Emily's pov
*SKIPPING TO HER BIRTHDAY*
Everything was pretty much back to normal aaron doesn't talk to me and honestly i could care less me and logan are back to flirting all the time and since today is my birthday me, logan, mark, and naomi are gonna go see a movie.
I put on a black romper with knee high heel boots and a yellow cardigan and grabbed some sunglasses and a purse.
First i was gonna meet up with naomi and do a little bit of a girls day first. I got in mark's car and drove to the mall.
''ready to shop'' naomi said and smiled
''of course'' i said
We went from store to store looking and buying everything we wanted.
''so how are you and logan'' she said
''what do you mean'' i said and she smiled
''naomi!'' i said and she laughed
''well have you'' she said
''no we haven't we just occasionally kiss'' i said and smiled
''its more than a kiss because when i see you after you go to his house your in good spirits and all happy and just so full of life its like happiness just possess your whole body for weeks on end lately you have been the happiest you have ever been'' she said and chuckled
''naomi i honestly don't understand why he's not my mate i don't know what happened i mean why do i love logan more than i ever did aaron i don't get it..'' i said
''well there is this thing called false mate it happened to my dad he thought this girl was his mate and she ended up not being his mate when she turned seventeen they found their true mate and it was just weird'' she said and i looked at her

''we should talk to my dad'' she said and i nodded and we rushed out of the mall to our cars and drove to her house.
''dad!'' naomi yelled and we walked to the dinning room and he was sitting down on his laptop.
''hey girls'' he said and smiled
''we need to ask you a question'' naomi said and he nodded and we took a seat and i told him my story.
''sounds exactly like mine well somewhat i found naomi's mom by walking to my friend's house she was doing the same and it hit me and when the girl that i thought was my mate was crushed but when she found her real mate it was like it never happened when we had that false mate thing it was weird because we did have the tingles and stuff like that and your skin burning its not him cheating or the mate bond breaking its just you feeling what he felt your skin burning is what i went through too its just a weird side affect me and her got'' he said
''so aaron isn't really my mate'' i said
''nope and stacy isn't really logan's if he is your mate'' he said and smiled and i looked at naomi.
''go'' she said
''what if he's not naomi i can't be heartbroken again'' i said and she smiled and sat next to me.
''emily i grew up with you and him to know how much you both love each other more than you ever did aaron what ever happens you come over and tell me and if its bad i will have a tub of ice cream and we can binge watch friends and the vampire diaries and every show we love and if he is your mate em then you got what you and him wanted and waited for your whole lives'' she said

''trust me em whatever happens im gonna be here'' she said and smiled and i nodded and walked to my car and went to my house because mark and logan were supposed to be there till me and naomi got there.
I got home and ran in and mark was sitting on the couch with lexi.
''lexi?'' i said
''em! happy birthday!'' she said and hugged me.
''thanks mark where is logan'' i said
''he went home'' he said
''what! damn'' i said and sighed
''why'' he said
I explained everything that naomi's dad told me and him and lexi were excited.
''guys we don't know for sure yet okay'' i said
''emily if he is you get who you wanted your whole life'' mark said and smiled
''i know'' i said and smiled
''oh im so happy but scared'' lexi said and smiled
''what are you still doing here em go!'' mark yelled and i ran back to his car and drove to logans house and when i got there i felt my heart beating out of my chest.
My palms were sweating i got out of the car and left my cardigan there and took a deep breath.

A few (a lot) of things it won’t have is: Overly bloody descriptions, I don’t need to have enough buckets of gore to fill a ballroom for people to get that guy is defiantly dead; Rape, I don’t like it and it’s honestly painful writing that stuff; Harems, fuck harems; Overpowered MC, EVER; Game elements/ transported to another world, overused as shit; “I’m out for revenge”, no one cares; “My village was burned down and everyone died ;-;”, yeah you and the other 60% of the population; A lot of overly dramatic events, Drama has its time and place to be impactful, so you need to use it sparingly so when you do it’s special; “I’m going to stab you because I’m CrAZy, I believe that everyone has a reason for what they do, sometimes the reason is because they’re fucking insane, but I’m still not going to write things like that; Generic fantasy creatures, I’m tired of hearing about the fucking mystical dragons or the god damn slimes, so I’m going to create my own monster. Also feel free to roast. I don't get offended easily and it's honestly one of the best ways to increase writing abilites.
