"Mommy, mommy!!" I turned around as soon as I heard her voice.

"Hi there princess"

"We've been looking for you everywhere mommy, I'm so mad at you" My little girl said crossing her arms and pouting.

"Really?"

"Yes"

"Fine then, I'll just go into the river and never come out again" I said staring at the beautiful river in front of me and looking at my daughter from the side of my eye as I slowly made my way to the river.

"No mommy, I'm not mad at you anymore"

She said dragging me by my skirt.

Laughing at her, I picked her up and threw her in the sky, catching her as she came down.

Her little giggles lit up my heart and made me look back at the events that happened to me.

Alexandra was conceived unexpectedly because someone couldn't keep it in his pants but we loved her immediately we found out I was pregnant.

Caleb asked me to marry him two weeks after we found out and here I am five years later, happy with my husband and baby girl.

"Daddy says he loves you" she said playing with my hair.

"If your daddy loves me, he wouldn't have done what he did earlier today". I said making my way back to my home.

"Sky! Alexandra!!" I heard my husband scream. I hope his throat hurts.

"Over here daddy" Alex screamed making me turn my face to the side.

Not up to a second later, Caleb came into view, panting like a dog.

"My God, you scared the crap out of me" he said collecting my baby from me and trying to kiss me but that won't happen.

"Come on, I can't believe you're still mad at me" he said looking shocked.

"Don't talk to me" I said as the house came into view.

"Skylar" I heard Lily call as everyone came into view.

"Happy birthday!!" she screamed running over to me.

"Thank you" I said hugging her.

Walking over to the rest of my family, I kissed my mom and dad on the cheek and hugged the rest of them.

"Skylar come on"

"Don't talk to my mommy" Alexandra said to Caleb, pulling his hair in the process.

"What's happening" Ian asked, humour filled in his voice.

"Mommy and daddy are fighting"

"And why is that?" My mom asked with her eyebrows raised.

"He ate my pizza" I cut in, tears brimming in my eyes.

"Don't cry, please" Caleb trying to soothe me.

"Don't touch me you monster, that was the last slice and you ate it"

"Now you're just exaggerating, we can get you another one". He said running his hand down his face.

"I'm exaggerating, you think I'm exaggerating!!. I don't want another one Caleb, I want that one".

"It's just pizza Sky"

"Really, well then in a month when I'm in the delivery room, I hope you say "it's just a baby" when I ask the doctor to keep you out of the room" I said walking away from him.

"Excuse me, you can't keep me from watching my baby being born"

"The baby already hates you, you ate his pizza"

"Fine, I'm sorry okay, I'll order the same pizza right now if you want". He said grabbing my shoulders softly.

"I don't want it anymore"

"Then what do you want? I'll get you anything at all"

"I just want you to hold me" I said and sighed in satisfaction as he pulled me into his arms.

"Never eat a pregnant woman's food ever again. You could get killed" I said pointing at him.

"Well you proved that the moment you threw the kitchen knife at me". He said putting up a playful frown.

"I was mad, I'm sorry".

"Don't apologize okay, it was my fault".

"Okay guys break it up it's time to cut the cake" Emma said separating us and giggling as Luke pulled her into his chest.

Walking to the table, I picked Alex up as I saw her trying to dip her hand into the cake.

The sight of everyone being around me, made me happy as they all sang the happy birthday song for me.

Caleb's arm went around me holding my belly and rubbing it. He does that when the baby kicks and is giving me problem.

His touch seems to calm the baby down when he kicks.

"He loves me" Caleb whispers in my ear.

"Dream on"

"When he's born you'll see" he said with a smirk on his face.

"When he's born, I hope your chest produces breast milk so then you can have him" I said tapping his chest and shoving a piece of cake in his mouth.

Alexandra giggled when I rubbed icing on her face, taking the extra from my hand and rubbing it on Caleb's ear.

"This is how I've always wanted my life to be. I never thought I'd fall in love but you just came out of nowhere and here we are" He said to me pulling me by my waist.

"I love you". I said kissing him, totally forgetting that Alexandra was between the both of us.

Claps erupted and we pulled away laughing. Looking at my family, I saw the smile on everyone's face.

Emma and Luke with little John in his arms, Sophie and Ian staring straight me smiling and the rest just being happy.

I wish Jacob was here, but what can I say, he has his life to live.

These people barged into my life and totally changed it for me but I won't have it any other way, I thought as I stared at my husband and my little girl.
