Tip 7: Stay close to your friends.

Days passed after your unexpected encounter with Ayano, you haven't seen her ever since. She had even stopped attentding to school either. It might sound crazy but you were worried about her, you don't exactly know why but you just do. With a ring of a bell signaling class to be dismissed, you stood up from your seat and unhooked your bag hanging from the side of your table and plopped it in front of you.

As you arrange your things while deafening the noise bouncing off the walls of the class, you threw in you books and writing materials, then fishing out your phone from the small pocket at the side of your bag and opened it. Lately you've been checking out your phone once in a while, why? Because you were hoping to receive a text from Ayano.

You were still scared of her, even more when she proved to you that she'd kill for you, but you can't shake the feeling of being concern for her because she's technically still your girlfriend. You heave out a loud sigh at the thought of Ayano before pressing back to your phones home screen and stare down at the wall paper of you and Ayano, you felt a slight twinge in your heart as you see her beaming smile while the side of her forehead leaned against yours while you mirrored a smile of your own with an arn wrapped around her shoulder.

"Hi, Y/L/N-senpai.."

You look up from the voice in front of you and see a girl with thick blonde hair that were messily tied behind her head with two long dark pink and orange fringe at either side of her forhead, under her dark rounded orbs were deep shade of pink make up brushed against her tanned skin. She leaned her hands on your desk, an infamous smirk you knew well of how flirtatious it seemed as she looks at you.

"uh.. hello?.. " You forced a thin lipped smile at her, hiding the fact that you're uncomfortable under her gaze.

"Hana Daidaiyama," She softly introduced, lifting a hand towards you while she shortly glanced down to your phone. "I'm a close friend of Aishi."

A close friend?

Slowly nodding your head at her statement, though you didn't believe it. "Oh, nice to meet you.."

With that you turn back down to your things, turning your phone off and sliding it down to your pocket. You close your bag and swing the strap on your shoulder before looking back again at the girl in front of you, who was watching your every move. "It was.. nice meeting you."

Turning your body away, you lastly tucked your chair under the table before you head on towards the door to exit. You passed by some of your classmates and shoot them a smiled as they bid you goodbye while they fix their things while you walked out of the door and into the hall where students roam down the hall ready to go home. Feeling a presence next to you, you turn your head and see Hana.

"Do you need something?" Looking at her confused, you ask.

Her eyes rolls up to you, she leered at you under her fake eyelashes. "You," Taken aback from what she said, you silently gaped at her.

A playful smirk appeared on her lips. "I mean, I want to get to know you." She muttered, wrapping a hand on your arm.

You instantly pulled your arm away from her touch, as if an electicity shocked you. "Incase you didn't know, I have a girlfriend. Who is you said as your close friend."

"Calm down," She giggles in high pitch voice, slowly placing her hand back on your arm that she didn't get that you don't like her doing. "What's wrong about getting to know my friends girlfriend?"

"Nothing, but you have a complete odd way of showing it," You told her with an arch brow quckly casting an eye down to her hand holding you.

Arriving at the lockers area, you moved away from Hana's grasp and went towards your locker then opening it. You slid out of your school shoes and placed it inside while you pulled out another that you use for outside. Catching a glimpse of Hana at the edge of your eyes, she leaned beside your locker with a smirk on her lips. Doesn't she notice that you're uncomfortable around her?

Inwardly groaning at her presence. After swing the door of your locker shut, you turn away but felt an arm on your wrist jerking you back and you feel your back pressed against your locker. You came face to face with Hana, her eyes moved up and down your body, scanning them closely but her eyes took their time staring at your middle.

"You know, you're pretty cute." She stated with a smirk, laying a hand on your front shoulder. You can feel her fingers tracing your collar bone. "I don't really know why you even think of dating Aishi."

You can feel eyes around you, looking away from Hana you see students, lower year and upper year, staring at the two of you while some of them were whispering at their friends beside them. And to your dismay, you could've sworn a group took a picture of you secretly.

"Excuse me," You looked at her incredulously, a hint of irritation lacing your voice, and slide at the side to move away from her and fixing your unifom that were wrinkled. "I dated her because I like her."

"Why? there's other girls who are much more prettier than her," She stepped closer while you step back. She giggled when she noticed what you're doing. "Like me, I could do anything you want." She seductively said.

"Then leave me alone." You glared.

She just giggled. "If you change your mind, you know were to find me." She winked before walking away.

You shook your head in disbelief, really can't believe a student like her exist, she's practically throwing herself at you, she doesn't even know you and vice versa. You don't doubt that she's been doing that to other students.

Turning away continuing towards the exit to leave, you immediately paused on your tracks when you caught a sight of a small figure through the glass door standing in front of the gate, staring at you from afar. You already know who it is and one question already popped in your mind.

Did she see all of that?

-

The bright sunlight sneak through the thick cloth hanging above the window, beaming down to your face as you feel the faint heat spreading across your skin. A small whine escaped your parted lips, shuffling under the covers pushing your hand through and reached out towards the bedside table. You feel the cold surface of the wood in your palm, while it moved around in search of your phone. Once you felt the device at the tip of your hand you lazily slide it across the surface of the table and moved it closer to your face to check the time.

7:49am

You huffed as you throw the thick cloth covering your body and swing your feet off the bed and sliding in your foot inside your slippers before standing up. Yawning loudly not minding the noise echoing in the room, you scratched under your eyes and sluggishly walk towards the bathroom.

Standing in front of the mirror just staring at yourself for a couple of minutes, that you didn't really know why you're doing it and it sometimes causes you to be late for school, you finally moved your body and extend your hands out to grab a brush and toothpaste. Once you're done with your teeth you twist around to check some towels and you see are already hangin on the rack, you slip off your clothes, feeling the cold enveloping your skin, and entered the showers to start your day for school.

With showers done and already in your uniforms, you journeyed down the stairs and head to the kitchen. Eyes instantly landing on the table with something ontop of it covered in clean film, you approached it and grabbed the plate with already made breakfast then plopping it inside microwave to reheat. You lift your wrist and check the time, you only have an hour to spare before the class start and it was not enough time to eat breakfast considering you're walking to school.

Deciding to just eat it in school, you reached up for the cabinet and took out a lunchbox. Pulling it out and opening the faucet to wash it clean, your other hand reached for the dish soap only to tipped a used glass from the side of the sink and you didn't have enough time to catch it as it rolled away and crashed on the floor. You groan, your mother is going to kill you when she comes home.

After cleaning the lunchbox, you flicked your wrist to remove excess water from your hand and crouched down to the broken glass to clean them up, you didn't mind getting a dust pan because you don't really have enough time so you'd rather make it quick. You gathered the shards and placed it in the remains of the half body of the broken glass and attempt to pick up the glass as you hold it from the bottom.

But because your hands were still wet and you didn't bother to wipe it, the glass slip off your fingers, cutting a pad of skin on your finger. You wince, holding your hand up to look at it.

You groaned annoyingly, glancing down to the glass. "What a great way to start my day."

-

Your quick footsteps patted the sidewalk as you made your way towards your school, you clutched your bag on your side, arm wrapped around it to avoid ruining the contents inside. Seeing few students still around the area, your legs had begun to pump slowly before finding yourself in a normal phase knowing that you aren't late yet. A short breath emitting from your lips, you take your hair back, wincing at the process from the pressure you have made with your wounded finger.

"Y/N!" You turn your head around and see your friends walking your way. You smiled at them, raising a hand giving them a quick wave.

Shin threw his arms around your shoulder, pulling you with them as you all continued walking to school.

"How have you been?" Kuroko inquires walking next to you, clutching her bag in front of her. Her question immediately took your other friend's attention.

Ever since you've been distant with Ayano, you really haven't hang around and ignored your friends, making you feel guilty about your actions towards them. You were busy thinking about the fact that your girlfriend was the murderer that you didn't notice that you forgot you have friends to talk with. You haven't really admitted about your discovery - except from Budo- and because of that with you being distant and at the same time the absence of Ayano made them believe that you two have broken up.

Sighing, you shoot her a soft smile. "I'm fine, thanks for asking."

"How about a sleepover?" Taro suggested. "We haven't done that before, maybe it's a good time since we don't have school tomorrow."

"That's a great idea." Budo agrees with a nod of his head, staring at you closely at the edge of his eyes. "I'm in."

Osana hummed for a moment. "I guess I could join, well I should before Taro do something stupid without me around." She huffed.

Taro whines at her. "Hey! I do not."

"How about you Y/N?" Kuroko asks, readjusting the spectacle sliding down the bridge of her nose.

You stared at them silently, watching you as they awaited your answer. It would be a lie if you didn't say that you were moved by their efforts of making sure you're okay. They deserve the truth, and maybe going to the sleepover could be the chance you admit what has been happening with you for the past few days.

Heaving out a deep breath, you smiled at them softly. "Sure I'm in."

"Great!" Shin exclaimed. "I'll text you all the address so you could head on after getting your things."

You all nodded at him.

The entrance of the school came into view, students were already heading inside and the sight of them in their lockers can be seen through the large windows. You gulped, remembering yesterday when you saw someone staring at you. You bet your life that it was your girlfriend watching you, and because of that you felt a chill run on up spine and made your body stiff. Even if you don't see her physically, you know that she's around you watching your every move and can strike whenever she want wherever it is.

Hearing a loud complaining groan, you turn to Shin. "The class haven't even started and yet I want it to end now."

Passing through the doors and towards the lockers, you opened yours and slipped your feet out of your shoes to wear the ones for the school. Doing that, you can't help but notice at the edge of your eyes that the front corridor began to be crowded with students with noises came louder every passing second making your head turn towards the commotion.

"What's going on?" You hear Osana asked, stopping beside you while you shrugged your shoulders.

At the opposite corridor you see your teachers -with the principal in front leading them- rushing towards the commotion, with their faces contorted. You and Osana shoot each other short glances, you've never seen your teachers looking so panic-stricken until now. You watch as their group struggled while they squeez their bodies through the large number of students filling the hall looking at something.

"Is there another fight?" Shin said with excitement while you the rest of your friends begin to approach the scene to find out what was happening.

Standing up to your toes and try to peer through the numerous heads blocking your sight. You see students piling before the door to the girls restrooms, watching from outside not daring to enter like there were invisible boundary stopping them.

"Students go to your classrooms, now!" An authoritive tone pierced through the deafening buzz of students.

You notice the student council pushing back the wave of students away from the door and one by one students separated from the crowd going to their classroom getting away from the scene as much as possible, and what surprised you the most is some of them hurried outside, one thing you noticed is how disturbed their faces look.

Seeing that they slowly left the corridor, you push through the gaps and spaces that lead you to the front to see what the commotion was all about. After a squick swerve and bumps on the shoulder you were finally able to see what was inside the restroom.

Your breath hitched at sight unravelling through the door frame. You felt numbness spreading from your toes crawling its way up while the air suddenly became heavy feeling as if your struggling to breathe.

Between the large space of two teachers you see a figure, a girl to be specific, on the knees hunched down the tiles with half of her head smashed on the wall with blood oozing down and onto the floor creating a small pool of blood. Her eyes wide in horror, and it made you sick to the stomach.

"Students!" Your body jumped as the face of the schools principal appeared through the door frame, just enough to block half of the view, and his voice boomed through your ears. "Go to your classes, NOW!"

You gazed back down to the dead body, fear punched through you as you recognised the dead student from their familiar eye color.

Your ears blocked out the sound of shouts and calls and your numb body didn't feel Kuroko's hand wrapping around your wrist and carefully pulled you back, leading you away from the restroom, away from the horrifying scene.

Hana Daidaiyama.
