At the shield base during an ungodly hour of the morning Clint finally arrives back. His new mission had taken a lot longer than originally planned. He sighs as he heads to his room, just wanting a nice hot shower. He slowly opens the door as he finally got there. Disregarding his shower as he just gets straight into bed and falls asleep instantly.
A few hours later he woke up to a light tapping on the door. Slowly getting back he rubbed his eyes. Opening the door, he looked up at Natasha, smiling sleepily at her as he lets her in, locking the door behind her. He collapsed back into the bed, grumbling. " Nat, its too early in the morning.." she laughed softly at him, stroking his hair slightly as she sat next to him. " aww sleepyhead, I was just coming to check on you. I can leave if you want?" she said as she stopped stroking his hair, teasingly getting up.
He sleepily grabbed her arm and pulled her back down, clearly still partially out of it. She sat back down and rubbed his head and stroking his hair. She smiled down at him. "Nat, do you think we will ever find our other soulmates?" he asked rubbing his wrist covered in words and Natasha's name. "I don't know Clint, but fate always works out Love." She said trying to reassure him. "Sleep Love, I've got you." He slowly fell back to sleep as she stroked his hair. She looked down at the part of her wrist she can see.
Later on she left him, leaving a note behind explaining she was leaving for a mission but would face time him later. She left quietly, locking the door behind her as she heads to Fury's office. She wonders what job she would get this time. Arriving quickly she just walked in, not bothering to knock.

She sees him talking to Phil but immediately stop whatever they were saying as they see her. "so you have a job for me Fury." she said, more a statement than a question. He nodded at her, glad she didn't beat around the bush. She rubbed her wrist slightly, sad to have left Clint behind in his room. "Yes, in fact I want you to work for Tony Stark as a part time assistant for a while. Gauge how well he would do in the Avengers Initiative. It should only take a few days." He looked at her seriously with his one available eye.
"Alright, will do." She says immediately heading out after getting all the information. Heading to her room to get ready and send out an application, with a good word she was accepted for an interview later that day. She packed a small bag for the prepared apartment close to the tower. She checks her phone before heading out to the arranged car to drive her to her apartment.

Silent Exile
Time spent within the nothingness beyond the Horizon is bound to change anyone, much less the young soul of a human boy. The changes this time around, however, would be unlike anything anyone would’ve expected, the boy included. Not everything within this pitch black space was friendly, something the boy would soon come to know. Now, saved by a Goddess who seems to have bigger plans for his previously dull existence, and the looming threat of world-wide enslaved, the boy must struggle to contest with his world’s most powerful, all while being cut from the benefits everyone else had been provided. This, however, also meant that he was exempt from many of the rules these benefits came with.***Hello!A quick reminder that this is only my second attempt at writing a longer cohesive story and tags are bound to be added as the story progresses. The tags selected at the making of this novel should, therefore, be considered as being "possibilities" instead of promises. I will try and remain open to changing tags and the direction of this story based on feedback, as I hope to create something that can be enjoyed by as many people as possible. So, again, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
