I watched Sean walk off with Darren and that girl following behind. Why did that girl call Sean alpha or when Sean call me his mate? What does all that even mean? Nothing was making any sense at the moment. What caught me off guard was how Sean just automatically pulls me in for a hug calming down instantly. Not that I will complain because hell I enjoyed that. I got to feel his muscles that are rock hard but comfy enough to be hugged. I would kill to watch him work out shirtless. However, one thing bugs me. Sean's eyes reminded of the wolf's eyes I saved that night. Those electric blue eyes.

"Hey, Serenity. Let's head back to our room."

"Yeah. Let's go." Getting to our room didn't take very long. My feet were killing me. Heels are the enemy to all women. I really can't wait to fall face-first into the bed.

"We are still watching movies." Melody enquired.

I laughed turning my gaze away from Melody pushing our room door open. I took off my heels dashing towards the bed jumping in face first like I said I would. Yes! This bed is my dream bed! It's so soft and the pillows make me want to pass out here and now. The only problem is...the demon in this room will not let me.

"All right! Let's get this movie marathon going!"

Movie marathon!? Crap! How can I forget? Every sleepover I had with her we'd always do this. I'm always the first to fall asleep since I can handle watching movies till seven in the morning. Sleep is more important to me. But since it's still her birthday until it hits twelve in about two more hour's I'll suffer for her to stay awake.

We both changed into our pajamas snuggling up into the bed. We decided on starting with a scary movie because that seemed better. I like a good comedy horror movie that would get me in a good mood. Seeing Melody was getting the movie ready when a knock at the door got my attention.

"I'll go check who it is. Okay?" I told Melody jumping off the bed opening the door to see one of the service-man come in with a cart with a happy birthday cake and a present. Melody walked over surprised reaching for the card from Darren next to the cake and reads it before blushing. Holy crap she's blushing! What is written on this card to make her blush? Could it be that Darren guy she was flirting with? Damn this girl works fast. This might be a new record for her. Don't know if that's a good or bad thing.

"Serenity. Looks like I will be having a boyfriend real soon!"

The look of excitement on her face was proof enough that she is the happiest girl on earth. I'm happy for her. Melody seems to like this Darren guy and he seems like a really good man. Though I worry for him. All I can say for sure is he will never be bored. Ever.

"I'm happy for you! Just please don't break him. He seems like a very nice and a wild girl like you might hurt him."

Melody rolled her eyes at me. "Brake him? I'm pretty sure he will break me in the bed."

I smacked Melody upside the head for her dirty mouth and mind. She must have shown Darren her pure but not true side that I can clarify some women do. Same as men too can't count them out. Melody opened her present only to find a beautiful aquamarine gemstone necklace. Whoa. That looks expensive. This guy must do like her to get her this kind of gift. Why do I feel kind of jealous? Okay, I need to snap out of it and let her have this happy moment.

"He didn't have to get me this. I feel special. Oh god, what is my father going to say."

"Well we won't know till that time comes and I will be there because I don't want to be in that crossfire. Living very important to me."

After a bit of fooling around teasing each other and eating cake which was cookies and cream both mine and Melody's favorite cake, we ended up watching a scary movie all night. I don't remember but I'm pretty sure I passed out first again. One of these days I won't be the first to pass out. I sound like a kid and not an adult. The only time I feel like an adult is when I'm working. The rest of the time I feel like a teenage girl wanting to live life not giving a damn about the world's problems.

The softness of the bed was just so unreal. My whole body feels so relaxed and well-rested. I wish I could take this bed home with me. I turned to the side opening my eyes seeing the sunshine under the curtains. I should take these curtains too, they cut out the sun perfectly. Jeez, I want a lot of things in this room that I know I can't have. Stealing is also not an option for I am a good girl. Melody was still fast asleep after all that movie watching. I took this opportunity to hop in the shower to refresh myself. A lot was running through my mind most of what I was thinking was about Sean. There's just something about him that makes me trust him. I want to be closer to him, but I also feel like I shouldn't. I'm scared I'll end up being hurt again. Sean is an amazing hot man who could do better than me. I'm sure last night was nothing to him.

After my shower, I hear a knock at the door. I wonder who could that be? I opened the door to see a maid walk in with breakfast ready for us. Did Melody ask for this and I had no clue about it?

"Um did we order this?" I had to know because room service is expensive as hell here.

The maid smiled kindly. "This is on behalf of Mr. Bellaire. He said to enjoy and that everything is paid for."

Before I could ask her why Sean would do this for us, she already left. Why would Sean go through all this trouble for me and Melody? Could it be that Darren asked him to do this? From what I can tell Sean and Darren are good friends so Darren must have asked him to do this to impress Melody. That's the only thing I can think of at this moment. The smell of fresh eggs, bacon, and toast filled the room instantly waking Melody up from her deep sleep. Behold the power of food to wake even a beast up from his slumber.

"Whoa. Serenity did you order room service?"

"No. This is all from Sean. The maid said that everything was already paid for."

"Wait. Serenity, remember when the receptionist told us that this room was paid and taken care of for us? Could it be that Sean was the one?"

Melody brings up a really good question. What if it was Sean who did all this? Why would he do that? I'll have to ask him if I ever run into him again. Why do I feel like that would be impossible? The man is very busy. God! Too many questions are filling up my poor mind!

"Whenever I get the chance to see him again let's ask him?" I said pouring myself some fresh orange juice. We both ate our breakfast fast so we could take a look at the hotel's gift shop and minibar. The morning was calm with fewer people walking around. This was a good thing since I love the quiet. When we got to the gift shop all I did was stare at everything before me. The gift shop even had a small bakery that sold all kinds of fancy sweets. From rose peddle shaped chocolates to chocolate covered strawberry mini cheesecakes etc. Everything looks so good! I decided to get me and Melody some eggless chocolate pudding puff pastry bites. I have always seen in magazines wanting to try them out. Sure, they may be costly but you only live once.

Getting ready to leave Melody gets a text message.

"Who texted you?" I asked.

"It's from Darren" Melody answered. "He wants me to meet up with him at the flower garden. I don't know if I should. I don't want to leave you alone."

I smiled knowing full well she wanted to go spend time with him. I'm not going to be like one of those friends that puts themselves first before other's needs. My girl has finally found a man and I want her to have a good time! Besides, it's also our last day here. Tomorrow, we are back home. A rush of sadness hit me.

"Girl just go. I'll be fine. Have a fun time with him!" I ran out of the gift shop fast so that she would not argue with me. Melody you will thank me for this!

Just to get the time passing by so that I don't feel bored I decided to wander around. My wondering lead to the front desk where I spotted the one person I didn't want to see. Fiona. Damn it. I forgot she works at the Bellaire hotel as a receptionist too. Just my damn luck. Fiona looked up from the computer to see me.

"Hey, Serenity. What are you doing here? You do know this place is for paying guests not to be sightseeing for fun." Fiona spat out. I can tell she's still pissed about that slap Melody gave her. Poor here. Not like I give a damn.

"Thanks for the little tip, but I am a paying guest here. So why don't you mind your own business and get back to work."

"Don't act all cocky with me Serenity. I can have you thrown out this hotel!"

"On who's authority gives you that right?"

This voice? I recognize it. It's Sean! Walking up to my side Sean stands next to me looking very handsome in his black suit. Fiona was at a loss for words but tried to fix herself up even going so far as to show cleavage. Is she going to believe she can seduce him like that?

"I'm sorry Mr. Bellaire. I was letting my sister know that we don't conduct rudeness here."

I was about to wring this girl's neck!

"Is that so? From what I was seeing and hearing you were the one being rude to Serenity." Sean said taking my hand in his looking at me softly with those electric blue eyes of his.

"It's all right Sean. No harm was given."

Fiona was looking at us in shock. Guess this a big ass surprise to her. I'm enjoying this moment.

"Don't say that Serenity. Harm was done so now I will make it right." Sean began his eyes landing back on Fiona. "Please grab your things for you are fired."

With that said Sean lead me away from the front desk taking me someplace else. Did that just happen? Why is Sean being so nice to me and even firing Fiona? What's going on? He can't like me, can he? I stopped making Sean look at me.

"Sean. I have been meaning to ask you something. Are you the one who paid for mine and Melody's room? If so, I like to know why."

Everything was quiet for a minute until Sean spoke up.

"I wanted to do something nice for you. You are the one who saved my wolf."

His wolf? Could that wolf I saved be his! Holy crap I was not expecting this.

"You didn't have to do this. I have to save the lives of animals. I have a deep love for them. How is your wolf doing by the way? He was wounded badly."

Sean smiled making my heart melt. "He's fine thanks to your care. Serenity would you like to have dinner with me soon? I love to spend more time with you."

Oh my god. Is this happening right now? I can't believe Sean this sexy Billionaire is asking me out to dinner! This has to be some kind of dream, right?

"I'm not sure. Can I get back to you on that?"

I could see the hurt flash in his eyes making me hate myself. Right now, I just need to think this through. It hasn't been long since my break up with Ethan and I don't know if it's even a good time to be dating again.

Sean took my hand lifting it to his lips. "Take all the time you need." He kissed my hand softly while his other hand slipped a piece of paper in my bag of sweets I bought. I blushed deeply when he pulled away winking at me before making his leave.

"Wow..."
