ADONIS.

Adonis was pacing back and forth, thinking as to how Author manage to get out of the Queen's grip and manage to tell Nina about the massacre that is currently happening in her old pack.

''What's the matter brother?'' Bryan asked him with a smug look, he wanted to punch him so hard, but if he did that he will upset Nina.

''Why can't you just tell her the truth? That you sent our warriors to execute those fools.'' He stared at Bryan.

''Do you have any idea what will it do to her? If i ever told her about what i have done. It will break her heart.'' Bryan shook his head.

''So it's better for you to hide it from her and let the guilt kill you?'' He growled, his brother doesn't understand it, he can't hurt Nina's feeling, he doesn't have the guts to hurt her.

''If i die with guilt then so be it.'' Bryan stands up.

''Tsss. Have the cursed Prince gone soft? My brother. Let her understand it, that it is your duty as a prince to ensure that the law of the Goddess is being followed. I'm sure she will understand it.'' Bryan was unsually very kind to him today, so he narrowed his eyes at him.

''What do you want brother?'' He asked, Bryan laughed.

''Ahah! You caught me!.... You do know me better than anyone!'' He said. He looked at him straight in the eyes.

''I want her with me tonight, just us.'' He finally said making Adonis Tense. He was about to disagree but then he remembered, that Bryan is also Nina's mate, so he doesn't have the rights to be selfish.

''What are you planning brother?'' Bryan shrugged and turned around from him. There was a long silence before he decided to answer his brother's question.

''I wanted a pup;'' Adonis didn't speak. He waited for him to continue

''You've taken the life of my late child so i guess, you would let Nina carry my pups first.'' Adonis heart ached, when he remembered the Devastated state of his Brother when he found out about what he did to his child. Bryan was a loving father, but he have loved the wrong people, that child wasn't his, and that woman tricked them.

''I won't stop you.'' He said looking at the window.

''Thank you.'' If his Brother manages to impragnate Nina, it means that there first born will be the one to inherit the posistion as Alpha and a potential Heir to the throne. But he doesn't care about posistion nor crown. He wanted to fix their relationship as brother's.

''What if she doesn't understand?'' Bryan looked behined him.

''She will.'' And then he went out of his office. He was left there alone but not for long. Ryan came in.

''Alpha, Queen Georgia is here.'' Adonis raised his eyebrow, it was a sudden visit, the Queen didn't send him any request letter.

''Let her in.'' He said, moment later the Queen entered, her appearance was full of dominance. Her eyes are glowing yellow.

''It's an honor to see the Queen of the North.'' He said bowing slightly in respect, the Queen only nod.

''I'm in search for my mate, her scent leads her here. Is she here?'' He chuckled, shaking his head.

''I believe she went to the Blood shed pack to do her job.'' Georgia growled cursing, Adonis was amused, The Queen was usually very composed. She never showed too much emotion.

''Very well...Thank you for your help, i must now go.'' Adonis gave the Queen a bow before she went away.

He shook his head taking a deep breath, Ryan then came in again.

''Alpha, Nix have contact me, the job is done, No survivors are left except for the few chosen children to be spear.'' Adonis nodded his head.

''Tell Nix to lie about this to her sister.'' Ryan seems shock, but nodded his head and left,

But then something happen.

Adonis felt his head throb,

As if someone was hitting his head with a hammer inside.

And then a voice whispered.

''Let me out''

Adonis felt his blood run cold. The voice he'd been dreading to hear,

A voice he tried to lock out.

It was the voice that took many lives, and it's resurfing again. It will again try and take control of him.

''Beast!!!'' He growled still gripping his head as it Throb.

''Let me out.''

''No! No i won't!'' He said shaking his head.

That voice, is the Beast within him, the one that was sealed deep within him as a punishment of his ruthless action.
