Depression......

The absolute worst thing that you could ever think of....i was diagnosed bipolar depression a long time ago.

It was mainly after my big breakup with my ex-boyfriend....but now its back and best believe it's kicking my ass.

Chris again has ghosted me for like the tenth time this week. It sucks but i guess that's life right?....

I've been ignoring my friends as well Tokyo,niah,shyla and kaya has been by my house but i just didn't have the energy too get up and let them in.

I also saw chris with this girl on Instagram, they were in a club and he was just all up on her.

This was the same man that wanted too work things out but like every man in my life once again he has let me down. I really did think that what he told me that night when he came too my house all that ra ra shit was true but just goes too show how low he really goes too hurt me.

I want too move on....but i can't...i honestly love him....but then again love might not be enough too keep him.

So many thoughts just kept running through my mind.
