Jungkook soon reached his own place by catching a nearby cab. In the lobby, he noticed the difference and it was all the smiling men with only a few wearing black, covering their noses, and mouths with masks. Jungkook was blind to it all and it just took leaving Jimin to finally see the truth. He had to break his own heart to finally see the cracks underneath it. The boy stepped into his vacant apartment place, he was able to get back in such short notice… Only now, his furniture had yet to return. Jungkook had no idea where his furniture were and he was afraid to ask Jimin in which storage he kept his things in.

The boy walked into his vacant apartment and that's when he finally let out the many tears he bottled in his heart that leaked from the cracks. “O-Oh Jimin…” Jungkook blurted out as he crouched down onto his knees and began to cry in the palms of his own hands. “I love you… I love you more than anything!” Cried the boy and that's when he rose his hands up to grip onto his own hair softly. “Y-You don't know… How much I want to go back to you… I want to run to you, not walk… I want to kiss your lips once more and let you kiss me and touch me… I miss all of you; to your lips, to your gentle touch…” Jungkook sobbed. The boy had no furniture left behind and was left with his own pillow and a blanket in his luggages. This was just for now until he had enough courage to finally text Jimin about the storage code so he can retrieve his things.

As Jungkook hugged and pressed his head over the luggage filled with his folded clothes, he thought back to the way he remembered seeing Jimin from afar when he was just in Japan. All those warnings his tutor gave him before their relationship, made sense to him now. Jungkook only wondered, why did Jimin let Jungkook go if he told him there was no escape? The sudden thought left Jungkook shaking as he quickly gripped onto his phone, seeing the lock screen light up seconds after. There, his swollen and puffy eyes from the endless tears, fixed onto the kiss they shared for the picture. Of course, Jungkook then unlocked his screen to see a picture of Jimin smiling. This alone left Jungkook to press his phone against his heart and whimper to himself from the pain.

Nothing had ever prepared him for this pain and only now, he began to realize that every morning will be silent. It was like Jimin died from his life and he wasn't going to see him ever again. Jungkook wanted to call Jimin but, he knew he had to live alone without his ex. Just knowing the scary things Jimin was capable of doing, scared Jungkook enough to never text back nor call Jimin no matter what. As Jungkook hugged his phone close, he heard a notification chime as he suddenly glanced down to see that it was Jimin! However, the man only sent the code and address to his storage password. Nothing more… No hearts exchanged, nor any sweet messages to confess. Jungkook looked at the code over his screen and just believed that he could be easily replaced since Jimin didn't even try to make him stay once he stepped foot into the elevator.

“Do I… Mean nothing to him now?” Whispered the boy as he rolled his hair back and tried to dry his tears with the sleeve of his shirt. “I… I left my laptop… I have to stay at my parents house for now…” Jungkook whispered and looked out the window to see the rain pouring outside. There was no way the boy was planning to head back to Jimin's place now, he managed to escape through everything and here was where Jungkook drew the line. There, his thoughts made him believe that Jimin didn't care once he sent the code to the storage so Jungkook wouldn't come back. As angry as Jungkook imagined he'd be, he never expected how much this would hurt him deep down. “Does… He even c-care? I guess… Money can buy him another Jungkook…” Whispered the heartbroken boy as he tried to sew the stitches of his shattered heart. Managing to remember half of the passionate night he shared with Park Jimin over the bed covers to dry his tears.

As the rain fell from the sky that same day, Jimin paced around in his apartment while keeping his fingers locked into his own hair. He cupped his own face and those voices were beginning to drive him insane now. Jimin was off his medications as he eyed the pills over the ground of his living room. While the man stood there and kept eyeing the white pills, the elevator to his penthouse chimed and in stepped Min Yoongi. The man still had the cast over his arm as he looked up at Jimin just pacing around in the room in silence.

“I knew he'd leave you… I knew he would leave you eventually and you'll be begging for my help once more.” The man spoke as he dropped his free hand over his hip in silence. “Jimin… What did you do?”

“Shut it… I broke that arm of yours and I CAN DO IT AGAIN!” Shouted the man and bolted his cold glare over at Min Yoongi. “Don't you even dare… speak to me like I'm just some other worker. I'm your boss and you will respect me…” Jimin hissed and kept his stare locked onto Yoongi. “I called you here for a reason… and that reason was for you to help me tomorrow…” Jimin mentioned and slowly focused onto the pills on the ground. “Jungkook… Thought he could escape. So, I let him roam freely before I bring him back home. I let his freedom sink in and then I begin to bring in the madness.”

“Why couldn't you inject him and make him stay? Then you wouldn't have to wait to take him under your own wing by tomorrow.” Yoongi proposed, making his way to the couch before sitting down after. “You want to play the waiting game because you just want to…”

“I’m letting him think that I care enough to let him go even if it's killing me.” Jimin answered. “Only then, I'll have him tied to my bed when we get him to Japan… I'm only calm because I know I'll have him back by tomorrow.” Jimin stated. Smiling to himself and letting out a chuckle. “I would be crying for him now… But I just don't feel like it. Our love isn't over just yet… I refuse to let it go down like this.”

“Then… What do you want me to do?” Yoongi asked as Jimin approached the man and stood right before him with his hands in his pocket.

“I want you to watch over him… Later on, I want you to come back over here and meet up with me before I put my plan into action.” Jimin answered so calmly with no expression over his face once again. “Until then, go watch over him… But if you talk to him, I'll break what's left of that arm of yours…”

“Jimin… You're going to end up hurting him even more-”

“Who said I was going to hurt him?” Jimin asked so suddenly before leaning in and keeping his eyes glaring over at the man in silence. “I would never hurt Jungkook. Ah, it sounds like you’re worried about my Jeon Jungkook… Aren't you?”

“Of course I'm worried about him… Why don't you go and talk to him? Maybe-”

“I can't fucking talk to him… He sees me as a monster who sells people off with our allied company. It's the truth, but that alone seems to bother me too much… I need him back in my life, I can't live my life without him. Not when he made me feel so loved. Out of all those people who loved me and pleased me… I didn't even want to wear a condom when I had him underneath me. I didn't even want to push him off the same bed as me… I slept with him, I said I loved him, I told him everything that was wrong with me and he loved every single one of my imperfections…” Jimin whispered to himself and paced away from Min Yoongi while the older man was slowly staring at the cast he had over his arm.

“The two of you loved each other so much. The only thing standing between it was the fact that you aren't a good guy, Park Jimin. You hurt a lot of people but, you'll never raise your fist against Jeon Jungkook… Why do you have to torture him to make a point?”

“Because, since he's the one that got away, I won't be taken lightly from him now. I told him multiple times that I didn't want him to go and what would happen to me if he left me… Now, I can't even think of a life without him. I'm too obsessed with Jungkook… But I like it…” Jimin added. Thinking back at the night he spent with his ex over the bed. The moans echoed on in his head even if it was just the night before. “I'll wait to see my Jungkook tomorrow. Then, our game will begin.” Yoongi worried about his boss' obsession with his ex after they separated in the morning. On the other hand, with all the orders he was given, Yoongi had to obey Park Jimin at the end of the day.

Throughout the whole day, Jungkook was silent. He sat in his parents’ house as they watched over him while his mother hired people to set Jungkook's furniture back into his apartment as he stayed and did his college work. The college boy sat behind the table before him, he refused to eat and look his parents in the eyes. They couldn't understand why Jungkook's expression changed drastically and the boy of course, refused to talk his feelings out. All in all, the boy was a closed off person and extremely conservative. The only person he would ever open up to was Park Jimin yet, since the man was no longer there in his life, Jungkook didn't allow anyone else to see those scars hidden in his heart.

Jungkook couldn't bring himself to look at his meal as his mother only wanted to tear up while she watched Jungkook become so distant and quiet. “Sweetie, what's going on in that head of yours? Please… I want to know.” Whispered Mrs. Jeon in her white robe over her beige blouse, and white loose bottoms; all tied together with her white house slides as well. “Where are your glasses?”

“I left them…” Jungkook whispered as he kept looking at his own hands.

“My son looks so glum… did you fail a class? It's okay if you do, as long as you'll try harder next time.” Added Mr. Jeon and stepped in from the kitchen with only a white T-shirt, loose grey bottoms and black house slides. “Talk to us, you don't know how horrible it feels to see you like this… Do you miss someone?”

“Miss someone…” Jungkook repeated and slowly looked up at his father right after. “I.. Was in a relationship with someone… I was with… him… for a while and now, I chose to leave him. Yes, I miss someone.”

“You were in a relationship with a man?” Inquiried the Mother without any second of denial, she was calm to the boy and smiled to herself. “What was he like? Did he treat you well?”

“He was perfect, handsome, smart, charming in many ways. But, we just didn't work out in the end. It was all my fault. I guess it's nothing more than a memory now. We were different at the end.” Jungkook told his parents and blamed himself. Hiding only the real part of his issues and hid most of the reasons as to why they separated. However, Jungkook never had it in him to warn his parents about what danger Park Jimin truly was. Even if that love made him blind, he still kept Jimin as his big secret and the man he would only see in his dreams from now on. Not realizing that Jimin was already planning to come back into his life, completely uninvited.
