"I'm sorry Alpha but we tried everything we could so this wouldn't happen" he said for the fourth time obviously trying to convince me not to kill him cos I'm on the verge of doing so.

Turning my back to the doctor, I made my way to the hospital door with Lucas and Daniel trailing behind me.

I can't believe this is happening to me. Why did it have to be her, why not me.

I didn't know I had stopped walking until Luke pulled me into a hug and I couldn't hold it in anymore.

I burst out crying like a baby, I didn't care about the fact that I'm the Alpha and I need to stay strong in front of these two.

Me too, but we have to stay strong for the pack. If they see us like this they'll think we are weak so get it together. My wolf said. I could hear the pain in his voice but he's right we have to stay strong.

"I'll drive" Luke said when I opened the driver's side of the door.

I didn't have the strength or time to argue so I put my key in his already open hand and made my way to the back seat.

"Any news?" I asked as soon as we hit the road.

Daniel looked at me for a minute before answering.

"No, not yet but we have everyone searching for him"

I'm going to kill him and I'm going to do it slowly, I swear it.

"Where is she?"

"She's in the underground dungeon"

Sydney has a lot of explaining to do. When my men found her she was injured and she didn't try running which explains why she's still alive.

Looking out the window, I hadn't realized we had gotten home till I saw Lily with her eyes red.

She tried hugging me when I got out of the car but I knew if I allow it, I'm just going to break down again so I walked past her and went straight to the dungeon.

Sydney looked miserable being in a place where there is no single light but she deserves it.

"Where is he?" I asked her as soon as I stepped close to her.

"I don't know" she said weakly.

She hasn't had anything to eat all day and she won't have anything to eat till the day I find that bastard.

"Where. Is. He" I asked again this time slowly dragging her by her hair.

"I swear to you on my mother's grave, I don't know".

She's telling the truth. My wolf told me, but as soon as she mentioned her mother, I already knew that. Sydney doesn't joke with her mother.

Walking out of the dungeon, I instructed the guard to give her food before making my way to my office where my siblings and close friends were waiting for me.

"I don't want you guys to say anything about her, I just want to know if you have any information on Jack if not please leave me alone"

I was a little disappointed when they all shook their heads.

Sophia and Ian were the first ones the leave the office followed by Lily and Dan.

Luke stayed behind and just kept staring at me like I did something.

"What?"

"You need to calm down Caleb we still have time to find him, we have pack members in every airport so he won't be getting away". He said trying to relieve my stress.

"And you? If it was Emma, what would you have done"

"Emma doesn't have anything to do with this"

"Answer the question".

He just shook his head and looked down and that was my answer.

I have control as an Alpha but Lucas is reckless. If anything were to happen to Emma, he'd lose control and kill whoever gets in his way.

The sound of the door opening made me hope it was my baby coming to me but that wasn't possible.

"Why are you here, have you found him?"

"No sir, but..... "

Banging my hands on the table, I was in front of John my pack warrior in a second and grabbed his collar.

"The next time you come to my office without a word on where he is, I'm going to kill you, I promise you".

Nodding his head, he walked out of the office still facing me with his head down.

"Leave me alone please" I begged Luke as I felt him touch my shoulder before squeezing it and walking out.

The sight of everything in the room annoyed me and I thrashed it, all of it.

I could here breathing from outside my door, I knew everyone was standing there but I didn't care I just continued thrashing it and when there was nothing left to trash, I fell on the floor and cried, holding the picture of my love in my hand.

She came to me in my dream yesterday. She said we'll be together soon and I believe her.

I miss her but the important thing right now is finding out where Jack is.

"You look better"

I smiled up at my brother as he spoke.

"I feel better"

A knock on my door interrupted me and my heart skipped a bit as I saw John hoping he had news this time.

"Sir, before you say anything, we haven't found him yet". He said with his head bowed.

"But....."

"The doctor called, he said she has woken up from her coma"

What?.

I don't believe it. He said it might take months for her wake up and that she might never wake up again but it's only been two weeks.

Staring at John then at Luke, I knew I wasn't dreaming when I saw the happy look on their faces.

Dashing through the door, I grabbed my key and was about running to the garage when I saw my car already parked in front of the house.

I saw Lily and she had a smile on her face as she entered Luke's Porsche with him in the driver's seat.

Ian was already in his Bentley along with his girlfriend Sophie and I noticed they were all waiting for me.

I didn't like the idea of driving my Rolls Royce to a hospital but my baby is awake and I have no time to wait.

The smile on my face only increased as I felt my wolf jumping in joy and Dan jumping in the seat beside me.

I'm going to see my baby and this time, no one will ever separate us.
