《Best Friends With Benefits & After The Benefits End》Best Friends With Benefits - Part 23

*Dan POV*
I took in a deep breath before unzipping the ‘door’. I walked though, closing it behind me, then pulling down the blackout sheet.
Even though it was dark in here, I could see her lay in the corner. Her sleeping bag pulled up close to her head and silent sobs escaping her eyes.
I pulled my sleeping matt and bag, plus my pillow right next to her. She didnt move. I got in my sleeping bag next to her as she continued to cry. It was killing me not being able to comfort her.
I debated on just leaving her, it really didnt seem like she wanted to speak to me. But screw it, friends with benefits or not, she was my best friend and I loved her.
I turned around in my sleeping bag so that I was facing her back. I wrapped my arm around her pulling her gently towards me. For a second she resisted but I tugged harder and she turned over. I pulled her close to me, her head resting on my chest, her arm finding its way around me, keeping her close.
I pressed my lips against her forehead as I ran my fingers though her beautiful hair. “I’m sorry for everything ” I whisper to her
“I told you that I would lose you if this stupid friends with benefits happened” she mumbled, still crying.
“ you could never lose me, I told you that the day we decided to do this. I am not going anywhere, even when we argue. And about what Luke said before...”
“Just leave it Dan” she replied, cutting me off and turning round.
“Hey...” I say pulling back to me. “He was wrong and I shouldn’t have said anything to him.”
She sighed and sat up looking at me. She pulled her knees up close to her chest, wrapping her arms around them. Her beautiful head resting gently upon her arms as her long wavy blonde hair hung down her tear stained face.
“Why did you walk off anyway?” she whispered
“You know I don’t want us to finish so when I heard you announce it to Eve’s before...it hurt”
“Why? We’re just fooling around Dan, friends with the benefits of a relationship but without the relationship”

I sighed, how am I meant to tell her that I’ve fallen for her and its now much more than just friends with benefits for me. “I duno, we’ve become closer lately and well if im honest the sex is amazing” I let out a slight laugh and I hear her giggle.
“See you do agree with me” I say nudging her.
“I know we’re closer than before and I agree that the sex is great...”
“cough...amazing...cough” I interrupt her
“Okay...amazing” she laughs “But why did you call me a slag to Luke”
“I didn’t. I just said to him that this girl I really like, that I cheated on Amy with, has ended what we had and I didn’t want it to. He called the ‘girl’ a slag and I let him, I’m sorry I didnt correct him. But I never thought he was going to blurt it out to you and Evie”
“Yea well he did,”
“I’m sorry” I say pulling her into me. Wrapping my arms around her. “You know I don’t think you’re a slag Tink.”
“Do I?”
“Well I hope so, you are my bestest friend in the whole entire world. You know everything about me and vice versa. You know I would never think that of you, I couldn’t”
She didnt reply, she just began drawing circles on my top with her finger.
“Do you believe me?” I whisper to her
“I guess”
“Tink I’ve never lied to you”
“I know you haven’t Romeo”
I could sense she was smiling, which made me smile. “Can I ask you something?”
“Course you can” she replied but continued to run her finger across my chest.
£Why did you start calling me Romeo?”
A little laugh escaped from her lips and she looked up at me, “Well just like Romeo and Juliette, their love was forbidden, a secret. Like our relationship is like...wrong and a secret. But it’s exciting and amazing as well”
I didn’t know what to say...so I nodded. But I knew one thing. I didn’t want our LOVE to be forbidden.

*Liv POV*
I woke up the next morning cuddled up to Dan but I was freezing. I could hear the rain throwing it down outside, I hate British weather sometimes. One minute is glorious sunshine and we’re all walking around like human lobsters and then the next day were wrapping up in our winter clothes. Talk about weather whiplash.

I could feel myself beginning to shiver in Dan’s arms but I didn’t want to wake him. He must have woke up though because he pulled me closer to him and began rubbing his hands up and down my arms.
“Let me get in there with you” I whisper to him and he scooches over in his sleeping bag, making a gap for me to get in. I unzip it slightly allowing me to shimmy in. I was now lying on top of Dan before zipping up the zip to the side of me. I moved to his side as his arm wound around my shoulder pulling me closer to him. Our legs were in a tangled mess, and my socks were slipping off my feet. Dan’s hand slipped into my PJ bottoms resting on my hip, stroking it gently.
“Wow , you’re freezing” he whispered. He still hadn’t opened his eyes though.
“Why do you think I got in here with you” I replied nuzzling into him.
He shimmed down his sleeping bag, bringing me with him, so we were completely in the sleeping bag. I grabbed his pillow, placing it underneath us so we weren’t lying on the ground.
“I like it in here” he whispered, stroking my back gently
“Me too, it’s cosy”
I felt his lips press against my forehead, lingering slightly before pulling away. I looked up at him and he was staring at me with his heart melting chocolate brown pools he calls his eyes. I felt my insides flip about and get giddy at him watching me. I leant up and kissed him gently before pulling away, but I guess Dan didn’t want our kiss to end as I felt his hand clasp the back of my neck, keeping me close to him. I opened my eyes and he was looking at me grinning, our lips so close. He slowly leant in but I moved back grinning. But as his hand was clasped behind my neck he pulled me close to him, crushing my lips with his. He pushed his tongue into my mouth allowing it wrestle with mine before I sucked it.
He pulled away laughing and opened his eyes. “What did you just do?” he smiled at me
“I sucked your tongue” I cheekily grin
“Yea I know you did”
“So why you ask” I laugh
“No one’s ever done that before”
“Really? I’m sure I have?”
“Not that I can recall” he laughs
“Oh well. Now shut up and kiss me” I grin and he nods before pushing his lips back onto mine.
I slip my tongue into his mouth and he sucks mine, making me smile into our kiss. He began kissing down my neck, as I tilted it backwards. His hand slipped down the front of my PJ bottoms and into my knickers.
“Dan” I moaned as he pleasured me.
“You guys awake?” I heard Luke shout about five minutes later before I could hear the zipper undoing. I pulled away from kissing Dan.
“Stop it” I grin at Dan who still had his fingers in me..
“He’ll go in a second” he replied smiling before pushing into me again causing me to bite harshly on my lip.
Luke walked in with a smile spread across his face. “You look cosy”
“We were cold” I laugh and pull Dan’s hand out from my joggers.
“Yea me and Evie did the same thing last night. Okay so as it’s pissing down we were thinking get some breaky then put on our water proofs and wander around then start drinking”
“I like the sound of that” Dan smiles
“Okay, just get up and get ready you two” Luke laughs
“We will” I reply
“I know how much you both like your bed so get up”
“Yes dad” me and Dan say at the same time making up burst out laughing.
Luke just rolls his eyes at us before walking out and zipping up the door.
“Where were we?” Dan grinned somehow moving himself so he was on top of me.
“Dan we can’t!” I giggle as his hands slip up my top
“Why not?”
“Because we have to get ready”
“We can be quick” he smiles
“But what if they come in?” I ask lifting my hands up, allowing Dan to remove my top.
“All part of the risk baby girl” he whispered kissing me, pulling down my bottoms as my hand slips down his joggers.
