bide your time and strength. Before you can get revenge, you have to settle for surviving and slowly gaining power. That means accepting the most suicidal choices, doing the jobs no one else will do, always smiling, and not slitting that other worlder’s throat… (The story will incorporate comedy, but it will be a dark story. This won't be a happy, uplifting tale, but it also won't be too morose or depressing. Though if you're rooting for the other worlders, then I suppose it will be...)

But to my surprise that wasn't the end. Instead I was given an opportunity to carve out a new life for myself and others on a new world populated by creatures both wonderful and horrifying in a new non-human body. And that wasn't all in this new world I had found myself in people could get stronger by means of interacting with a strange System that had some similarities with the games that I used to play back on Earth and I had to make use of this to survive and create a place where other members of my new species could settle when they arrived. This story uses a System similar to the ones in such stories as 'The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound' and 'The New World' with a few twists of my own added in.
