I have only one week left then I will be no more known as Miss Karuna singhania, I will be known as 'Mrs Karuna Raj Tandel'

Everything is happening too soon as I had expected. I have already prepared myself for this but still when Paa said it aloud I started feeling super nervous. Whatever lifestyle I am living now everything is going to change in just one week.

I will have to leave everything and everyone; my room, my house, my balcony, my Maa, my Paa, my brother, my surname, everything.

I know Raj will always be there for me in every step of life but still I am feeling nervous by just thinking that I have to leave my family.

I know deep inside my heart somewhere I am super excited about starting my new journey with Raj.

"So today after having lunch we all will be going for the .", Mamma informed interrupting my thoughts.

"We have only one day in our hand and we have to purchase everything required for the engagement. I don't know how we will manage? I guess we have to be super active because that's the only option we have.", Maa Said worriedly.

"I already informed Raj he will also be joining us but he will directly meet us at the market.", Mamma informed.

After hearing Raj's name all my nervousness which I was having few seconds ago turned into excitement.

'Thank god he is also coming with us.', I said to myself while blushing slightly.

Kareena understood my emotions and smirked. While looking at me she started singing a romantic song teasingly.

"Teri hi baatein hon

Subah si raatein hon

Jab se mila hai tu

I glared at her while trying to suppress my blush but she ignored my glares and continued with her singing.

I stood up from my seat and rested both of my hands on my side waist while fuming at Kareena gesturing her to stop immediately.

She also got up from her seat and went behind Maa to protect herself and teased me while showing her tounge.

I went to catch her but was stopped by Maa's angry glare.

"Behave yourself Karuna. What your in-laws will think? So childish you are.", Maa said angrily in a very lowered tone so that only I can listen to her.

After listening her I lowered my head sadly and went back to seat on the same place.

I looked at kareena she is holding her ears apologetically and mouthed sorry to me.

I smiled sadly and nodded my head slightly gesturing her that I am not angry.

After few minutes Maa went to the kitchen for preparing lunch and Riya also went with her.

I was also getting up to join them but Mamma grabbed my hand and gestured me to seat beside her.

"Did you remember what I had told you upstairs that how precious your happiness is for me from now on?", Mamma enquired.

I became confused, why is she asking me suddenly?

"Yes I remember.", I answered her.

"Then why you became sad by whatever your mom said about us.", she enquired.

Now I understand why she is reminding me once again.

I lowered my head shamefully and apologized to her.

"Sorry Mamma.",

She kept her hand on my head lovingly and lifted my cheek to assure that I am looking at her.

"From now on you are my daughter not hers. See! She is so happy with her new daughter.", She said while pointing towards the dinning table where Maa and Riya were busy with making arrangements for the lunch and gossiping. Both of them are looking so happy with eachother like real mother daughter duo.

I nodded my head in approval while smiling brightly.

"Now you can go.", She said.

"And if something like that happens again? Then say proudly that I am your mother.", She said proudly pointing herself.

I nodded my head and blushed. I am so lucky to have her as my mother in law.

After lunch we all went to the market. We decided that first of all we will buy our clothes and if after buying clothes there is some time left then we will buy the rings and other jewelleries or else we will purchase them tomorrow.

First we went to the ladies section and started looking dresses for Riya. The salesman showed around 10 dresses to Riya but she didn't found them classy and rejected all of them.

"Riya we don't have all day you have to select soon because after your dress we have to buy one for Karuna also then we also have to do the shopping for the boys.", Mamma scolded her.

It's already been one hour and I am getting super bored. 'Raj where are you?', I said to myself.

Suddenly I felt a hand entangled with mine and I instantly turn aside to see who is it? Raj smirked while leaning down close to my ear and asked,

"Missed me?"

I blushed lightly and said,

"Nope"

"But your expression is saying something else.", He said teasingly.

"What's it saying?", I enquired.

"That you missed me alot and were only thinking about me all the time.", He answered proudly.

Well it's true but why to disclose and boost up his male ego?

"I think you are telling me about yourself Mr Raj.", I said while freeing my hand from his grip.

He took the advantage and kept his hand around my waist and came extremely closer to my ears.

"So you want me to hold your waist instead of your hand?", Raj said huskily in a lowered tone so that only I can hear him.

All the time he kept on looking at the salesman. He has no idea how much this closeness is affecting me. He looked at me and gave one of his most charming and mischievous smile.

I glared at him and removed his hands from my waist but once again he kept his hand on my waist and again I removed his hand but this time I entangled our hands like he did initially so that he can't kept his hand again on my waist.

"Smart girl.", Raj said and winked.

I lowered my head to hide my blush from him.

"You look so cute whenever you blush like this.", Said Raj.

I started blushing even more after hearing his complement.

"Raj beta! When did you came?", Asked Mamma.

"When you all were busy selecting dress for my little sister.", Answered Raj.

"And you were busy flirting with someone.", Said Riya teasingly.

I hide my face from my spare hand after listening to her. Oh God! She saw Raj flirting with me.

Everyone started laughing loudly while I turned red because of blushing and embarrassment.
