I get up from the bed and went towards my closet.

'What should I wear today?', I said to myself while searching something descent to wear.

After few seconds of searching and thinking I finally decided to wear a dark green colour kurti and paired it with cream coloured leggings.

I gave myself a final look in the mirror and applied some lip balm on my lips.

The moment I was going to leave my room to join everyone downstairs I remembered Sunita aunty (Raj's mother) has told me that she will come back again to have some talk with me. I don't know what she wants to talk? I think I should wait for her.

I again sat down on the bed and started scrolling Facebook for passing my time.

After five minutes I heard footsteps coming towards my room. I stood up and started going towards the door to see who is coming? But before I reached up to the door Raj's mother came inside my room.

She gave me her one of the sweetest smile and hugged me instantly. I am taken aback by her action.

"Thank you so much Karuna, thank you so much for accepting our proposal you don't know how much happy I am.", She said while breaking the hug.

I smiled and lowered my head shyly.

"I talked to Sunil about the contract papers it will be ready by tomorrow.", She said.

I instantly lifted up my head and watched her confusedly. She is still thinking that me and Raj is going to do contract marriage?

"Aunty now there is no need to prepare any contract papers.", I said while trying to clear her misunderstanding.

Initially she became confused then her expression turned into shock.

"Please don't do this Karuna. I don't know what you and Raj were talking before I came to your room but if he insisted you to deny once again then please don't do this. I will talk to him. I will make him understand.", She begged me worriedly.

After listening her worries I kept my hand on her shoulders and squeezed them lightly.

"Aunty, me and Raj, we are not getting married on the basis of any contract. We genuinely wants to get marry and spend rest of our future with each other.", I assured her.

She eyed me suspiciously and raised her eyebrows questioningly as if she is asking me that whatever I said is true?

I nodded my head in approval and said,

"Yes aunty."

She smiled brightly and her eyes got filled with happy tears.

"I can't express how happy I am for you and Raj.", She said while wiping her tears.

"Finally, my son used his brain correctly and made some correct choices.", She said teasingly.

I giggled and she also joined me.

Suddenly Raj came there and said,

"May I know the reason of your laughter? So that I can also join you both."

Me and Sunita aunty started laughing even more harder because he himself is the reason of our laughing.

"Hey! What happened? I didn't cracked any joke that you both started laughing even harder.", He enquired and eyed us suspiciously.

He is looking so cute I want to pull his cheeks but I suppressed my feelings because of his mother if she was not present here then I would have definitely pulled his cheeks.

Sunita aunty came closer to me and kissed my forehead and said,

"I wish you always smile like this. God bless you beta."

She grabbed my right hand and Raj's left hand then she handed my hand to him.

"Now her happiness is your responsibility make sure that she never gets sad from now on I don't want to see tears in her eyes because of you.", She warned Raj.

Raj nodded his head assuring her and said,

"Don't worry Mom. I will never ever hurt her intentionally."

My eyes filled with tears and I hugged her tightly. Few moments ago I had only hatred for her in my heart and now she owns a part of it. I am glad that I have her as my mother in law.

She patted my back lightly and said,

"Just now I warned my son not to bring tears in your eyes and now you are crying because of me.", She complained sadly.

"No aunty I am not crying.", I assured her while breaking the hug.

"Aunty? Who is aunty? From now on I am not aunty for you anymore. I am your mother and you are my daughter. Got it?", She ordered.

I smiled after listening to her.

"Do you understand?", She asked.

"Yes au.., oops sorry .", I said.

"Good girl. I am going downstairs I can't wait to deliver this news to Sunil he will be very happy.", She said and left my room.

I noticed Raj is looking at me amusedly. I wonder what is he thinking? I eyed him suspiciously and asked,

"What?"

He didn't say anything just nodded his head in denial and slowly started coming closer to me. Closer? But why?

He is taking one step ahead to come closer and I am taking one step back to maintain the distance between us. Throughout the process we didn't break the eye contact and kept on looking into each other's eyes. After few more steps my back hits the wall and I realised my heart is beating at abnormal speed. There is still few meters of distance between us and my heart is behaving like this. I turned my head towards right to hide my emotions and started blushing.

He reduced the remaining distance between us and rested his one hand on my waist and suddenly pulled me towards him. I gasped and to protect myself from falling I kept my one hand on his chest and other hand on his shoulder.

I can feel his heart beat through the hand which is lying above his chest. I can assure that the condition of his heart is no different from mine his heart is also beating at abnormal speed. I am glad we both effect each other equally.

He lifted my chin up by using his spare hand so that he can look directly into my eyes.

The moment my eyes made contact with his I started blushing even harder and lowered my vision once again.

He kissed my forehead lovingly while I tightened my grip on his shoulder. He instantly removed my hands from his chest and shoulder and kept them around his torso and engulfed me in a tight hug.

I felt so warm and protected in his ambiance it feels like this is where I belong. I tightened my hold around his torso to reduce the distance between us if there is left any. I can feel Raj's lips curled up on my neck after my action. He must have felt my grip tightening around him.

He started giving slow kisses on my neck and my body melted under his touch. Oh God! If he isn't holding me then I must have fallen down. My whole body felt so light like a feather. A low moan escaped from my mouth.

He took my moan as a green signal and started showering more kisses on all over my neck.

My brain wanted to stop him but my body is acting opposite. The more he increase the level of his kisses the more my body crave for it. I wanted him to continue his sweet torture but I have to stop him if I won't stop him now then we will go very far which is not a good idea. We will have to wait until we get married.

I loosened my grip around his torso signalling him to stop and he understood my signal. He increased the distance between us. I am unable to look into his eyes because of my earlier actions. I am sure my cheeks must be red because of so much of blushing.

I lifted my head slightly to look at him, he is scratching the back of his neck and blushing just like me.

"I think we should go everyone must be waiting for us.", Raj said sheepishly.

I just nodded my head in approval without making any eye contact with him.

"You go, I am coming in five minutes.", I said.

I need some time to make my heart beat stable before facing everyone. If I will go like this then I am sure everyone will definitely understand that something has happened between us.

"Okay as you wish. I am leaving, you come soon.", Raj said.

Before leaving he bend down a little bit and gave a kiss on my right cheek.

"Come soon.", Raj said while going towards the door and then he left.

'Oh God! He is going to be the death of me.', I lied down on the bed and kept my palms over my heart to steadied my heart rate. It never beat this much faster even after I sat down on the rollercoaster.
