The next day me and Dan spent at the water park, just messing around and having fun. I couldn’t believe he had done all this for me. It had been a perfect couple of days away from everything and everyone, just what we needed.

We left early so that Dan could drive back home, I wanted my own bed tonight. I made sure I stayed awake to keep Dan company, there’s nothing worse than when you’re driving and your only companion falls asleep on you. We chatted, laughed, played eye spy and the number plate game to pass the time as we drove down the motorway. All whilst I cuddled the angry bird teddies Dan had won for me. They were so getting pride of place on my window ledge.

The car pulled up outside our house and I glanced at the car clock. Eight thirteen. I turned to Dan and smiled. “Before we go in, I just want to say thank you so much for the past couple of days. They have been truly amazing. I love you so much Daniel James Sutton”

Dan grabbed onto my hands before looking into my eyes, “I love you more Oliva Grace Williams”

I felt his lips press against mine before pulling away. “Let’s go in and cuddle up baby girl.”

“Sounds perfect to me .”

We grab our things out of the car and I unlock the front door, walking into the living room.

“Oh my god” I gasp at the sight in front of me dropping my bags to the floor.

“Liv...what movie do you want to watch?” Dan shouts walking in.

“Dan shut up” I snap but whisper at the same time as Dan walks in behind me.

“Oh my god” he replied, the same look of shock on his face.

I blinked repeatedly to make sure that the vision in front of me was real. My gaze met my sisters, who had tears dripping down her face. Then it fell to Luke who was bent down on one knee, holding her left hand and a ruby red box.

“Baby girl, as I was saying before we were rudely interupted.” Luke laughed. “I love you more than words can possibly even say. You are everything I ever hoped I would find in my soul mate, but I never expected you to feel the same way about me when I kissed you all those months ago. I’m so glad we are having this baby together, it will make us a proper family. And I know being your best friend since forever I know you have always wished to be married before you had a baby...so Evie Lydia Williams....will you do me the honour of becoming my wife?”

I had tears running down my cheeks watching them, this was so romantic and me and Dan kinda ruined it by walking in but I don’t think it bothered them that much. I felt Dan arms slip around my waist as Luke spoke.

“Answer him then woman” I say to Evie who was still stood there speechless.

“Yes, of course I will.” She beamed before Luke jumped up and kissed her. I watched as he slipped the ring onto her finger, rubbing his thumb gently over her hand.

“LIVVVVVVVV” Evie screamed pulling away from Luke and I ran over squeezing her so tight. I was so happy for her.

“Congratulations guys.” I heard Dan say pulling Luke into a man hug.

“Kinda shit timing there Dan” Luke laughed

“Yea sorry about that.”

“Congratulations Luke.” I grin pulling him into a huge hug as Dan congratulated Evie.

“Thank you .” He replies

“Okay so tell me everything.” I grin pulling Evie onto the sofa. I wrapped a blanket around me and Evie did the same.

“Cup of tea girls?” Luke asks from the kitchen

“Please” I reply

Dan began setting up the X box for him and Luke to play on whilst me and Evie had a catch up. I’d text Evie whilst I was away briefly telling her what Dan had surprised me with and where he had taken me but as girls do...I needed to tell her every detail.

“Okay so let me see the ring.” She grinned and I lifted my hand from under the blanket, winking at Dan and he smiled back at me.

“Yea congrats on that Dan” I heard Luke shout from the kitchen.

“Cheers bro...” Dan began before getting up and walking into the kitchen to speak to Luke

“So what does this mean?” Evie asked me

“It’s a promise ring.” I smile running my index finger over the diamond. “A promise that he will always be there for me and be the one who I can turn to and that.”

“That is so sweet...” she began but I could tell she wanted to say more.

“But...” I say to her and she sighed

“Weren’t you disappointed that it wasn’t a proposal?”

“No...not at all. It would be too soon for us to be engaged. This is just perfect for us right now.”

“Well then i’m so happy for you Liv”

“You too ...we need to get started on the wedding plans.”

“Yea.” She grins staring down at her engaErinent ring.

Luke brings in our drinks as me and Evie continue to chat, the boys shouting and nudging each other on the sofa playing fifa.

“ you still fancy that movie?” Dan asks after him and Luke finish playing their game.

“Sure .” I smile standing up and placing my blanket over the back of the sofa. I kiss Evie and Luke on the cheeks before making my way up to my room with Da for our movie and cuddles.

“Oh Liv by the way...” Evie called up

“Yea...”

“We’re having an engaErinent party here on Saturday night.”

“Okay , time to celebrate.” I shout down before shutting my bedroom door, getting ready for bed.

I get under the covers and curl up next to Dan. My body seems to fit perfectly next to his, it was like we were two pieces to the same jigsaw puzzle. We just fit.

I woke up the next morning to Dan’s phone constantly going off. After it his ring tone had gone off for about the tenth time, I got out of bed and rummaged through the pockets in his clothes to find it.

What the hell does she want? I glanced at the bed where Dan was still fast asleep, now cuddling my pillow...I hope he doesn’t think that the pillow is me. I let out a slight giggle looking at him, before feeling his phone vibrate in my hand again

Nine New Messages.

As much as I wanted to know what she wanted from Dan so urgently and so early...I wasn’t going to intrude and read his messages. So I put his phone onto silent and got into back into bed, placing his phone on the side next to mine. I tugged the pillow out of his arms and he released it, his eyes opening slightly wondering what was going on.

“You were hugging my pillow.” I giggle

“Well that’s no good, that isn’t you...now get here .” He smiled and I curled up in his arms, resting my head on his chest. Dan fell instantly back asleep, I could feel his breathing on my head. My room was still dark as it was early, so when the room lit up from either another missed call or message, I sighed to myself.

Why couldn’t that girl just leave Dan alone? They’d been broken up for over a month now, what did she want?

“Dan...” I whisper nudging him slightly, but he didn’t move.

“Dan...” I say again

“Mmmm...” he replied, his eyes still glued shut. I kissed his eye lids, then his nose to which he so very cutely scrunched up as I did so before pecking my lips onto his. I felt a smile creep upon his lips as they met mine. His eyes still yet to open.

His arms pulled me closer to him before pulling me on top. His tongue traced my lips before I allowed it to slip into my mouth. I was totally sidetracked, I was supposed to be waking him up to find out what Amy wanted but this.....this was so much better.

Dan’s hand slid up my top and slowly up my spine, causing a thousand goosebumps to appear on my skin. Our lips parted for a couple of seconds as my top was thrown onto the floor before connecting again. Dan rolled me onto my back, lying on top of me. I could feel his heart beating against my chest, it was going so fast. I ran my fingers down his chest, as his lips made their way down my neck to my chest.

I saw Dan’s phone light up, causing his attention to move from my stomach to the side unit.

“Ignore it.” He cheekily winked at me before disappearing under the quilt....

Dan began to kiss back up my body, his lips causing my body to spasm in an unusual way. I loved the feeling he gave me. I urgently pushed my lips against his, pulling his boxers down. I rolled him over, kissing down his amazing body before giving him a cheeky wink.

As I begin to kiss back up his body, I see his phone light up again.

“Eughhh” I sigh and get off him

“Errrr what are you doing ? What’s wrong?” he asks lying on top of me, “Why have you stopped?”

“Amy is ringing you...she has been all morning.” I sigh

“So what? Either way I don’t care...right now...I’m in the moment with my girl.” He smiles stroking my cheek.

“She’s kinda ruined my mo-jo .” I sigh, looking at him and a cheeky grin appears on his face. He turned his phone over so it wouldn’t brighten up my room as much if she rang or text again.

Then he began kissing up from my belly button to my chest before up my neck to my lips. “Let me bring back your mo-jo then.” He laughs, his hands moving up my thighs. His finger tracing up my waist and a moan escaped my lips.

“I’m...just...that....good.” he winked at me. He moved himself between my legs and I giggled, wrapping my arms around his neck pulling his lips back to mine.

“Just forget about her ....I certainly have. You are my baby girl, my only girl. My best friend, my soul mate.”

“I love you Dan.”

“Love you too baby girl.”

“Now shut up and kiss me.” I grinned and he did as he was told before pushing himself into me.
