I've taken the lyrics how I personally interpret them and turned them into this One Shot between mr manipulative c!Dream & you !!
I don't want to spoil anything, but to put it simply, c!Dream is obsessed (COUGH yandere COUGH) with you here. And in the same way that real life psychopaths are, it's not really love. It's just a pure selfish obsession he mistakes as loving you. This is also in the DSMP world but more in a more realistic setting instead of, well, a blocky world. But it nevertheless still is in that universe. The story takes place before Dream was sent to prison, and at the time when he manipulated Tommy heavily.
