How is this possible? How could Sean have found his mate just when I finally thought I have a chance in marrying him! Who the fuck is his mate?! He has to be lying to me so he wouldn't have to marry me. I don't understand why he won't love me. I'm beautiful, smart, and a great fighter. I know everything about him and I been showing him this since high school. What more can I do? I picked up my phone dialing a hidden number that I use only I know about to get what I want.

"I want you to investigate who Sean Bellaire's mate is and report it back to me."

I hung up the phone laying down on my bed. I turn my head to the nightstand looking at a picture of me and Sean. Sean, I wish you understand how much I love you...I even rejected my mate for you.

"This mate of his...she'll understand to keep her hands away from things that don't belong to her once I'm through with her."

"Why do you try Paisley? You know Sean will never love you since you are not his mate!" Rain my wolf shouted in my head. She's still pissed at me for rejecting our mate, but I don't give a fuck. That guy will never be my mate. The one who is perfect to be my mate is Sean.

"You need to keep quit Rain! Sean will love me once his so-called mate is out of the picture."

I blocked Rain from talking to me any further so I wouldn't be annoyed by her yapping. I touched my neck where Sean grabbed me chocking the life out of me. Never has Sean put his hands on me before. I understand that alphas are far more protective of their mates then normal male wolves. I thought for sure that Sean would never find his mate. I even went through all the trouble of getting rid of any potential girls who could have a chance of being his mate. I don't care what anyone tells me. I won't stop till I get what I want. Soon Sean will see just how much he will need me.

Time was not in my favor. I need to know who his mate is now so I can deal with her as fast as possible. I'm pretty sure his mate is just into him for his money. I can't wait to see who this girl is. I looked at my phone only to see a new message from my friend Mia asking me to meet with her at the mall. I grabbed my bag heading out to see what she wanted. It took me about seventeen minutes to get to the mall. Mia was waiting for me at the entrance when I stepped out of the car.

"Glad you can make it. A new store opened up and you have to come with me to check it out!" Mia said with full excitement in her voice.

"What kind of store is it?"

Mia smirked wrapping her arm around mine leading me in.

"It's a new lingerie store. I'm sure if you ever get the chance to have alpha Sean see you in something sexy, he will change his mind about you."

That's not a bad idea. I can show Sean just how much he can have then what his other mate will. I work out so I do have a fit body that other women would kill for.

"It better. I just found out that Sean has found his mate."

"What!? Then you better step up your game. Did you meet her?"

I sighed.

"No. But I will find out soon. I requested for his mate to be looked into. Now all I have to do is wait."

"Are you going to do the same to her like what you did with the other girls?"

"Of course. Sean is mine and only mine."

Noticing Mia giving me a worried look before changing the subject about the store. Before I can see Sean, I have to apologize to him. Even if I did nothing wrong. We got to the store and I had to say I was impressed with all the new designer lingerie that was displayed. I found a nice dark red lingerie that I'm sure Sean would most defiantly love. Mia was looking at some perfumes they were selling.

I scanned further trying to find more that would suit me till I bumped into someone.

"Hey watch where your standing!"

"You're the one who bumped into me when you should be looking." This girl said with just as much attitude as me.

"Who do you think you are talking to me like that!" This stupid bitch thinks she can talk to me like that and get away with it!

"Unless you're the president of the United States, king, or a queen I don't give a shit in who you are!"

That was it! Just as I was about to slap this bitch she was pulled away by another girl.

"Melody come on. Don't start a fight in a store."

"But Serenity, she's the one who started it."

I took a good look at this Serenity girl and I instantly didn't like her. She had long light brown hair that seemed to give off a gold color in the light. She had deep green eyes that reminded me of emeralds. I can even tell she takes good work in her body. Just looking at her was pissing me off. Something about her rubbed me the wrong way. Just as I was about to comment back that Serenity girl pulled her friend back leaving the store in a rush.

"Just what the hell?"

"Hey, Paisley. You okay?" Mia asked me holding up to small bags. It might be the perfumes she bought.

"Some bitch tried to start a fight with me. Her friend seemed to piss me off more. I didn't get a good feeling from her."

"I'm pretty sure you're just imagining things. Come on let's get back to shopping!"

"Fine."

Melody's P.O.V.

"Serenity why did you pull me away?" I can't believe the nerve of that girl. She thinks she's all high and mighty. I like to slap her hard in the face as I did with Fiona.

"I promised your dad that I would stop you from getting into any fights."

Okay. When the hell did my father have her promise this? Where the hell was I? Damn old man. He must have done so in secret. What a buzz kill he is.

I growled. "Thanks for nothing dad."

"Don't be like that big baby. He's just looking out for you and doesn't want to see you charged with sending a person to the hospital with them on life support."

Dad? What the hell are you telling Serenity? Like I could send someone to the hospital on life support. I'm not that crazy. Sure, I can beat up someone to a pulp, but nothing that serious. I'm going to have a long talk with him.

"Serenity. Don't believe everything my dad says okay?"

Serenity smiled trying not to laugh.

"Sure. I won't."

Yeah, this girl is lying to me straight up. She isn't fooling me that easy. But I find it cute how hard she's trying.

"So, hey. My birthday is coming up and I booked a room at the Bellaire hotel for me and you. It's a birthday sleepover!"

"Sleepover? I guess that would be fun! It would be like old times. Oh god, I felt old saying that."

"Hey now! Sleepovers are fun no matter how old you are. Sleepovers are also more fun at a grand hotel suck as Bellaire's!"

Bellaire's hotel is amazing. The serves there are great and everyone has a great experience staying. I remember Serenity saying she like to one time stay there just to see what it's like. Luckily, I saved up for me to book that room just for my birthday! Luck was really on my side this time. It's nearly impossible to get a room from so many wanting to experience the royal treatment. Though I do believe some people could be exaggerating just to get the hotel more hype. I can understand why. Many other businesses do that.

"Wait. Your birthday is tomorrow, right? No that means we are leaving tomorrow?" Serenity asked me.

"That is correct my loving best friend. A nice getaway from fucked up people like your family."

"Well thank you so much Melody." Serenity said rolling her eyes smiling.

"Want to know something else I heard."

Serenity looked at me. "What did you hear?"

"The CEO of the Bellaire hotel is extremely handsome and single. He is New York's Billionaire's most eligible bachelor."

"Okay? Why tell me this?"

"What if we run into him at the hotel and he takes an interest in you or me!"

Serenity patted my shoulder shaking her head. "You have to stop reading those billionaire stories on Wattpad. It's starting to affect your brain big time."

"Okay shut up. Let's just go home and get ready."

"Melody look up there at that tree. There's a bat."

I looked up to where she was pointing and sure enough, there was a bat. What's a bat doing out during the day? This is abnormal.

"You have a good eye there. How did you notice it?"

"I had a feeling that someone could be watching us so I looked around only to see a bat."

"Maybe it's a vampire!" I said pulling Serenity to me. "Don't worry I'll protect you."

"No more reading fantasy also. Come on let's go."

As said, we both went back home to pack for tomorrow.

David's P.O.V.

I watched as Serenity and her friend Melody headed back home for the day in which now, I would have to report back to his royal highness. Upon my arrival back to Sean's office, I noticed he was deep in thought. This guy must be thinking about his little mate. I smirked hatching an idea in my head. I slowly walked behind him to give him the scare of his life.

"Bad news alpha!!"

This got Sean to jump from his seat looking at me with wide eyes. A look of worry crossed his face. I bet he thinks his mate is in danger right now. This was probably not a good idea seeing as how he is going to kill me. I really should have thought this more through...

"I was kidding! Don't worry your mate is okay! Nothing to worry about! Don't kill me!"

He growled at me. "Do that again and I really will kill you."

"Noted. Okay doing as you told me I watched over your mate still she went back home. However, she and her friend Melody ran into Paisley almost starting a fight with Serenity's friend."

The look of rage crossed Sean's face. Oh, he pissed.

"Did Paisley hurt Serenity?"

"No. Serenity stopped her friend Melody from fighting Paisley dragging her out the store. I don't think Paisley knows that Serenity is your mate and I think she should not do. I never liked Paisley."

"I'm starting to get annoyed with her too. Was that all to report?"

"Well, my lucky alpha. I happen to know that Melody booked a room here at your hotel for her sleepover and Serenity is coming. Don't you think this is a good opportunity to finally meet her?" I said wiggling my eyebrows. He ignored that.

"I see. What kind of room did they book?"

"Just a normal standard room I believe."

"Notify Darren to have their room upgraded to one of our finest rooms free of charge."

"As you command my alpha." I bowed leaving the room to give Darren my orders.

Let's see how our alpha plans to meet his mate. I better make sure to bring a camera and record this. It would be good to show everyone later on. Although I will have to charge them to see it. I'm so evil.
