《Punching the Gang leader》Chapter Twelve

I got a few hours of blissful sleep before I woke up to a loud screech. My eyes snap open and before I knew it my body was hurdling towards the living room. That sounded like Sage, what the fuck is happening? It was still early morning and the sun wasn't out yet.
I reach the living room, my eyes frantically searching for any sign of danger.
Instead, I found Sage glaring at a slumped over Novah with horror and absolute hatred clouding her features.
Novah was sprawled out on the couch, her arms wrapped protectively over her head as she groaned.
"My bloody shoes!" Sage screeches again, frantically pointing at the shoes beside the coffee table.
Confused I walk closer to where she was pointing and leaned down to take a look. Pink throw up covered Sage's shoes entirely. Not an inch was saved from Novah's vomit. I bite the inside of my cheek to control my laughter, however, my eyes still crinkled in amusement. Bet Novah regretted drinking when she got here now.
"Stupid bitch ruined my shoes!" Sage yelled anger pulled her lips into a tight sneer as she lunged at Novah.
I let out a startled gasp at the sudden attack and watch from the sideline as Sage yanks a pillow into her hands and starts mercilessly beating Novah with it.
"Get off you whore!" Novah groans, trying to push Sage off her with no success.
"SHUT UP" Sage roars, hitting even harder.
Novah starts swinging and they continue to throw cruses and punches at each other before I start to pry Sage off Novah.
I grab her from under her armpits and start pulling, using all my weight to get her off the couch.
"That's enough you two!" I growl, my voice strained from my efforts.
"I'm not finished with her yet" Sage huffs, scrambling to get out of my hold.
"Too fucking bad" I snapped, shoving her into the love seat next to the end of the couch. She tries to get up but I jump on her lap before she could. She gasps and tries to push me off but I don't budge.

"I'm not getting off you until you promise to leave Novah alone until you can properly get payback."
Sage crosses her arms over her chest as she stares at me in disbelief. She was still angry and the way her eyes narrowed at Novah who sat behind me proved it.
"Fine, now get off me."
I get off of her quickly, knowing she hated being touched. Sage grumbles under her breath and I don't care to listen. I leave the living room, rubbing my eyes as I do. Fuck I'm so tired.
I shut my bedroom door behind me before drowsily marching over to my comfortable bed. I climb in and pull the warm covers up to beneath my chin. Warmth swarms around my cold body and I instantly fall back to sleep.
My amazing dream where I was staring at the absolutely gorgeous Chris Hemsworth was interrupted by someone jumping on me. I jolted awake with a gasp as the air gets partially knocked out of me. I groan in pain as Sage shoves her annoying face in my line of sight.
"Get off me" I mumble, pushing her away from me as best as my tired limbs could.
Sage rolls her eyes dramatically before climbing off my bed. I nod my head in approval before shutting my eyes. Maybe I can go back to that delicious dream.
"Wake up, I'm bored," She says, poking my left cheek.
I groan in annoyance and turn away from her, making sure to hide my face beneath my blanket.
"I don't care," I grumble into my pillow, my eyes still screwed shut.
"I'm bored Stell!" Sage continues to whine and I throw the blanket off me with an irritated huff.
"I fucking hate you" I whisper, venom dripping off my words as I angrily climb out of bed. Sage waves me off carelessly and follows me out of the bedroom door. As I get closer to the living room I hear Novah arguing with someone and try to walk faster. But I end up stumbling and catching myself on a wall. Guess my limbs are still asleep, I'm jealous.

I reach the living room and find Novah casually reclining on the sofa. She looks up when she hears us enter and nods her head as a greeting.
"We should have a movie day after we get new phones," I announce, finally realizing we were phone-less. All the Tik Tok's I could be watching right now, how sad.
Novah and Sage nod their heads in approval.
I jog back to my room to grab my wallet and keys before following the girls out of my apartment. I make sure the door is locked before walking towards the building's stairs. On our way down Novah informs us of what we missed at the party.
Apparently, there was a fight between two dudes on the front lawn. They were absolutely hammered and the way they threw their punches resembled a catfight.
Sage and I try to recreate the fight before continuing to the parking garage. I unlock one of the Lamborghini I 'borrowed' before turning to the girls.
"Walmart or AT&T first?"
"AT&T" Novah answers as she opens her own borrowed car door.
"Meet you there."

"I'm not sharing these" Sage warns as she drops a bag of nacho cheese Doritos into the shopping trolley.
I say nothing as I drop my own bag of Limón Hot Cheetos in.
"I don't want your nasty ass chips so" Novah sasses as she drops in a bag of Hot Fries.
Sage flips her off and I ignore both of them and push the trolley further down the aisle. I stop at the drinks and tap my chin in concentration as I went over my
options.
'Should I get the cans of coke or the big bottle?' I ask myself. The cans. I grab the box and gently set it into the trolley.
"Anything else from this aisle?" I ask the girls and they shake their heads 'no.'
"We should get mayo," Sage says suddenly.
I shake my head at her in disgust, "hell no."
She rolls her eyes defensively, "you weirdo. Who doesn't like mayo?"
I shrug my shoulders, "me obviously."
"I don't like mayo and cheese sandwiches like you weirdo" Novah laughs.
Sage sticks out her tongue before marching over to the mayo. "I'm getting it anyway" she announces, plucking it off the shelf.
I stop myself from gagging and instead focus on finding more snacks. We pass by a few aisles before I spot the Cheez-It's. I rush over and add it to the trolley.
"I'm ready to check out how about you guys?" I ask, looking back at the girls.
They nod their heads and we make our way to the self check out. I start scanning the snacks we got and Sage hastily adds two packages of Reese's cups.
"Get me one please," I ask and she does.
Once everything is scanned and in a bag, I pay for it and we roll right out of Walmart. Of course, we had a few things in our pockets we didn't pay for. But that's the usual if it's a chain it's free reign am I right?
I grab the bag with my snacks in it and head to my car. Novah lost nose goes so she gets the job of putting the trolley up. Sucker. I wait until she gets into her car safely before reversing out of my parking spot.
'New Person, Same Old Mistakes' by Tame Impala plays from my playlist and I smile as I roll down my windows. It's good to be free.
