~Magic will find those with pure hearts, even when all seems lost~
Morgan Rhodes
"ou did well for the first training session Freya."
Uvira started training me today. We focused on calmness and how not to let my powers take control.
"Thank you Uvira!"
"I'll see you in 2 days Your Majesty." Uvira said, bowing.
I bowed as she walked out of the room. The rooms very elegant, with different color lights all around!
I closed the door and entered the hall. Ever since the incident with the Vampire Prince, Blade has ordered guards to be stationed at every door. None of them talk, they just look straight ahead.
It's been 3 days since the vampires left the kingdom. 4 days of Daisy being in the infirmary. I visit her everyday. It's where I'm headed right now. The doctor said she had some sort of magic in her system. They need to run a lot of tests on her.
It was a sunny day in The Werewolf Kingdom! The sun peaked through the castle windows. The halls didn't look creepy for once.
I slowly opened the door to the infirmary. There laid little daisy on one of the beds.
I skipped over to her, "Hello my little Daisy! How are you feeling today?" I asked.
Her tiny nose began twitching as she slowly climbed onto my lap.
"Good afternoon Princess Freya." The doctor spoke next to me.
"Good afternoon! I feel as if Daisy is doing way better!" I said, petting her.
The doctor nodded. "She is. I suggest you take her for a walk today."
I nodded in agreement.
"I also found out what magic was in her system." She said.
The doctor went over to her folder and pulled out a sheet of paper. "There was dark magic in her system."
I gasped. Dark magic is a very scary thing! Fairies are terrified of it!
"Dark magic? Who has access to that and why would they use it against poor Daisy?"
"There's hardly any information on dark magic in books. It's been banned for centuries." She shrugged. "The only type of creature who is capable of it is fairies."

Daisy began tensing up. Her hair rising. She was thinking exactly what I was thinking.
Mother or father.
"I don't understand Daisy, why would mother or father do this?"
Daisy hopped while I walked her on her leash.
"Well I guess we don't know for sure if they did it, that's why I'm going to mail this letter to them and ask!"
Daisy stopped walking and turned her head towards me. She shook head which looked like disappointment and started walking again.
Why I'm I getting judged by a bunny?
We reached the sign where it says mail box. Only there was no box. Just a bunch of crows.
They deliver the letters?
Oh.
"Hi guys..." Daisy began shaking as the crows starred at her.
"Well here's the letter. Please deliver it to The Kingdom of Therondia! Thank you bye!"
In a flash Daisy and I bolted! I didn't want her being their lunch!
We kept running. The wind made it harder as it was blowing against us.
"I dislike running!" I said in between breaths.
I could tell we were running more and more into an unfamiliar area. Less trees surrounded us.
I was paying attention to the trees and didn't notice that Daisy's leash was getting tangled between my legs.
I tripped.
I let out a yelp as my knees banged against the rough dirt.
"Great." I said. Noticing that both my knees were bleeding.
Blades going to be mad at me....
I slowly got back up on my feet, grabbing Daisy's leash off the ground. We continued to walk veering a corner to a very large open area.
Before my eyes were over 30 people. Mostly men, however a few woman. They all had large muscles. Some were tackling each other, while a few sat on wooden benches and feasted on what look liked meat.
They were all definitely Werewolves.
I repositioned myself so I was settled behind a tree, I thought Daisy would follow however she had different plans...
She bolted spotting a few vegetables on the table.
"Daisy NO!" I exclaimed. "I'll get you all the vegetables you want if you come behind the tree this instant!"

She hopped faster towards the Werewolves.
What if the wolves thought she was a wild bunny! I can't let them hurt her!
I ran straight to her, trying to catch up.
I dived to the ground and caught her in my arms.
I groaned in pain, "This is the second time today you made me fall" I mumbled.
All eyes were on me as I rose to my feet, picking Daisy up. Everyone stopped talking and put their attention towards me.
What I didn't notice was behind a crowd of werewolves stood a very angry and shirtless Blade.
He must've been training.
Ooooo! The voice inside my head said.
I'm not sure why the voice in my head was in a good mood. Blade was definitely mad.
He threw his sword to the ground, while the other men next to him did the same.
He then began walking closer to me. His walk being aggressive and quick.
"Funny running into you Bla-"
Before I could finish speaking, Blade dragged me by my arm behind a tree.
"Freya what the f*ck are you doing here?" He demanded.
"It's wasn't my- Hey don't swear at me!!" I exclaimed. "I don't deserve that."
Blade took a deep breath while he let go of me.
"I'm sorry Darling. But why are you here?" He questioned.
"I was taking Daisy for a walk to the mail box. I wanted to mail a letter to my parents." I said awkwardly. "Then these scary crows looked like they wanted to eat us, so we ran all the way here!" I exclaimed.
"Oh and Daisy tripped me. Now my knees are damaged." I said while kicking the ground. "The end!" I smiled.
Blade let out a chuckle and put me in his arms. "Sounds like my baby had a difficult day."
I nodded, tilting my head upwards so I could stare into his eyes. "Yes very difficult." I said, raising my hands. "I should get 8 cupcakes for the hard day I've had."
Blade smirked at me. "Nice try but you came to the training grounds without protection. I'm still going to punish you."
I rolled my eyes. "It was Daisy's fault!! Punish her!!"
"My king." Someone spoke.
Blade and I turned our heads towards the werewolf. "Some of the villagers are fighting and they won't quit it. They want to speak to you."
Blade nodded. "I'll be right there." The wolf nodded and walked away. "Take my hand." I put my hand with his. "I'm brining you to Xander so he can watch you while I'm gone." I nodded.
We moved from behind the tree and started walking to the gated area where I assume the training takes place. The wolfs looked at me funny. However, they stopped when I noticed Blade growling at them.
"Xander, watch her till I'm back." Blade demanded. Letting go of my hand.
Xander nodded. Before Blade walked away he gave me a look.
A don't cause trouble look.
I looked at Xander. He was starring beyond me, watching the wolves fight. He always looks intimidating. His sword is always on display.
"Sooooo..... how's it going Xander?" I asked. Trying to stop the awkwardness.
No answer. All you could hear was the grunts from the wolves.
I titled my head side ways. "You don't like me much do you?"
He continued to stare straight ahead.
"I don't like how you distract the King from his duties." While he said that, he moved his eyes towards me. "For a weak fairy, you've caused quite a bit of trouble with alliances."
My jaw dropped.
Weak.
Caused trouble.
"Excuse me Xander." I said. Crossing my arms. "All the times I've caused trouble was me, defending myself from idiot creatures."
I noticed more wolves beginning to stare.
"Also, I'm not weak. Perhaps you are, considering you like bringing other creatures down." I stated.
Xanders pupils began dilating. His body was getting more and more tense. Suddenly, his bones began cracking. Claws and fur appearing over his body. The werewolves circled around us, leaving me trapped.
Xander wants to fight me.
The wolves wanted a fight.
Well...I must give them what they want.
A fairy and werewolf duel.

The Ruined Monks of Rothfield Monastery
Erin is the youngest member of the dark monks; a supernatural brotherhood whose ultimate mission is to improve the dire circumstances of poor, war-torn villages using powers unique to each member. Or so he was led to believe. Erin, like his brothers, does not age, and that is, unfortunately, the only trait he shares with them. He cannot charm or compel like Woodrow, he cannot cast illusions like Knox, he was not swift like Swithin, not powerful like Blake. He was barely an assistant to his dear brother Wilbur, with his herbology and alchemy. He was told to lie low and make himself scarce. That is what he did. The dark monks temporarily reside in abandoned monasteries scattered around the country, feeding the poor and healing the sick, nurturing the monastic lands until it was fertile enough to raise crops and rear animals. As the years passed, they would leave these reformed, repopulated, self-sustaining monasteries and venture froth to help the next settlement. Yet, after years of toiling and quiet servitude, Erin notices that people and the country itself are declining. The villagers look gaunt, the once-lush soil now barren and cracked. He begins to feel disheartened, thinking that their mission is proving futile. Still, their leader Blake is steadfast and charges onward, and lately has his eyes set on a certain monastery in a thick, thorned forest that seems to diminish, even nullify their powers. A thick forest that Erin somehow has a connection to. A thorned glade where an ethereal voice calls his name with one simple request along with a promise:Heal the land, child. Heal the land and I promise to give you sanctuary so long as you stay. I promise to nurture you as you nurture me. As Erin cultivates the land, the land, in turn, gifts all its caretakers with new, enhanced skillsets on top of their unique powers -- skills of protection, healing, and magic. Magic. Erin had long wished to see the world fill with it again. The people, regardless of common or noble blood, still believe that magic will enter this world again. Magic to bless the king like it did the Saints. Magic to dispel the miasma befouling the world. Magic to bring back the fae folk and their many forms. It is up to Erin to forge the many paths leading to a bright future; to build a prosperous paradise that welcomes all races and bloodlines, by mastering the rewards gained through agriculture, horticulture, and animal husbandry, smithing, crafting, and fishing. Erin may also find a lifelong friendship and romance with his neighbor, Claude, if he decides to pursue him, and may even join him in the military campaign outside the monastery. The darkness still lurks outside, after all, and the mastery of his skills, along with a few good friends, may finally be enough to turn the tide in their favor. Most of all, Erin wants to keep the vow he set for himself: to protect everyone and everything he loves until his dying breath.
