"I'm telling you, I'm fine"

For a doctor this man seems to be dumb. It's like he doesn't understand the meaning of fine.

I've been telling him for the past thirty minutes but he won't listen.

"Are you sure miss, you just came out from a coma"

"Do I look like someone that just came out from a coma?" I asked raising my hands and legs to prove my point.

"Well no but..."

"No buts doctor, seriously I'm fine"

"I hope you're not lieing to me so you can leave the hospital. If anything happens to you while you are at home, Alpha Caleb will kill me and I have a wife and three children so please don't lie to me"

Oh, so that's what this is all about.

"Listen to me again, I'm fine but honestly if you don't stop asking me these questions, I'm going to tell Caleb you gave me a headache".

I said raising my eyebrows and pointing to the door and finally, he just sighed and walked out the door.

Looking around the room, I noticed how big it was, there were flowers everywhere and I just had to stand up and check it out.

Pulling the papers from each one of the flowers made me loved.

They all had the names of everyone I loved and knew, and to be honest the one that made me happy the most was from Sydney. If not for her, I wouldn't be here.

I picked up her flower and brought it to my nose, looking out the window at the same time.

The door opened and before I had the chance to turn around, I was pulled into an embrace.

"I can't believe it" I heard Caleb murmur into my hair.

The joy of being in his arms made me forget the pain I was feeling in my stomach, and the look on his face when I turned around made my heart crack.

I wiped the tears from his eyes and wrapped my arms around him groaning as he pressed me into him harder than normal.

"I thought I lost you" he said into my neck.

Pulling away from him, I smiled at the rest of my family as I went back to my bed.

"I was enjoying the sleep though. Trust me I didn't want to wake up"

"Why would you say that?" Lily asked in shock.

"Because your daughter was about to tell me why I was so mad at you" I said pointing at Caleb.

"Doctor!!" I heard Dan shout, muttering to Luke that he thinks I'm crazy.

"I heard that Dan".

"What do you mean by my daughter?"

"Well I had a dream and in that dream I was so mad at you so our daughter, was about to tell me what you did but then I heard your voice and here I am". I said smiling at Caleb.

Caleb's attention turned to the flower I was holding and few seconds ago and a frown formed on his face when he saw who it came from.

My attention was taken to the doctor as he walked in asking if everything was okay.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Of course Luna, what is it?" he said with a smile.

"The knife Jack used to stab me, it was just a pocket knife why did it have so much of an effect on me?"

"Well miss, the knife used on you had some type of chemical meant for killing werewolves. Your body isn't strong like that of a wolf so the chemical was eating your insides faster than it should have".

That explains why the blood didn't stop when I put pressure on it.

"That's in the past what matters is that you're hear now" Caleb said as he sat next to me, placed his head on my shoulder and closed his eyes looking like a sweet innocent baby.

"I'm glad you're okay" Sophie said as she held Ian tightly.

"I would love to agree with her but the fact that you're going to be adding another woman to the family is making me think twice. I mean we already have a handful of you guys". Ian said then rubbed his head and frowned as he received two slaps on his from both Luke and Sophie.

"You all should leave she needs to rest" The doctor said making Caleb raise his head and shooing the rest of them outside.

"Sir, you should....." the doc was cut off by the look Caleb was giving him and gave a nervous laugh before completing his sentence.

"...you should keep her company, she needs you" The doctor said walking out the door.

Swatting Caleb on his arm, I pulled myself up so that I was now laying on the bed and stretched my arms out to Caleb for him to join me.

He immediately took the offer, laying comfortably beside me and resting his head on my chest and closing his eyes as I began stroking his hair.

"I love you" he said, his voice cracking at the end.

"I love you too" I said to him.

"I'm sorry, I haven't found him yet, but we have Sydney in the pack prison so you don't have to worry about her" he said making my breath seize.

"She saved my life"

"What?"

"If it weren't for her I'd be dead Caleb. I want to see her. I need to thank her".

"She's the reason he had you in the first place" he said raising his head from my chest.

"He's her brother, and she fought him to save me. I need to thank her". I repeated to Caleb seriously this time.

Resting his head back on my chest, he let out a sigh and put his arms around my waist.

"I'll have someone release her, but right now, I just want to be in your arms and nowhere else"

I wouldn't have it any other way.

"Of course I'll be there in a few minutes" I heard someone say, waking me up from my sleep.

Adjusting to the light, I smiled up at him when I saw him staring at me.

"You're beautiful when you sleep" he said sitting back on the bed and taking my hands.

"Do you want anything while I'm away" he asked.

"Yeah, I want to go to school"

"Your crazy"

"Call me whatever you want but I am not repeating another year of highschool"

"You won't"

"I want to graduate properly Caleb, not with your connections, I want to write my final exams" I said knowing where he was going with this.

"Fine, but exams don't start till next month so right now I want you to rest".

I nodded in response and asked him where he was going.

"They found Jack, he's at the pack house now"

Oh.

"What are you going to do with him" I asked worried.

"Don't worry about that baby, just know that he won't be bothering you ever again"

"Don't kill him"

"Sky.... "

"Please, don't kill him" I begged.

I don't want another person dieing because of me and I don't want the man I love killing another person.

"I love you" he said kissing me on the head and walking out the door.

I hope he listens to me.

"Hi" I turned sharply to the door and smiled when I saw Sydney.

"How are you feeling" she asked taking the hand I held out to her and sitting on my bed.

"I'm fine"

"I'm sorry"

"You don't have to apologize Syd, you saved my life and for that I should thank you" I said with a smile.

I noticed my hand getting wet and when I looked down, I saw blood covering her shirt.

"You're bleeding" I said pressing my button to call the doctor.

"It doesn't matter" she said with a smile but I could see the pain evident on her face.

"You need treatment"

"It's been an open wound for two weeks now I don't think I'm going to die"

The door opened and the doctor rushed in with two nurses.

"Are you okay Luna?" he asked checking me out.

"Yes I'm fine but she isn't"

"I'm fine" Sydney cut in.

"Shut up. Please have her cleaned up and taken good care of".

"Does the Alpha know about this?" he asked me.

"Do you want your head served as dinner to your wife?" I asked back, annoyed.

Shaking his head frantically, I watched in satisfaction as they took Sydney out of the room telling her everything will be fine.

Before the door shut, Caleb came walking in.

"I thought you were going to the house?" I asked surprised.

"I was, but I want to be with you right now. Staying away from you scares the hell out of me".

Walking over to him, I put my arms around his neck and smiled.

"And Jack?"

"I had him released but with the way my men handled him, I'm pretty sure he'll be leaving the country".

"Thank you". I said with a huge smile.

"I love you" he said kissing me.

It was amazing. It was different from every other kiss we've had and it was filled with so much passion.

In this world and the next, I'm pretty sure there is no place I'd rather be than in his arms.
