*Katy’s POV*

I turned my alarm off before slowly dragging myself out of bed. It was 6.00am, gotta get up and ready for work. I jumped in the shower doing what I need to do before wrapping a huge towel around me. I slipped on my underwear before sliding my charcoal tights up my legs. I zipped up my pencil skirt before tucking in my white blouse. I quickly dried my hair before pinning it up and applying my makeup.

I put everything I needed into my handbag before grabbing my black heels and heading out my bedroom. I popped my head into Liv’s room but she wasn’t there...

I hurried downstairs to have my thoughts confirmed...she had gone.

*Liv’s POV*

I arrived at the airport, paying the taxi driver before lugging out my suitcase. I walked into the departure lounge looking at the flights, seeing what took my fancy.

Now to make my decision.....

*Dan POV*

My eyes flickered open and I picked up my phone to check the time. 6.34am. Wow, I’d only got just over an hour this time. I couldn’t sleep. I kept waking up every hour or so.

I slung my legs out of bed, slipping on a pair of grey joggers. Man it was cold. I lazily trudged downstairs to make myself a drink, maybe that would help me sleep.

I grabbed a pan from the cupboard before placing it on top of the cooker. I got the milk out of the fridge, pouring it into my cup before pouring it into the pan to heat up. As I reached for the Cadbury’s hot chocolate powder, I heard the from door slowly open and then close.

I walked towards the kitchen door listening intently. I could hear someone shuffling around and mumbling to themselves. I wasn’t going to let someone rob my house whilst I was in the kitchen and my best friends slept upstairs.

I quickly took my pan off the cooker before turning off the kitchen light and quietly opening the kitchen door.

My heart was pounding so hard and there was no doubt that I was scared. But I couldn’t risk them going upstairs and hurting Luke and Evie.

Whoever was in my house had their back to me, rummaging through the draw next to the sofa. I quietly tip toed up to them shaking like a leaf. I pushed them onto the floor, getting on top...about to hit them when a high pitched scream echoed around the house.

*Evie’s POV*

I cried myself to sleep in Luke’s arms. I knew this day would come eventually and I knew it would be awful....it was worse.

I wanted to tell Liv what had happened with Dan at Prom. But talking to the boys about it afterwards, they convinced me not to. Liv was so upset how her prom night had ended so i didnt want to upset her anymore. I regret that night with Dan more than anything. I knew it would upset Liv but now I wish we had told her. Like she said, she wasn’t in a relationship with Dan when we were sixteen. She loved him but she wasn’t in love with him. Course she would have been upset but not as much as she is now.

But I don’t think that’s what’s hurting her. It’s the lie. How long we kept it from her.

I just don’t know why Dan spoke to her about it. But then again I don’t blame him, it’s all our faults for keeping it from her.

I’d never kept anything from her before. Well apart from my relationship with Luke. But I was going to tell her, we were just keeping it quiet till we knew where it was going.

She was my sister, my best friend, my twin. I knew her inside out, I could feel when she was hurting and right now she was hurting bad.

It was now 5am and I was lay in bed cuddled up to Luke, the baby was kicking, keeping my awake. I stroked my tummy smiling before whispering ‘Love you too nudge’. It was like they were reminding me they were still there. Not that I could ever forget.

*Liv’s POV*

I walked over to the desk with a fake smile on my face.

“How can I help you miss?” the receptionist asked me.

“One ticket to Miami please.”

“Okay, and how long for?”

“A week please.”

I would have booked two but I would miss Luke and Evie’s wedding. As much as I’m upset with them right now. I’m not that horrible to miss my sisters and best friend’s wedding. Especially when im maid of honour.

“Okay that’s all sorted. I just need your passport.”
