I tip toed outside of my room and into the dark corridor. I rushed out of the foyer and slid down the grass. I wore dark clothing to somewhat camouflage myself. It was risky to use many of the things I brought with me. I whipped out my grappler and swung from the trees. I would have used a launch pad, but my glider was still with Shadow. I was there in no time, okay like 5 minutes.
I stood at the bank of the swamp and gazed at the destroyed oil rig. My mouth fell open at the sight of it. The water looked extremely polluted, a lot of garbage and debris floated on the surface. I stepped through shallow water to get another angle. I unexpectedly stepped onto a large patch of grass. Large metal compartments rested on the swampy grass.
"What the hell are they doing?" I thought. I walked around the compartments. I tried to lift the hatches, but they wouldn't budge. I frowned in disappointment. I felt a sudden jerk on my neck and I began to be tugged backwards. I whip my body around and throw a kick at whoever this was.
It looked like TnTina, I think. She wore all black clothing and her shirt said Doom. She had different Tattoos and wore black make-up. She held a bow and arrow in her hand.
"TnTina! I'm so sorry. I-" She cut me off with a roundhouse kick.
"You're trespassing Shadow territory" She growled furiously.
"TnTina?" I remarked downheartedly.
She stretched the bow string and aimed. "Leave or I blow your head off". I knew this was a bad idea, it was worth a shot. I flung my right leg behind one of hers and tripped her. I felt a gash trickle on my side. I ripped the boom bow out of her hands and pointed at her.

"What did they do tomy TnTina?" I ask curtly. She squinted slightly, but had no expression of fear.
"The same thing that we're gonna do to you" She smirked. I was shocked at the fact that she sounded exactly like Tina. It couldn't be her though.
"Are you her!"
"Ha no" She responded.

About a half hour passed by. I had looked around the Rig while the Shadow TnTina was tied up and collected some of her propane canisters. I carefully carried them to the marsh.
"I'm lucky I found rope" I joked to shadow TnTina.
"You seriously don't get it do you?". Her gaze led to a large group of shadows, coming from the distance.
It was Sorana and The Chaos agent. Shit. I pulled out the boom bow as a large group of henchmen marched towards me.
"Finally, thought you guys didn't give a fuck about me" TnTina remarked irritably.
"I thought about it" Sorana sneered. I glared at Sorana. "So I see you've escaped eh?"
"What did you do with TnTina!" I fought back the tears.
"Oh yeah, she's doing great" Sorana grimaced. She pulled out a hologram and it showed a picture of TnTina bruised and she looked injured. She's alive!
"You know what, how about you come and get the rest of the Ghost team. Turn them into shadow clients." I shouted. "So I can kill your asses"
I stretched the boom bow string, released and at that same time I threw down a launch pad and aimed for the water around the Agency. I watched as the propane canisters blew across the swamp. I was pretty surprised they didn't notice them. I splashed into the water just outside of the Agency. TnTina was alive! How will I tell Midas though?
I didn't care that I was soaked, I just cared about TnTina and I wanted to free her from those cruel people.
(Hope you all enjoyed this long interesting chapter! Comment down if you have any ideas I could possibly add!)

The Court of Souls?
Author's Comment: I was asked about reading my work on other sites. The answer is simple: Currently I am not active in any other networks than royalroadl.com. Only here, I correct mistakes and errors. If you read it anywhere else and have to pay for it, or have to deal with an annoying amount of advertisement, You Are Being Betrayed. You would do good if you make other people in that network aware of it. This is a free project of mine for the purpose of having fun. And if people try to make money with it you shouldn't bother visiting their website. The only one whom I actually allowed to have my work on his website is Armaell who invested the time to compile them into pdf. (http://armaell-library.net/author/andur) ——————————————————————————————— Reading Order of the Multiverse-Books ——————————————————————————————— What do we talk about tonight? ~“How about a story?”~ Fine by me. Which story? Hopefully a good one. ~“There was once a lonely child in a world filled with myths, gods and demons. Only power counted there and the weak were worse than cattle. A world where survival of the fittest ruled.”~ Was it strong then? ~“No, but the child had a power. One that made him stand between light and darkness. Nothing could escape him, so he was shunned by his people.”~ What did he do? Did he fight his fate? Did he hide his power? What was it? ~“Oh, he fought. He fought a lot. And no thing could escape his power. It was something that everyone had to live with.”~ So he became a hero and changed the world? ~“…”~ Tell me. ~“Nooo, that's not how the story goes. This isn't a story of a noble man, doing good amidst a sea of monsters. This is a story of a demon who was... kinder than the rest.”~ A kind demon? How boring. ~“I think it would be better if I tell the story, so you can judge for yourself.”~ So tell the story!

Block Dungeon
The world of Sleyn is a little doomed planet made of blocks. Its World Core is under assault from a corrupting force known as the Ostrum, and it seems unstoppable. As a last-ditch effort, the World Core forcespawns a bunch of Dungeon Cores so they can level up and push back the Ostrum. So far, all have failed. This fic is a dungeon core set in the CoreVerse. You do not have to read any other CoreVerse book to enjoy this. It is heavily inspired by vanilla Minecraft and Terraria, with a healthy sprinkling of mod influence, too. PG-13 ish, with a sprinkling of profanity and some violence, but the descriptions are pretty tame.

A World Forgotten
***This story will contain lite-litrpg elements, mainly character pages and a town page. There will also be settlement building and adventuring, missteps and achievements. But one thing it definitely won’t have is a harem. Nor will it have an overpowered MC. Contains mild cursing.*** ***feel free to critique my writing and offer input. This is my first venture into writing. I've always enjoyed litrpg/gamelit books. I feel like I write how I talk, so it may be a little different. You won't hurt my feelings if you see something wrong or out of place! *** ***What follows is a condensed part of chapter 1. Enjoy!*** Drew Cooper is thrust into a new, unfamiliar world. Waking up in his sweats and t-shirt near what seems to be a forgotten path through some woods, he struggles coming to terms that he's no longer in his apartment. As he tries to cope with his new reality, he hears a horse coming down the path. He hides behind a nearby tree dreading what may happen next. As the horse approaches, he sees a man walking next to it. The horse is burdened with packs and gear. When the man nears, Drew nearly panics. He has a large sword strapped to his waist, obviously a fighter. He continues to hide as the man slowly passes only for the man to stop a dozen meters past his hiding spot. "You may as well come out, ya know. You weren't as well hidden as you thought," the man stated matter-of-factly, letting the horse’s reins go and putting his hand on the hilt of his sword. Slowly and scared for his life, Drew raised up and walked from behind the tree. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't planning on attacking you. I-I don't know where I am. I heard your horse and hid. I didn't know what you'd do if you saw me. I'm sorry," he nervously blurted out. A minute passed. Then two. The man seemed interested with Drew and stepped closer, eyes squinting as if trying to see something. "What's that on your shirt? Is that. What is that? Is that, Pac-man?" The man was visibly shaken while pointing at me. Looking down at his t-shirt nervously, "Yea. Yea. I woke up here a few hours ago I think. 3 maybe 4 hours. I’ve just been sitting here. Where am I? What's going on?" Drew asked. "That's not important right now," the man replied. " What's important is where you're from. What year is it?" "What year? April something 2020. Why? What's going on?" Drew continued now worried. The man was taken aback. After a few moments, he seemed to calm himself some. The man sighed and looked at Drew in earnest. "Well, I've got good news and bad news for ya. Bad news is you're not on Earth anymore. Good news is you happened to run into me and not someone else. You’re either really lucky, or it’s fate we met in these woods, and I don’t believe in luck." The man continued to walk towards Drew while talking and put out his hand. "I'm John Mitchell from St. Louis or thereabouts. You’ve got nothing to be scared of by me. Walk with me and let’s talk."
