Don't cry for me. I will be okay. Heaven is my home now, and this is where I'll stay. Don't cry for me. I'm where I belong. I want you to be happy and try to stay strong. Don't cry for me. It was just my time, but I will see you someday on the other side. Don't cry for me. I am not alone. The angels are with me to welcome me home. Don't cry for me, for I have no fear. All my pain is gone, and Jesus took my tears. Don't cry for me. This is not the end. I'll be waiting here for you when we meet again. ~ -- By Deborah Garcia Gaitan
I slowly opened my eyes seeing the rays of the sunlight shine through the curtains hitting my face in a warm gentle manner. I felt Sean's strong arms holding me close to his chest protectively while he still sleeps soundly. Remembering the events of what happened last night with the marking and lovemaking made me blush heavily. I can't believe my first time was so passionate. I always thought I would be married first, but I can see it was not meant to be and I don't regret it. With mother nature calling I removed the covers from off of me slowly moving off the bed till Sean's hold on me tighten. With the urge to pee badly that tight hold didn't feel good.
"Sean let go. I have to use the bathroom."
"Stay a little longer in my arms" Sean grunted.
"If you don't let me go right now, I will pee on you."
Sean groaned mouthing out the words "gross" before releasing me. I quickly rushed into the bathroom closing the door locking it. Locking the door would annoy Sean because he heard me turn on the shower. If I let him join me in the shower I for sure knew what that would lead too and my body is way too sore to handle it. While washing my body down I could make out many hickeys on my chest. He went all out on me. For sure I know if Melody saw this, she would tease me none stop till I end up punching her.
Stepping out of the shower I dry my body walking out with my towel wrapped around me. The hungry look in Sean's eyes told me he wanted to take me now. Good to see he's finally up in all his sexy nakedness. God, I could just stare at his toned chest for hours. I'm blessed to have such an amazing man/wolf as my lover. What also makes me happy is that last night was both our first time in lovemaking. The way he started gently then soon after a beast in bed. I'm surprised the beds not broken from all that thrusting.

"Why take a shower without me?" Sean asked giving me sad puppy eyes.
"Don't play innocent with me sexy. I know for a fact if you had joined me in the shower, we would be in there for god knows how long."
Sean chuckled walking over to me planting a soft kiss on my lips wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Is that so wrong to want to have some morning fun with my mate?"
I giggled. "No, but we have to be up and ready. Did you forget that David is taking us to visit his mate's grave?" I explained.
The confused looked on Sean's face told me that he had forgotten all about it. Poor David.
"Go shower and I'll meet you down for breakfast," I said leaving the room heading down to the kitchen to make some chocolate chip pancakes. It's been way too long since I had any. Melody and Darren were already seated at the counter eating eggs and bacon enjoying each other's company.
"Morning you two love birds." I greeted them.
Melody and Darren both smirked at me.
"Morning to you my wonderful best friend who went on and on last night chanting Sean's name." Melody said snickering pointing her fork at me.
If anyone has seen a horror movie where you see the victim's blood that deep dark red liquid was now the color of my face. Was I that loud last night?! I could just die right here and now for the fact that my best friend and her mate heard me. Did everyone in the mansion hear me?
"And if you're wondering if everyone in the mansion heard you then you must know everyone did," David said still smirking. He's lucky I don't punch that smirk off his face.
"Serenity you can be heard from outside from the rooftop where I was at," David said walking into the kitchen with an apple in his hand. "You have some powerful pips girl."
Okay. Just kill me now damn it! This is too embarrassing for me! Sean walked in for everyone to start teasing him too. One of the teasings went too far causing Sean to slap David upside the head to make him shut up.
"Hey! Why do you always hit me and not Darren! He was teasing you too!" David pouted rubbing the back of his head.

"Your just more fun to hit," Sean replied.
"That's the worst answer you could have given me!" David yelled back.
I and Melody laughed at the guys who just continued to argue with each other. It's times like this that I can say I love the most. Having fun and being together is just an amazing feeling that I wish I had with my family too. I don't understand why I'm treated the way I am with them. I've always been good causing no trouble for them. I made sure I was an excellent student in school just so they could be proud of me. No matter how hard I try they would only view Fiona as the perfect child. Had I done something to them without knowing?
"Sean Serenity. You both ready to go?" David asked.
"Yeah," I said grabbing my purse. Walking out the door with Sean following behind.
"See you guys later. I'm going to check up on my dad have my stuff packed since I'll be living with Darren now." Melody said smiling at Darren who returned a smile. They are too cute.
David had informed us that his mate Emilia is buried in a privet grave only known to vampires. He also explained that the vampire queen made the grave herself to honor the vampires that fell in battle during the great war between vampires and werewolves. There's just so much to learn about the supernatural. It makes what I learned about the school's American history class seem boring compared to the history of dragon's war between the fairies. Who would have thought that some of the fairy tales we humans read are real? When we got to the grave the whole grave had red rose peddles scattered everywhere. The tombstones where all in good condition. One tombstone stood out from the others. This tombstone was the color of light pink with an engraved rose in the center. Underneath the rose was a picture of a beautiful woman with beautiful amber hair and chocolate brown eyes. Soft rosy cheek giving her the look of an angel. So, this is Emilia, David's mate.
Sean took my hands in his as we both watch David kneel at Emilia's grave placing a pink rose beside her picture. Seeing just how much David loves and misses her showed me that losing your true love brings forth a pain your heart will never forget. We closed our eyes to pray. I'm now seeing the true meaning of a mate. Every year must be so hard for David to go on without her by his side. I let go of Sean's hand kneeling next to David to his right while Sean took his left as we both wrapped our arms around David hugging him close.
"Though she is no longer here, remember that she will always live on in your memories," Sean said. I looked to Sean seeing him also shed tears. His beautiful electric eyes shined with his tears. So much emotion filled me causing me to cry.
"Thank you, guys. Thanks for coming with me to see Emilia. I know she's happy seeing me with amazing friends like you both by my side."
From morning till the sun went down we stayed at was David told us all the good times he had with Emilia and how he took her on a carriage ride for their first date. His smile would always widen just from saying Emilia's name. Teasing was followed after with Sean getting David to laugh and me wondering how these two became friends.
"It's getting late. We should head back down." Sean suggested.
We said our final goodbyes promising to come back again. On our way back to the car we saw a woman walking by. She was really pretty with long red hair and silver eyes. She was wearing a long put simple black dress. She looked really pretty. Could she be another vampire like David to visit a loved one who passed? David stopped looking at the who also stopped walking looking into his eyes. I and Sean looked at them both wondering what's going on.
"Mate..." David spoke out.
What? What!?
