brew above and below, leaving wakes in its path as it clouded her mind and soul. Her heart cracked as the images replayed in her mind, the words replaying over and over as she shut her eyes.

The darkness terrified her once, closing her eyes was like shutting the gates to the world and leaving her in the realm of unknown. However now she grovel at the feet of Mikael for the gift of cluelessness, forgetting what she saw. Leaving her family to be angry yet together,

It was impossible now, to un see the blood and terror, to get rid of the screams. Memories of your own was watching a television from the first point of view, but when you saw your memories through the eyes of another? You watched as the colours bled, and the smiles of people you once knew turned sour.

As the wager of wills all played out amongst three stubborn siblings, Mazeki was forced to walk the path of deliberation. She did not move quickly, she did not act with instinct. She thought, allowing herself the moment to take in the words of her father and the weapon she wielded.

"He took it because it mattered to you my dear girl. When you control the thing someone loves, you control the deepest parts of them. Niklaus has played you as fiddle since you were nothing less a child." Arthur extended his arm out in a manner you'd only ever see someone approach a wild beast. His hands flat, and his knees bent slightly as he still felt the longer pressure of her hand around him.

Mazeki's nostrils flared, her hands tightened into fists that drew blood at her side. Her skin vibrates with unused magic, and her muscles tightened as she forced the restrain of her vampirism. "You know nothing! You act as though because we share blood you understand? You are a fool Arthur, a village fool!"

Hayley hit the woman in the shoulder, sparing her with a annoyed look in comparison to a judgemental one. "You can't just yell at him every time he says something you don't like, you have to listen at least. He's your dad."

"He is nothing!" She scorned, tilting herself towards the brunette wolf. Her mate. The woman who didn't understand even the first thing about Mazeki. "He has no idea what it is he's talking about, neither do you!"

Fingers clenching around the base, her eyes shot open with a new wildness to them as she began walking with more purpose. No more thinking, no more surviving. She wished for revenge, and she'd have it. Even if she'd kill of a population to get it.

"Niklaus!" Her voice boomed against the breaking cobble tombs, and the wilting greenery that lined the morbid area. How fitting for a battle, on the grounds of those who had failed to win their own wars.

Turning away from his sister and brother, the hybrid king was faced with a scarring sight. The vision he once recalled as a child, of an angry Mazeki who had lost her favourite ribbon now replaced with the sight of a bloody and gory adult Maze, her eyes red as the devils, and a once lost relic placed in her left hand.

Klaus' once angered demeanour dropped as fear replaced its wake. "Maz-"

"She may be your prey Nik," she gestured to Rebekah with a relaxed stance, and a playful grin to her bloodied face. "But it's rather hard to hunt someone, when you too are on the run. Go Rebekah, Elijah and I can Handle it from here."

The two youngsters shared a daunting look, one of warning and fear. Rebekah could run, however she wouldn't get far, neither would Klaus.

Speeding off quickly, Rebekah did well not to stay around long enough to see her sisters remarkable wrath. However Niklaus was not as fortunate, as when he when to follow, the back of his shirt was roughly tugged back and a sharp blade pressed against his neck.

Meeting Elijah's eyes, Mazeki and Elijah for the first time in a century shared the moment of familiarity when knowing that you both knew what was next. "I believe you have your own betrayals to pay for Niklaus."

" preach for Rebekah dear safety, however watch as she beats me around like nothing. Not very becoming of you is it brother?" Klaus spit venomously, wiping his lip free of blood with his arm. His face stone as he looked between the two eldest of their family.

Elijah stood with his hands carefully enclosed behind him, his jaw tilted up as he watched his brother with pity for this sagged state he was in. However he made no move to care for him, or stand with him in this time as he lined himself with his better half.

Mazeki stood with a sickly satisfied grin, her sweater now discarded, leaving her in a plain white tank top that had come to be stained throughout her wrestles with Klaus. Not a scrap had been made to her, every piece of hair intact.

"Our sisters anger maintains Rebekah's safety, and for that I am in debt. I will allow her to do with you as she pleases until the spell falls, as long as that stake never touches our little sister." The noble Original spoke briskly, looking over his shoulder to watch carefully as Rebekah once again sped away to hide wherever she could.

However much like every time, as Klaus moved to follow he was also knocked back with the impeccable force of Mazeki's magic.

"I must admit this is quite satisfying, like that game- oh what is it? Whack a hole?" Mazeki wondered, turning to her elder brother briskly as she reveled in hearing klaus' bones snap back into place.

"Whack a mole, and yes it is, in a way, satisfying I suppose." Elijah agreed with her, smiling as the gory blonde who smiled back at the man with a bright grin. One you'd never imagine be worn by a murderer.

"Oh how happy I am, that you two have put your differences a side." The angry Mikaelson grit out, however his words were irrelevant as Mazeki once again let him fly into the unstable cobble of a tomb.

"Keep quiet, no one has asked for your opinion." The blonde scoffed.

"So I was correct, he's returned?" Elijah wondered with what might have been an even bigger smile then his sister.

Rolling her eyes, Mazeki used the sword to gesture around. "In full. Even his charm remains intact, Hayley was nearly falling for his every word."

"Like father like daughter." Elijah remarked, getting bumped in the shoulder by the younger girl.

Taking this as his distraction, Klaus quickly got up and sped after where he had seen Rebekah speed off too. And of course, quickly followed his adorning siblings.

Okay so I already know some of the comments people are probably preparing, and yes I'm aware I skipped some interaction between Arthur and Mazeki. I did try to write the next scene near 3 times, however each time turned into a bigger problem as I couldn't enjoy writing it. So I... skipped it.

I'm also aware none of the actual episodes scenes were in this chapter, don't have any argument beyond the fact that I'm still pretty happy with the turnout.

Davina more then Marcel but still, so this episode instead of bringing back from the dead, Marcel was trying to get Davina to come with him but she kept thinking that he was the boy that died for the spell. So she kept fighting him.

Anyway there's your little run down, so leave a vote and a comment. Later!
