After the uninvited guests took their leave Siva rolled her eyes "I don't understand why people are so interested in others lives" saying she sat on the sofa and switched on the television continuing "Maniamma what is the number of the cartoon channel?"

"Umm...531-549" Maniamma said making Siva switch the channel on the Tv and saw her favourite show Phineas and ferb pulling her legs up making them look at her behaving as if she owned the villa and she could do anything.

Once in the car Noel kept looking at Deva through mirror who's going through a patient file "Ask" Deva said making Prem sit crossly in his seat asking "Why are you tolerating Ms Siva?" making him look at the duo in the front seats.

"Who said I'm?" Deva asked making them look at each other then Deva handed an envelope to Prem who took it out and read making him raise his eyebrows then scoffed at the letter contents.

"She's my new assistant? We don't even know anything about her and you are giving her a job already? What's wrong with you? SIR" Prem stressed out the last word reminding him that he's their boss and need to think about their business.

"Sivatmika Rudramaneni. 23 years old computer science graduate from California University. Gold medalist and used to be an intern in Apple. Her family is settled in Hyderabad and have a sister who's an architect and eloped making her the replaced bride" Deva completed her bio making Prem blink at the information he collected in one night.

"And you gathered that in one night? That is why you are our boss even being a doctor" Noel appreciated making Prem nod dumbly as Deva rolled his eyes and got back to his report stating "You really think I would bring someone blindly into my life" making them nod.

An hour later the car stopped infront of the old hospital building and Noel opened the door for Deva to come out. All the department chiefs stood at the entrance along with few other people to welcome the new managing director of the RR Hospitals.

The chief of neurology handed a plant to Deva who took it and passed it to Noel who kept it in the car and gave the keys to one of the compounder to park the car while Deva walked inside as the chiefs of every department showed their floor and introduced the doctors.

"I thought there were atleast six doctors in each department" Deva said making the doctors nod once he went into the meeting room and sat at the head of the table followed by doctors taking their seats on the sides.

"Yes Dr.Deva but today we've a new doctor joining us in the neurology department Dr. Hima" The chief of neurology Dr. Mitrah informed making Deva look at his watch and looked at everyone.

"I don't tolerate late comers she better be here in ten minutes or she can say goodbye to her job" Deva said making everyone look at each other's faces.

"Dr. Hima is a Seoul graduate and she's the niece of Raja Narsimha Raayala" The chief of cardiology Dr. Tilak explained making Deva narrow his eyes.

"That doesn't mean she can be late. Everyone is treated equally no relation with anyone will help you if you commit a mistake, the only punishment is to be restricted or dismissed" Deva said and one of the doctors silently texted Dr.Hima who must have reached Maharajavaram by now.

Hima looked out of the train as it slowly came to a stop and got down wishing her caretaker from her childhood Suri and handed her bags to him "Suri get in the car I've to go to hospital and I can't be late" making him hurry and drove off the railway station once she's in the car.

She took her coat from the bag and started running inside wearing it making everyone look at her weirdly as she ran to the meeting room but once she's infront of the door she slipped and was about to hit the closed door when the doors opened and Deva came out followed by the doctors who widened their eyes as she fell on him directly making him stumble back a bit but stopped himself before he could fall down too.
