"You are going to regret the day you were born, I swear to you"

I watched in horror as Daniel turned into a beautiful, adorable grey wolf but he wasn't so adorable anymore as I saw the look he had on his face.

His snarl was scary as he made slow steps towards Ian.

Ian stood in shock as he desperately tried to convince Dan of his innocence. I don't blame him at all, I mean Daniel is the beta of the pack which makes him stronger than everybody except Caleb of course.

"I swear to you man, it wasn't me. You know I will never do something like that" Ian rushed as Sophie came to stand in front of her mate shielding him.

"Don't be stupid Dan, Ian got here like three seconds before you came in" Sophia said rolling her eyes and baring her teeth as Dan took another step.

"Listen Dan, I'm your friend and besides Sophia and Sky was the only one here before I came in" Ian said again walking away from his mate and looking at me for a while before doing a double take.

I just stared as everyone's eyes turned to me including Dan still in his wolf form.

Ian's eyes went down to my hands and I didn't mind, I just continued munching on the beautiful and delicious pizza I saw a few minutes ago.

"It was you!" Ian gasped at me as Dan turned back to his human form picking his shorts from the floor and staring at me in shock as I shrugged my shoulders.

"It was you?" Dan asked still in shock.

"Of course it was me, what did you expect me to do?. I saw a perfectly served pizza on a plate and I took it" I shrugged again and smirked mischievously as his eyes followed my hand were the last bite of pizza was as, to my mouth.

"It was the last slice!!!" Dan shouted. "And it was mine"

I stood up and made my way to Dan standing in front of him as he completed his statement.

"You let him think it was me!"

"Well I was enjoying the show" I said again looking uninterested but deep down I was just teasing.

"You ate my fucking pizza!!" Dan shouted again still shocked I was the one who took it.

"You are getting me another one"

"I'm not getting you anything Dan, you already ate four slices".

"You have no right to eat my pizza" he said now angry.

"For your information estúpido, in case you didn't notice, your Alpha marked me, which makes me your Luna so I have every right to eat your pizza"

"You don't want to pull that card on me"

"You speak Spanish?" I turned to Sophia as she spoke and laughed a bit as I saw the look of disbelief on Ian's face.

"She tried framing me, your mate and the only thing you can say is "you speak Spanish" unbelievable" Ian said making a girlish voice as he quoted Sophia.

"What!! Don't blame me I'm Puerto Rican" Sophie said shrugging as she dragged Ian out of the kitchen.

I turned back to Dan and had a weird urge to kiss him as I saw the cute pout he had on his face.

What?

Don't blame me, it's not my fault he has cute reddish lips.

I just rolled my eyes and walked pass him making my way to the room I am sharing with Caleb.

Caleb went to the airport thirty minutes ago to supposedly pick his parents up. He told me earlier this morning about his parents and how eager his mom is to see me and honestly I wish I could say the same.

A full forty minutes later, I wrap my towel around me and make my way back to the room to get ready to meet the parents.

Staring at myself in the mirror, I let out a sigh as I thought about the way my life has been these past weeks.

I thought about how cool it would be if I was prettier than this and my eyes widened as I heard a car pull up into the driveway.

I didn't have to check cos I already knew it was Caleb. I could feel excitement and I knew he was excited to see me.

I don't blame him, I myself am excited to be close to him.

Making my way to the walk in closet, I pulled out a light blue jeans and a tank top taking the hot weather into consideration.

I walked back to the mirror and put on a little bit of makeup, loosing my hair from its band and using my hands to arrange it.

Letting out a sigh, I stared at myself in the mirror again.

I definitely didn't dress to impress.

"Where is she, I really want to see her" I heard a woman whisper as I got to the top of the stairs.

"She's here" this time a male voice said.

Composing myself, I made my way down the stairs and put on a fake smile which was immediately replaced with a real one as my eye made contact with Caleb who had a proud smile on his face.

"Hello. I'm Sky" I said with an awkward wave.

"Oh, she's beautiful" the woman I now assumed was his mother said while grabbing my arms in hers and giving me a big smile.

"I'm Caroline, Caleb's mom, and this is my husband, Chris" she said walking over to where another handsome creature stood.

Okay, what is it with these people and being handsome.

"I've heard so much about you" Chris said also with a smile, taking my head in his hand and turning my head left and right.

He released me with a smile while turning to his son and giving him a pat on the shoulder.

"I see you've marked her already" he said and squeezed Caleb's shoulder in approval as he nodded.

"I assume you must have mated by now" his mother said making me choke on my own spit.

I tried controlling myself as she patted my back softly trying to relieve me.

"I'll take that as a no" Caroline said with a slight laugh as soon as I stopped choking.

"You know you have to mate with her soon" she said turning to her son.

"She's not ready yet" Caleb replied slowly looking at me for a brief second.

"You'll be vulnerable if you don't do it soon" his father said sounding worried.

"Dad, please" Caleb said closing his eyes.

"What do you mean by he will be vulnerable" I asked now wanting to understand.

"Dad.... "

"An Alpha has to complete the mating process by sleeping with his mate once he has marked her" his father said before his mother cut in.

"If he doesn't complete the mating process, the mark begins the fade off and once it fades completely, it means the two are no longer mates and an Alpha had only one mate ever. And without a Luna, he's going to be weak which not only affects him but the pack also".

I turned to Caleb and his eyebrows were furrowed as he looked down not wanting to look me in my eyes.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"I didn't think it was important" he said now looking at me.

"Well it is son and you know it" his father said.

The door opened causing everyone to keep quiet and stare at the door as Daniel entered with Luke.

"Lucas?" I turned to Chris as he asked in shock.

I turned back to Luke as he let out a loud grunt and dropped his bag to the ground hard.

"Father" he said, obviously not happy.

Wait.

Wait.

What the actual fuck?

Did Luke just call Chris "Father"?

I looked at Caleb thinking I'll see shock on his face but he had the same expression Dan had.

They both had a small smile on their faces looking like they were about to watch a movie they had been hoping to see for a long time and then I taught to myself again......
