I was pacing back and forth while waiting for the doctor or nurse or anyone to come outside of her room so that I can ask them about her condition.

I saw my parents along with Una's parents coming towards my direction.

Mom is looking pathetic I have never seen her like this ever. Because of crying her face became sore and red. Maa is looking even worse than Mom.

Both the mother's came closer to me and asked at the same time.

"How is she?"

I shook my head in denial.

"I don't know the doctor is treating her. I..I have not even seen her.", I said hesitantly while tears were continuously coming out of my eyes.

I hugged both of them tightly and started crying even harder.

"Have faith in God Raj. Karuna is pure soul I believe nothing bad can happen with her.", Mom said while rubbing my back slightly.

Her soothing words helped me to have some control over my emotions.

I composed myself and sat down on the bench while waiting for someone to come out of her room.

My entire family is present here to support me still I feel like I am all alone and incomplete. I need her. Only her presence can give me peace. I am glad that she is out of that danger. Now I just hope she came out of this hospital too.

I saw Karan and Riya hugging each other and crying together. Mom's head is lying on Dad's shoulder while Dad is rubbing her arms soothingly. Paa is sitting beside Maa and trying to console her.

I looked at the door hopefully. I want to hold her tightly in my arms and never let her go away from me. Never ever.

I saw Kareena coming towards us. Initially she was having a cute smile on her face but the moment her eyes landed on everyone she paused and became scared.

Scared! Why? I looked at her confusedly while trying to figure out the reason behind her sudden change of expressions.

Maa saw her coming and instantly rushed towards her direction while Kareena watched her with wide eyes full of horror. Horror!

"I am so proud of you beta.", Maa said while hugging her tightly.

"I am sorry please forgive me", Kareena requested scaredly.

Paa stood up from his seat and went towards their direction and asked,

"Why are you saying sorry beta?"

Kareena looked at him confusedly.

"You...you both are not angry with me?", She enquired hesitantly.

"No beta, In fact we are very proud of you. Mr Shah informed us how bravely you dealt with the entire situation? He even said that without your help it was impossible to bring her back.", Maa said.

All three of them were having their emotional moment when I saw the doctor coming out of her room. I rushed towards him and asked instantly,

"How is she?"

Within seconds all my family members gathered around the doctor to hear him.

"Not fine but she will be after some rest.", Said the doctor and turned around to leave.

"Doctor can we go inside?", I asked.

He turn around to have a look on all of us. We were looking at him hopefully.

"Only two at a time and one more thing she is both mentally and physically injured. Physical injuries will heal by the time but mental injuries are very tough to cure and it takes a lot of time. So, make sure not to give her any stress. Try to lighten up her mood or else she might fall in depression and then it's going to be impossible to bring her back.", Doctor informed us.

After saying that the doctor was going to leave but stopped and said,

"And yes, Who is Raj?", He enquired.

"Yes doctor, it's me.", I answered instantly.

"I suggest you to stay and not leave her side because she was continuously murmuring your name.", He suggested and went away.

I rushed towards the door and went inside.

I see her lying on the hospital bed both her arms are covered with bandages there are a lot of bruises and scratch marks on her face her forehead is also covered with bandage.

I went towards her and sat on a stool placed beside her bed. I carefully lifted her hand and held it gently while the tears kept on falling down from my eyes. It's painful to see your loved ones in such state. I want to take all her pain away from her. I wish I can do that.

"I am sorry Una. I am sorry you have to go through with all this. I promise I am not going to leave that b*****d who have done this to you? I will make sure that he rot behind the bars.", I said with determination.

"I am also in jiju he has hurt both my sisters and troubled my family for so long but not anymore I am not going to leave him.", Karan said angrily.

I nodded my head in approval.

"Actually, I disturbed you because both the mother's are getting restless they both desperately want to see her.", He informed.

I again nodded my head in approval. I kept Una's hand back on the bed carefully and stood up from the stool. I kissed her head lovingly above the bandage and left the room.

I didn't want to leave her side as doctor have suggested but everyone wants to see her and be sure that she is safe and fine.

First both the mother's went inside to see her and after twenty minutes when they both came out both the father's went inside they also stayed inside for approximately twenty minutes and when they came out both Riya and Karan went inside and it's been more than thirty minutes they're still inside. I wonder! What are they doing in there for so long?

I went towards Maa & Paa and said,

"I think you both should go back home and have some rest."

They both looked at me questioningly.

"Don't worry I will stay here and take care of her.", I cleared their doubts.

They nodded their heads and left.

I told the Same thing to my Mom & Dad and they also left.

Finally both Karan and Riya came out of her room.

"What you both were doing inside for so long?", I asked irritatedly.

"Nothing", Riya said casually while shrugging her shoulders.

"Where are others?", Karan asked.

"Went home to have some rest and I would suggest you also go and take some rest and please take my sister along with you because I am staying here with my Una.", I said to Karan and rushed inside.

I sat down on the same stool and watched her sleeping peacefully. I carefully entangled my hand with hers and kissed her knuckles. Inspite of having all these scars she is still the most beautiful, pure and brave girl for me.

"How is she?", Asked Kareena.

I turned my head towards her direction and smiled.

"Still sleeping.", I said.

Kareena came closer and settled down on the other side of her bed.

"I guess you convinced everyone to go back home?", She enquired.

I nodded my head in approval.

"You should also go home and have some rest.", I suggested.

"No, I will stay here with Rahul.", She said.

"Ohh! I am sorry. I literally forgot about him. How's he now?", I asked.

"Sleeping.", She answered.

"Thanks Kareena thank you so much. If you were not there then..", She didn't let me finish and said,

"Please Raj don't thanks to me I am not a . She is my sister and I will do anything to save her."

"But Rahul is stranger for us and you know what? He didn't even thought once about his own safety and put his life on stake just to save your sister. Why any stranger will do such things?", I enquired.

She looked at me questioningly and asked,

"What you want to say?"

"You know what I want to say Kareena. You can fool everyone but not yourself.", I said.

"No Raj, I didn't understand.", She said.

"He is a very nice guy and can do anything for your happiness. Think about it.", I suggested.

She just nodded her head in approval and went out of the room. I hope she realised his worth before it gets too late.
