When Deva came down and sat on the couch he saw coffee cup and followed the hand holding it to see Hima angrily handing him the coffee making him take it and turned to see Gayatri arranging the bowls on the dining table as Siva came out of the kitchen.
"What? They told they would cook I missed home made meal" saying Siva took a seat at the dining table along with Noel and Prem as Deva put away the empty cup and joined the others along with Hima who served herself then Deva as others served themselves.
"Wow! This is so delicious Hima our boss is so lucky" Prem complimented making Hima choke as Deva gently patted her top of her head handing her a glass of water which she gulped eagerly as her cheeks turned red making Gayatri tease "Oh come on Prem you can't tease her like that directly" which made the others laugh.
After breakfast everyone sat in the living room talking when Siva stood up taking her sling bag saying "I've work to do in the village I'll return by evening" making Noel narrow his eyes asking "I thought you took care of everything at the factory" which made Siva pause.
"Yes! I'm meeting a relative near by so it's personal. Bye" saying Siva walked out making Hima frown saying "Is it just me or did she talk weirdly?" making Gayatri shrug as Deva look at the front door before getting back to talking with the girls.
"Why didn't you tell me that you were hurt?" Gayatri asked looking at Deva making him sigh not knowing how to console his sister as Hima defended him "This is why we didn't tell you. He didn't want you worried and stress out" making Gayatri frown but Deva held her palm.

"Gayatri all you should care about now is your life with your husband nothing else. If you are happy we'll all be happy too so don't stress out about anything" Deva explained making her sigh and nod which made him smile a little.
Siva got down at the bus stop of Veerapuram and stood waiting for bus or auto to go into the village when a car passed her but reversed stopping infront of her. As the car glass came down she saw Narsimha Raayala asking "Sivatmika what are you doing here?"
She walked to the car saying "I'm actually going to the village" making him nod and say "We are going to Village too let me drop you" making her shake her head "It's okay sir I'll take the bus I don't want any inconvenience to you" making him look at the driver who got out and opened the car door for her.
Siva sighed and looked around before getting in reluctantly as driver closed the door and got behind the steering driving into the village as the king asked "So what work do you have in this village?" making her look at him replying "I'm going to meet my relatives it's been long since I last saw them" which made him nod while continued "I'm so sorry for bothering you like this you should be going for some important work".
"It's okay Sivatmika I am going to a funeral anyhow" the king said making her look at him "Oh I'm so sorry" making him nod as the car parked before a big bunglow and both of them got out to see many people attending for the funeral.
Some looked at her weirdly as they both walked in and some widened their eyes at them whispering as the king went towards the weeping family and Siva stilled looking at the photo as king was about to offer a garland he too paused widening his eyes then looked at Siva.

"Siva...." Siva heard her family members call her name which made her look at him with tears in her eyes as her father walked out from the bunglow to stop seeing his second daughter his face turning into anger.
"When you told me to come visit you from past few weeks this is what you were planning?" Siva asked her sister who shook her head walking towards but stopped as she heard her father "Stop Anamika have you forgotten that your sister is dead? " making everyone look at him.
"She eloped from her own marriage and you forgave her but when I escaped from the marriage which is not even mine you killed me? Why do you despise me so much?" Siva asked trying to control her tears.
"I don't know what you are talking about please leave and let us do my daughter's funeral in peace" Suryanarayana Varma said with a blank face making her scoff "Daughter? You call me your daughter when you killed me even before I died? How could you? Am I even your daughter? Are you sure that I am your blood?"
Her face was turned to the side with the force of the slap her father gave her making a tear roll down her cheek as she held her cheek chuckling and looked at him then her other family members before taking a deep breath and walked towards her photo which has a garland around it and threw the flowers on her photo turning to them "From now on Sivatmika Suryanarayana Varma is dead and her own father killed her" saying she walked out of the bunglow.

Decompose!
Dear diary. When you read stories about some people missing and returning after years of absence claiming they were living in another world, your first reaction is to scoff and dismiss a story as a tall tale, right? I know I did. All the time. Until it happened to me and I no longer did. That day was today. Some god of thunder smote me. If it were Chris Hemsworth, I wouldn't mind but it was some barbaric Hitite god that abaondned Earth some four millennia ago. Yes, what can I say? I love the seventh art. I have more hours watching movies than any other activity, including sleep. What? Do you think I'm exaggerating? Maybe I am. I'll really miss hollywood the most. And my biggest regret is that I never got to visit the holy city of cinema. I did not come to another world to be a hero even though there was hints that they hoped I'd save it. I did not come with overpowered abilities able to, dunno, leap tall castles in a single bound, faster than a speeding crossbow bolt, be more powerful than a eight-horse carriage, the bounds. No. After the asshole god that murdered me brought me to his world, he gave me some boons from his discount bin and "The Power of my Soul (tm)". Forgive my french, I hope you understand I am rather upset at dying. And he somehow decided that my power is to recycle stuff. How awesome is that? Not much at first, I must admit. At least I got all my camping stuff and equipment with me. There's no lycra in the other world. I'll make it someday, but that day is not today. So here I am. In another world, in the middle of nowhere. I'm no heroine. As the song goes, I'm your basic average girl. And I'm assumed to be here to save the world. But almost everything can stop me, because I'm not named Kim. Wish me luck, diary. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ This novel is going have the following features: slow-paced slice-of-life No GameLit / LitRPG elements. Movie references. Sandra likes the seventh art. Journal / diary style crafting (includes chemistry, engineering and metallurgy) low magic technological advancement (for Sandra, at least. She is not against sharing though) personal relations clash of perception between the modern and ancient customs. bits of tension, fighting, and plot here and there. I won't repeat myself though. Once she crafts a good batch of soap, for example, she'll just note, "I crafted soap again." Once it is estabilished how she obtains compound X, compound X2 that is obtainable from the same process will also just be mentioned. I'll try to be as realistic as I can with the crafting, chemistry, and technology. Cover: Public Domain Image by StockSnap from Pixabay. No attribution required but we do it anyway.
8 118The Many Deaths of Kara Lowe
112 years ago, the Bubble Burst. 103 years ago, the Great War ended. 76 years ago, the War of Two Worlds ended. It is now 2021 and Homo Sapiens, Homo Subcinctus, Homo Variari, and Sapient Beasts have been living together in a hard-won harmony for 75 years. Or so they say. Atypical high-school student Kara Lowe has some serious doubts about that. After she is killed and brought back to life by her accidental murderers, she is forced to abandon everything she thought she knew about the world, and herself. While plagued by a mysterious Order that believes she should not exist, Kara must prove her right to life by destroying an age-old enemy with an unfortunate connection to her. There won't be a ton of gore or traumatising content, that's not the focus, but the tags are there to be safe. The main character uses colourful language when she's angry. The main character might seem to be talking to you at times. She is not. Things will make sense eventually. A quick note about religion: this novel takes place in an Alternate History setting. No existing religion from our world exists in this one. Any similarities are coincidential.
