Edited-ish???
-Cassie's POV-
I was just floating in abyss, I don't know how long but it feels like an eternity. Honestly this was pissing me off, I know I'm alive, however I feel like I'm not alive at all. I grabbed a handful of hair and let out scream.
I'm going insane!
"Aren't you a feisty one?" I sat up confused. Was that another voice? There's no way I could hear another voice, or I am actually going insane. I think I officially lost it.
"You're not insane." My mouth dropped open and I covered my mouth with my hand. No this is creepy! I don't usually get creeped out but this was actually freaking me out. I haven't heard no ones voice except for mines.
Suddenly the black void was swallowing me up. I tried to grab onto anything to keep me afloat, of course there was nothing so I was just sinking deeper and deeper. Now what is this?! Why does every bad thing keeps happening to me?!
A hand grabbed onto mines and pulled me up with great strength. The black void disappeared and now I was in this random garden I've never seen before. Ok Cassie yep I think you're dying because your main dis now playing tricks on you.
"Almost lost your conscious there Cassie." I turned around to see a white hair women. She was quite the beautiful women, almost unreal honestly.
"Who the hell are you?" I asked with a quirked eyebrow.
"I'm the moon goddess." She said confidently. I stood there unmoving until I turned on my heels and started to walk away.
"W-Wait where are you going?!" The white haired lady cried out.
"Somewhere far away from you? You're fucking weird." I scoffed. Moon goddess my ass, as if she would show up.
"I am the mood goddess though!" She snapped.
"Yeah ok sure." I rolled my eyes and kept walking.
A cloud of smoke started to surround me pulling me back in. I tried to fight it and I couldn't. I furrowed my eyebrows confused, then there was a malicious growl behind me. I turned around to see a 3 tailed gigantic wolf standing there giving me a crazy look.
"Ok...you are the moon goddess." I admitted with my hands up in the air. Her highness turned back into her holy human form and walked up to me with a hard smile.
"Yes I am! Who else would I be?!" She snapped. You know for someone with a high status, she's not that dignified as I thought.
"You know I can read your mind right?" She pointed out.
Oops.
"Right right sorry. So...can I hear an apology?" I crossed my arms over my chest. Her eyes widened in shock and she pulled on my ear.
"You are one rude little pup!" To be fair I have a lot of pent of anger for her.
"You know you put me through hell! What were you thinking making Elliot my mate?! Granted me and him are now a lovely couple but before that?! What if it didn't work out?" I yelled at her and shook her shoulder.
"But it did work out though?" My eye twitched in annoyance and I took in a deep breath. Calm down Cassie she is a dignified being, let's be respectful.
"Ok so why are you here?" I deadpanned. The moon goddess rolled her eyes and flicked my forehead.
"My name is Nyx by the way and I'm here to awake you from your coma." A big smile erupted on my lips and I started to pat her back like she was a long life friend.

"Nyx why didn't you say that in the first place!" I laughed out hearty.
"You are ridiculous." Nyx snorted.
"So I've been told, but that's not the point! Come on do your mythical thing, wake me up!" I said quickly ready for her to like hit me with her magical powers.
"Hold on it's not that easy, you lost a lot of your memory, so we're going to get that back then you'll wake up." Nyx explained. I groaned out, is this like a side quest in a game now?
"That's so much work though, can't you just go boom pow there's your memory?" I asked.
"No, either you stay asleep or you go remember your memories." Nyx said firmly.
"Fine do your thing then." I grumbled. What kind of ultimatum is this?
"Will do! See you when you wake up!" She chirped happily.
"What do you mean when I wa-"
I couldn't even finished, she flicked my forehead so hard I swore she split it in half. Images started to flash between my eyes, It truly felt like I was going back in time. Then the ground beneath me disappeared once again and I was free falling towards the ground. I let out a blood curling scream. However when I reach towards the ground I slowed down significantly to the point I floated until my feet touched the earthly ground.
My legs gave out and I was breathing at a rapid speed. Is she fucking crazy?! What kind of mood goddess is she?! A delusional one that's what she is! I noticed I was wearing a white summer dress for some unknown reason. When did I get a wardrobe change?
"Are you ok?" a little voice asked.
"Yea I'm o-" I stopped mid sentence to see the little girl standing in front of me. You're kidding me right? What kind of dream is this?
That little girl is me.
"C-Cassie?" I stuttered out. It feels weird saying my own name right now. First off why is little me in front of me?
"Yeah how did you know?" She asked confused. Many response went through my mind trying to come up with some stupid excuse.
"Um I'm your long lost aunt?" I lied. Oh good one big Cassie!
"Oh really I didn't know I had a long lost aunt!" No little me you're not suppose to believe a stupid lie like that! You know better.
"Right...so why are you out here all by yourself?" I asked as I got up from the ground dusting myself out in the process.
"I was playing with Toby and Joy but got lost." When she said that her eyes started to tear up. Oh shit, how do you deal with crying children!
"Please don't cry! How about we go find them yeah?" I grabbed her hand, well my own little hands and started to walk down some unfamiliar path.
As we kept walking, this actually seemed familiar. This is exactly the dream I had before I arrived at Nolan's pack. I can actually find out about that little boys identity. Though it is weird that Nyx decided to even take me back to this specific dreams out of probably thousands I've had in my life.
"So auntie what's your name?" Little me asked. Damn now what do I say?
"My name is Cassandra." I lied. Well it's just a shorten version of my name so it counts.
"Oh we have the same name! Mines is just shorter!" She giggled. Little me you are definitely living off of one brain cell right now. How incredibly innocent you are.

Eventually we ended up in the clearing where I seen the little boy. Right on time the bush started to rustle and Cassie grabbed onto my arm tighter. She picked up a rock ready to throw it and I just stood there. If I do something will this alter anything? What if Nyx took me back in time and this was not a dream? I stood there incredibly still, at least I know we won't die.
Then there it was, the little boys head popped out of the bush. Cassie eyes widened and I can see the she relaxed instantly.
"Who are you?!" The boy yelled out. She put the rock down, but nonetheless tears started to pool her eyes.
My field of vision changed and now I was standing a few feet away from me as if I was never next to her before. I was confused on how I even got this far away from them. When I did try to take a step, my body refused to move like I was glued down to the ground.
"W-Why are you crying?!" He kneeled down in front of little me and wiped her tears away. I admit that was very cute.
"B-Because I thought I was going to die!" She cried out. The little boys head tilted to the side confused and scratched the back of his neck.
"Why would a rogue show up for? My father protects these lands, you're safe I swear." The boy spoke confidently. Oh look at him speaking mighty. Wait a minute his father protects his lands?
"You don't know that! Anything can happen!" Cassie snapped. One thing that remained is my little temper that's for sure. The little boy scoffed and crossed his arms over his chest. She wiped her tears and scooted away from him.
"Whatever...but you know you don't smell like you're from my fathers pack. You smell odd." The little boy leaned towards Cassie and began to sniff her. I held in my laugh seeing little me's embarrassed face. He was an odd boy after all.
"Don't sniff me y-you weirdo!" Cassie said embarrassed. A goofy smile erupted on his face and he grabbed her hand all of a sudden.
"You may smell odd, but you're true scent smells nice! I like it!" He said.
"Whatever, um I'm Cassie Dawson. What about you?" She introduced herself and held out her hand towards him. His eye lit up and he grabbed her hand shaking it roughly making little me whole body move.
"And I'm Elliot O'Connor!" He introduced himself. My mouth dropped down open, that's Elliot?! He looked so innocent and kind, what the hell! All this time Elliot was the one that helped me when I was little. How could I forget that, did I think this memory was so insignificant?
"Let's get out of here, I'll take you to your dad." Elliot pulled her up from the ground and they began walking side by side down the path. The two children walked passed me until little me stared up right at me with a big smile.
"Why don't you wake up now Cassie." She said. I stared at myself in horror, that was so creepy! I couldn't even speak because I was so stunned.
"Yes wake up Cassie, Elliot is waiting for you, your family. Everyone." Little Elliot spoke.
"Wai-!"
Everything around me began to crack like some broken mirror. The pieces began to fall disappearing under me. Images began to flash in my head, it was giving me a headache. This was a sensory overload for me. I held my head in pain and fell to the ground.
"Come one wake up Cassie! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" I yelled out.
My eyes shot open and I felt a cold sweat running down my back. I gasped for air not realizing I wasn't breathing at all. My hands flew up to my face and I started to erratically touch my body to make sure I was awake.
The lingering smell of Elliot was here mixed in with the smell of bleach. My eyes wandered around the room trying to figure out where I was at. This is not my packs hospital this is Elliot's that's for sure.
I sat up from the bed and started to remove the wires that were connected to me. My body felt so stiff like some statue. I cracked my neck and stretched out of my limbs. So this is what happens when you're unconscious.
I lifted myself out of the bed, but I was met with the cold floor. My legs refused to move, I punched my leg and felt pain. At least I know I'm not paralyzed. Slowly I moved my feet trying to reawaken them. The door opened and I saw a group of nurses and a doctor standing in the doorway.
"You're awake!" The doctor cried out.
"Yeah I am." I said awkwardly. The nurses came by my side and pulled me off from the floor. Despite sleeping for a long time I felt oddly refreshed, like I had a lot of energy.
"Let's get you checked out." The doctor said. My hand landed on his shoulder and I stood up abruptly. My legs were a bit sore but very bearable.
"Let's do that later, I have things to do." I patted his shoulder and walked passed him.
"No we can't just let you go!" The doctor tried stopping me, I ignored him and walked out of the room. I kept walking down the hall with the doctor yelling for someone to stop me. I looked down at what I was wearing, a t-shirt and some unfamiliar pants. At least I'm not in a gown butt ass naked.
I saw some nurses running towards my direction and I took a hard left down the corridor. Let's escape from here Cassie. I walked up to the window and opened it up. I glanced down, just a few stories high nothing much. I jumped out of the window and landed onto the ground. I looked back up to see the nurses staring down in shock.
"Thank you for all your help! I'll come back later!" I yelled up.
I began to ran into the forest knowing exactly where I wanted to go. I noticed that I was beyond healthy, it's as if I got a new body. I felt lighter, faster, my senses felt beyond sharp. I wonder how long I was asleep to feel this great. See the power of sleeping is definitely where it's at people. As I got near that sweet intoxicating scent filled my nose. I hate to admit it, but a big smile started to appear on my lips.
I got to the training grounds and my eyes pinpoint exactly who I wanted to see. I ran towards them at full speed while the pack members gave me weird looks. As I got neared them, they must've sensed me. They quickly turned around and I connected with brown eyes.
"I'm back!" I yelled and jumped into the air before pretty much tackling him down to the ground. I hovered over them and gave them the brightest smile on this god damn earth.
"Am I dreaming?" Elliot asked.
"I don't know are you?" I said and pinched his cheek. His eyes just widened even more and quickly sat up. Which resulted in him accidentally colliding his forehead with mines. I fell back onto my butt and held my head.
Hard ass.
"Ouch that hurt! Is this the treatment I get after wak-" Elliot pulled me into a tight hug and I was taken back. His face was nuzzled in the crook of my neck and I started to laugh. He was like some little excited puppy.
"Finally, you don't know how long I was suffering." Elliot muttered. My hands rubbed his and I pulled back from the embrace.
"Now we can have our long awaited talk." I laughed out.
"Yes we can...but we should hold off on it. There's something wrong with your eyes." He held my face, his thumb rubbed over my eye lid gently and I sat there confused.
"What do you mean there's something wrong?" I asked.
"Your eyes are a light purple." Elliot pointed out. I rubbed my eyes and then looked back at him. He nodded his head 'no' and I tilted my head to the side confused.
What the fuck?!

The Novel's Extra's Extra
As a reader, Cristopher always looked for things that entertained him, didn't matter what the "critics" said, all that matters was his own opinion on the novel, so he started reading "The Novel's Extra", a webnovel that despicts an author who is transmigrated to his own novel. It was fun and all with its own good and bad points, really, one of his favorites novels at the end of the journey, and that's taking into account the little fact that he didn't have too many things he was able to enjoy, not in that empty shell that was called life for him... Why could someone be born like that? With a void inside, an endless void that slowly consumes oneself... But... for better or worse... everything changed one day, the same day he woke up to discover he had the same faith of the author whose novel he just finished reading, becoming an extra in a novel, becoming The novel's extra's extra... /Ok, now that's the description I thought of... first of all, for those of you who are reading this, if any, a few points I have to make clear: 1. I'm not an english native speaker, so if you find anything wrong in the text, please let me know, that would help me learn, and I would be thankful for that.2. I'm writting this out of pure "enjoyment", so while I'll try to be constant, I'll not make any promises.3. True reason why I'm writing this is because I'm going through a moderate to crippling depression right now (and no, is not because anything trully bad and horrendous happened to me, it seems to have something to do with my brain's malfuctioning, among other things), and doctors told me to try writing as I enjoy reading. So yeah, this is more like a self-help excercise, to keep myself distracted while trying to be safe from my self.4. I choose to make a fanfiction of "The Novel's Extra" as I don't trully know how to write, and because I really loved that webnovel, though there are some points I didn't particulary liked.5. If you see some (let's be clear, really much) self insertion on this series, well, that may be me trying to escape reality, to which I make an early warning and disclaimer, and also ask for forgiveness, as I said before, this is more of an excercise, so don't take it too serious.6. I'll be a slow writer, as I have to still check a few things from the novel, even when I've read it like 3 or 4 times already, and because I know shit about writing a novel or a series.7. If you get to enjoy this, then that's good, I would be glad about it, maybe even more motivated, but I don't really expect this to be any good. Thanks to you all who may, or may not, be reading this novel./
