When Deva opened his eyes after a few hours he saw Hima sleeping on the couch and looked around to see the empty room and got up making the bed creak which alerted Hima who woke up and came to him to check his temperature and saw the door opened.
"Boss..you okay? We're so worried let me call others" Saying Noel went out as Deva looked at his shoulder saying "You are good at bandaging nice" which made her hit his uninjured shoulder to his shock making him look at her who seemed like she was crying.
"Is this what you meant by getting the king to safety? You got hurt to save my uncle. Do you even know what I went through all that time when you were unconcious?" Hima said with tears in her eyes which made him search her eyes before turning forward "There is no need to worry it's just a shoulder wound will be fine in a week or two".
Hima was about to say something when the king and his family came in "Thankyou so much you don't even how greatful I'm to you for saving my husband" saying Rani Meenakshi Devi was about to caress his head when he slightly moved away.
"You shouldn't have done that Dr.Deva what if something happened to you?" The king said making Deva look at him 'Nothing will happen to me untill I see you in tears' thinking to himself Deva said out loud "You are the king if something happens to you there will many orphans in this village you are their father figure after all" which made everyone look at him as a god.
"You should all leave" They heard Siva who walked into the room making them confused as she stood before Deva's bed continuing "There is vratham in Gayatri's in laws home you should attend it compulsory as her family. It's better if you go and rest".

Hima was about to protest when the father of Narsimha Raayala the ex-king Veerabhadra Raayala said "Ms.Sivatmika is right we can't do anything by staying here so let's go and do our duty as Gayatri's family atleast" and held Hima's wrist gently dragging her away from the bed.
"Dr.Deva please take care of yourself if you need anything at all please don't hesitate to call us" The king patted Deva's shoulder before nodding at others and went out along with his family members following him outside towards the parking lot as Noel locked the door behind them.
"Do you even know what you did?" Siva asked slowly making Deva mock her "What? Were you blind when I was saving the king?"
"I saw it god damnit. Is your revenge worth hurting yourself?" Siva raised her voice making the guys look at her as Deva said "Well as you saw me getting hurt, it is worth to me" which made her close her eyes trying to control her anger but she couldn't and yelled loudly "You are mad. What if someone got hurt? What if the goon missed and shot you in your heart? You might've died" startling Prem and Noel.
"I won't die until I see that family suffering" Deva gritted out making her scoff and ran her fingers through her hair "You want revenge. You won't let me help you and now you are turning mad trying to kill yourself. Do you even make sense to yourself?".
"I know what I need and I'm following my plan so it's better if you do not worry and just do your work" Deva warned making her smile "You...fine... I'll listen as you said but dare to hurt yourself or pull a stunt like this again I'm going to kill you myself " warning she went to her room.

The Magic God Wants A Disciple
Roan Erymneus. The Magic God. Ranked first on the Heaven’s Listing. Hero of humanity and the world’s most powerful magician. Demons would weep at the sound of his name while humans would bend the knee in reverence. Roan had everything in life. Fame, money and power. But one day, the Magic God said the unthinkable. “I quit!” “You’re drunk again. Talk to me when you’re sober.” “I really mean it this time! I’ve had enough of killing Demons! I’m going to quit and leave the Alliance!” “Oh really? And what are you going to do?” “... Disciple.” “W-What?” “I’m going to find a disciple and lead the life of a lazy master!” ✵✵✵ Hi All! This is Linodo, the Author. I'm writing this novel as a more light-hearted and 'fun' story compared to my other works. I had a writer's block for my other story and decided to put it on hold while I have some fun with this one.I don't have a release schedule as of yet, but I will try to post as much as I can. It's meant to be a more 'fun' story, so I won't stress too much on making everything too detailed or anything. However, I will continue to ensure that there is a certain quality to this work.I hope you will enjoy "The Magic God Wants A Disciple!"

Saga of the Jewels VOLUME ONE COMPLETE
Prefer to listen to rather than read Saga of the Jewels? I'm also releasing it as a free audibook serial podcast on iTunes here! Epic YA JRPG-influenced GameLit progression ensemble-cast steampunk romance fantasy! When Ryn’s hometown is destroyed, will he be able to gather together the twelve Primeval Jewels in order to defeat the evil Emperor and save the world of Mid? A fan novelization of an amazing Final Fantasy game that doesn’t actually exist, that currently releases at least one chapter a month. Epic in that this will be very long. “It’s a marathon, not a sprint!” (-Kandaj) YA in that this should be enjoyable to~13-year-olds and upwards. Some gore, some swearing, some sex, but nothing more than PG-13. JRPG-influenced / GameLit in that it uses lots of JRPG tropes, particularly from Final Fantasy. I’ve read a lot of fan Final Fantasy novelisations and you can basically think of this as a fan novelisation of its own Final Fantasy game that doesn’t actually exist as a game... Progression in that the characters level up over time (though not with visible litrpg stat boxes). They grow in ability through training and experience, gain new skills, individually and as a party (think Chrono Trigger) and spend time discussing and stratgeising about how to defeat their opponents. Main protagonist from book three would definitely be able to defeat himself from book one! Ensemble-cast because we've got quite the roster of misfits here. The first volume is all from the main protagonist's POV, but it starts dancing between his and different POVs thereafter. Steampunk in that we’ve also got airships, steam trains, pistols and ambiguous ‘amber bars’ that function a bit like artificial lights… Romance in that there is lots of shipping here, a few love triangles, and you may be kept guessing as to who will actually end up together... Fantasy in that we’re in a vaguely pre-modern setting. We’ve got swords, magic, dragons, dungeons, monsters, all that good stuff. * "This story captures that Final Fantasy quality perfectly. Kiddy but also grim. The characters are great... Severely underrated and needs more favorites/follows. I look forward to seeing how this story will unfold." -Gilgamesh9999 "Starting at the end and jumping backwards is not a writing style seen every day. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but you've executed a fairly crazy idea very skillfully so far. Overall, a strong start to what could be a very strong story." -RandomFF.netUser "You definitely have my interest piqued. It'll be interesting to see where the story goes... It definitely has an 'old school Final Fantasy' type feel to it, which I appreciate...Good job! I am glad you are going into more details about the story you laid out in the prologue...of course the big burning question is 'You know they lose in the the first chapter, so how will they end up winning?' That of course, is the story you're writing...so we'll see how it goes! #Following." -KyleQuicksilver (quotes are from reviews on other sites) * If you enjoy it, don’t forget to boost Saga of the Jewels on topwebfiction.com! Genso Suikoden: Worlds Collide
The story is set in the Queendom of Falena, the universe of the JRPG game Suikoden V. Though technically a monarchy, the aristocracy holds so much power within Falena that their squabbles and power-plays threaten to de-stablise the whole country. Complicating matters is the presence of the Sun Rune, an royal artifact of apocalyptic power and one of the 27 True Runes in the world of Suikoden. The main character is the Prince of Falena, Freyjadour, who is an unimportant figurehead not in line to the throne. During one of his royal inspections, he meets Natsu, Happy, Gray, and Erza who are a part of an alternate universe (Fairy Tail) and helps them find a way back to their home. Little do they know that it's not only them who came to this world… [This is basically a novelization of the game but with different twists due to the multiple crossovers. Therefore, there is no need to know any of the fandoms involved in this story. This will read like an actual novel itself. The universe and the characters are not owned by me.]
