After the incident in the bachelors party everyone had their dinner silently not uttering a single word about the fight and the guests retired to the palace while the younger generation stayed in the villa to have their own private time for themselves leaving the elders to arrange the rituals for the marriage the day after tomorrow.
Deva was sitting on the swing going through a patient file when Siva came out with her hands in the pocket of her sweats and sat beside him for a few seconds they didn't utter a word and she slowly took out her hand from the pocket and pushed a choclate towards him.
"I hit someone and you are celebrating" Deva shook his head making her smile "I didn't ask you to yet you did" saying she stood up and walked inside the the villa making him look at the choclate and continued his work as Hima saw them and came out after Siva went to her room "You should eat that" and sat beside him.
"If you want you can take it" Deva said making her think a bit then smiled and took the chocolate opening it and put a byte in his mouth which made him frown as she laughed at his expression and had the chocolate herself too.
It was the day of marriage and the villa's garden is filled with guests and the band along with the groom who just arrived with his cousins walking towards the entrance of the villa where Hima stood with haarati and took dishti before inviting them inside.
The whole living room is made into mandam filling with flowers and chair down the dias for the seating of the guests. The bride was getting ready in the room alloted to her others helping her in looking beautiful as the king came inside after knocking.

"You look beautiful my princess" The king complimented his daughter making her tear up and hug him as Deva came in "It's time" which made them pull back and Gayatri stood infront of Deva and Rudra hugging them before sitting on the pallaki.
Gayatri was carried to mandapam where her groom was waiting doing pooja and got down the pallaki walking onto the mandapam and sat opposite to groom as they held up a cloth between them for the further rituals of Telugu marriage.
The king and queen sat beside their daughter performing paani grahamam when Hima came down the stairs tightening her earring making the males look at her as Prem said "I wonder how she manages to look good in everything she wears" making Noel look at him and roll his eyes.
"I'll go check on Siva she should be down by now" Noel said and went away as Hima stood beside Deva while Prem complimented her "You look gorgeous Hima" making her smile and thank him before facing the mandapam looking at the couple who's going to be wife and husband soon then looked at Deva who's looking at the stairs.
"Why did she change her saree?" Hima said out loud as Siva came down and stood beside Prem along with Noel as Hima raised her eyebrows asking about her attire "I didn't want to look like your family member" Siva said making Deva look at her and faced the mandapam as the groom tied mangalasutram around bride's neck.
Everyone blessed them by showering them with flowers and akshintalu as they did the seven rounds around the nippu gundam. The guests took pictures and handed them gifts before going to dinner in the garden and Hima held Deva's hand pulling him onto the dias and gave akshintalu to him which he blessed his sister and handed a small box to her.

At The Precipice
Defenseless. Scared. Alone. That describes the life of Brock Carter as of late. Following his ‘death’ at the hands of a vicious magpie, Brock is rescued by the machinations of the newly instated, all-powerful System and thrust knee-deep into a brutal world catered only to the strong. Fluctuating between two states of being and trapped within a city ravaged by time, he is told to either seek out the mysterious ‘Source’, or die trying. He just hopes he can do it without scuffing his expensive suit in the process. ***** Honestly, I've just always wanted to write a story. I had a crack at it a few years back, but the entire thing fell apart before it even began. At The Precipice was originally written as a way for me to destress and play with System elements and characters, but eventually I decided that if I was gonna write, why not post it too? Writing's just a hobby of mine, so don't expect this to be at published novel level, I guess, or even anything of relative polish. Updates every Mon-Tues-Wed-Thurs-Fri Average chapter length is 2000 - 3000 words ***** What to expect: - A semi-comedic/light tone, mixed in with a gritty world and brutal survival (not ever grimdark though) - An MC that thinks about what he's going to do and why he'll do it, even if his internal logic is lacking. Is a rather rational person, not often influenced by his emotions, but can be in extreme situations. - A plot heavily focused upon the MC, but one that will branch off to envelope the other characters in the world at times. Often, it's just other people's perspectives of him. - A story of power growth. While the MC is certainly going to be powerful, even over 100 chapters in from what I've written, he still isn't the strongest being on Earth, let alone the entire Multiverse. - Lots of gore, vivid fight descriptions, and often times deaths of people, some even somewhat important to the story ***** Things this story will never have: - Harems - An edgy, villainous MC - An MC that does jackshit about things for 'plot reasons'

They need him to find the Cradle and save Endrala from the swarms. New blood brings life to the ancient Mecromancers, but it also brings up old conflicts and desires. ** Notes ** I have this setup as a long series. I have an overall plot and ending as well. I plan regular releases. I want to keep this going and am open to any advice or criticism.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice
A world where magic must be hidden from mankind is a world where mages have no reason to exist. Zara was one of them--a young woman forced to spend her days in confinement, to lessen the risks of outsiders discovering the truth. She was not human. She was, as they say, a living embodiment of a thousand year old curse upon the Kingdom and humanity as a whole. And the only way to handle a curse is to get rid of it--which is precisely what the Kingdom had been doing for centuries--eliminating any being that contained even an ounce of enchanted blood. Zara has lived most of her life with the threat of death hanging over her head, though it never averted her heightening curiosity about magic, nor the abilities innate within her. And when a powerful, enigmatic Sorcerer comes to her with a proposition, Zara finally sees her chance to embrace the curse she was born with. It was a chance laced with precarity and destruction, but a chance nonetheless...
