Phoenix yawned tiredly as Harkin continued to run back towards his pack's house. "Whoa. " The smaller male overlooked the view as he swiftly climbed off the wolf's back.

"Phoenix!!" A familiar voice cried as they ran towards him, embracing him into a right hug. "You're back! I missed you!" Luka nuzzled Phoenix continuously.

"I missed you too Luka. "Phoenix hugged the wolf twin tightly.

"Welcome back. "Zanders' voice caught the duos attention, he looked miserable, bags under his eyes and hair untidy. "It's great to have you back. "

Phoenix smiled towards him as Luka released him, he rushed towards him and hugged him tightly. "It's great to be back. I missed you dorks so much!" Tears slowly escaped Phoenix's eyes. "I'm s-so sorry. "

"Zander! Luka!" A loud voice boomed from the pack's house making the twins cringe.

Phoenix started shaking with fear, he hid behind Luka nervously.

"This is Phoenix, our friend. " Luka nervously smiled looking at his twin for help.

"Baxter is with his family father, Phoenix just came over to help us with our chemistry homework. " Zander said looking at their father emotionlessly.

"He smells like you two, are you human Phoenix?" Howlan asked, his wolf quickly spotting a mark on Phoenix's neck. "Is he your... Mate?"

"Shit. "Luka mumbled making Howlan shift to his wolf form, growing slowly towards Phoenix.

"Stay away from him. "Zander growled stepping in front of his twin and their mate protectively.

Brandon, Howlans wolf, growled more baring his canines at Zander, challenging him.

"Luka, protect Phoenix... "The older twin quickly glanced at the two before shifting to Kayde.

"Alright. "Luka mumbled picking up Phoenix and dashing away from the wolves who were circling each other.

Brandon lunged towards Kayde, growling viscously, swiftly Kayde jumped out of the way and bared his canines.

Both wolves fur bristled, their ears forward but Brandon was slow due to his old age, he lunged at Kayde swiftly pinning him to the ground.

A soft whimper left Kayde, his ears flat against his head.

The Alpha growled lowly opening his mouth making the younger wolf whimper loudly for submission.

White was spotted in the corner of Kayde's eye, he quickly looked towards the white who was running towards the two.

The mysterious wolf growled as he tackled Brandon to the ground baring his canines but this wolf was different.

Brandon whimpered loudly his tail tucked between his legs.

Kayde got up as he kept his stare towards the white wolf, their scent was familiar yet different, another wolf was spotted near Luks making him growl loudly.

Luka and Phoenix cautiously stepped away from the she-wolf, Luks growled loudly making the she-wolf run to her mate.

"Are they rogues?" Luka asked himself, Kayde walked towards his brother and mate and stayed by them.

Howlan shifted back before running away back into the packhouse, the mysterious wolf shifted to his human form, a replica of the twins. "Hello, brothers... "
