"come on guys let's get moving, mum hasn't got all day to wait for you slow coaches!" Toni called out causing Cheryl to smile a little as she finished grabbing what she needed.

"relax baby, we have plenty of time before the interview" Cheryl pressed a light kiss on her shoulder and rested her head there.

"I know babe, sorry I just wanna make the most of the time I have with the kids"

Daniel was the first to bolt out, adorning his greenday shirt that was too big for him and hung a little low on his body.

"nice one bud" Toni scuffed his hair as he came to her side.

Thomas and amelia were next, fighting to be the first one out. Amelia won that fight and came to Toni, hugging her legs.

"carry me mummmmm" she dragged out, begging and pouting. Toni let out a small sigh and smiled

"jump on my back" amelia did so and wrapped her legs around Tonis side. Thomas huffed, walking over to Cheryl

"oh no you're too heavy for me sorry bud" cheryl head out the door first with Toni and the kids following after. They all took the car and drove off out the house.

Toni promised to take them all out for lunch before her interview to get some quality family time, which is something they often lacked. But the one thing Cheryl missed most is her and Toni together, alone. She adored the kids, she loved being a parent. But she missed the loving moments between them. When they did get chances off of work, it was taken up by the kids. Cheryl couldn't remember the last time it was the two girls alone.

Toni pulled up outside a restaurant they often went to. Not surprisingly the paparazzi had already sniffed them out. As Toni came out she slipped on her shades and came around to open Cheryls door for her. She put an arm around her waist and ducked her head a little. They waited for the kids to come to them, Cheryl trying to usher them inside, Toni covering Cheryl the best she could whilst she did.

"Toni look this way!" one shouted out

"Toni can you tell us anything about your music coming up?"

"Cheryl when's your next shoot with vogue, is it true you'll be doing it with Kendall?"

"are the rumours about-"

Toni turned to face them

"we will not be answering any questions at this time, please leave and stop bothering us" she turned away ignoring the flashing cameras as she head inside and removed her shades, shoving them into her pocket.

Toni went up to the waitress who seemed a little starstruck.

"I booked a table for-"

"Toni Topaz, yes" the girl suddenly had a huge grin on her face. She looked around 18, Toni knew she must have been a fan or something. She waitress lead them to one of the quieter tables out of the way so they weren't bothered. They all sat down and started picking.

"you got a big follower there" Cheryl chuckled quietly, nodding to the waitress who kept looking over to them.

"you never know she might be a model fanatic, she might be obsessing over you" Toni kissed her cheek gently and went back to the menu. After a few minutes the waitress nervously came over

"h-hey would you like to order it now?" she questioned.

They all spoke their orders but the waitress didn't leave.

"look I'm sorry this is so unprofessional of me but may I have a photo with you?" she asked, looking at her feet.

"of course love" Toni got up from her seat and Cheryl stood up taking the phone from her. Toni wrapped her arm around the waitresses waist for one photo then pressed her lips to the girls cheek for another.

"thank you so so much" she beamed "sorry I will leave you be now" she rushed off and the girls sat.

"one day I'm gone be big like you mum" Daniel grinned and Toni was sure he would, he was already very killed for his age.

"I wanna be like mummy when she does all her fashion shoots" amelia giggled and pretended to pose.

"awe well you're already my princess and look stunning in everything, I'm sure you'll be on the front of magazines soon enough" Cheryl looked over at her amelia then her wife who's eyes hadn't left Cheryl.

"I guess I will have to take you on a big clothes shop if you're gonna be wearing loads for the camera" Toni looked back over at the kids.

"you clothes shopping? That's unlikely" Cheryl scoffed and nudged her.

"more like I will be there and let Amelia run wild and grab anything she wants like usual" Toni admitted.

"you spoil them too much" Cheryl rolled her eyes and rested her head on Tonis shoulder.

"mum can we come with you when you go back on tour" Daniel asked as he so often did. Toni felt bad for leaving them behind but it wasn't a great situation to be taking 3 small kids around.

"you know I want to but we don't have the space, plus it's dangerous and you have school" Toni felt a hand slip onto hers under the table. Cheryl's fingers laced with Tonis and held it softly.

"but Veronica gets to go with you so why can't mum and us go" he whined a little.

"veronica is my manager so she works with me, plus I don't have to worry about where she is all the time"

"what about just me? I'm old enough, all I wanna do is music so beigg with you will teach me more" it was difficult for Toni to say no but she knew she had to.

"maybe in a few years time if I'm still going but for now no I'm sorry" he huffed and crossed his arms. Food came and was placed in front of them which Toni was glad about as it was a good escape from that conversation.

They talked and laughed through their food until Toni got a phone call

"one sec babe" she got up and went to the side on her phone.

"whys mummy always on her phone" Thomas asked as he ate a large mouthful of his spaghetti.

"Your mums a very busy lady, it could be a super important call" Cheryl replied taking a bite of her own food.

"you're busy too" Amelia states, she was true but thankfully Kevin was very leniant and so were many photoshop companies.

"I have people which understand my situation more, my times can be adjusted where as for Toni she doesn't have much choice on when she can do things" Cheryl understood Tonis situation but she also was upset too, she missed having her wife around.

Toni finally came back and they all looked up.

"I've gotta go to that interview early I'm sorry, Its live so I don't have a choice" she scratched the back of her head awkwardly.

"we will come with you" Cheryl stood up "come on guys let's get moving, no ifs and buts" Cheryl had her reasons for wanting to go there though she wouldn't openly speak them in front of the kids.

It hadn't taken long to get to the building and push through the paparazzi to get inside.

They were lead to the right place where the rest of The Serpents were already stood and Veronica.

"hey idiots" Toni embraced them all in a big group hug. Toni pulled back and the band looked over to the family and walked over.

"hey guys!" sweetpea pulled Cheryl into a tight hug. Fangs went to talk to amelia and Thomas, Jade just stayed back, Kylie went to talk to Daniel as he always adored her as she was the drummer whilst Veronica went to Toni. Cheryls eyes flickered from Veronica and Toni to Kylie and Daniel. She tried not to say anything and concentrate on Sweetpea.

"I'm so sorry it got changed" Veronica apologised, guilt showing on her face. Toni placed her hands on Veronica's shoulders gently.

"relax its not your fault ok? " she smiled softly. And gave her a light hug.

Cheryl moved from sweetpea as Kylie embraced Daniel in a light hug.

"come on Daniel" she tugged at his shoulder pulling him back.

"ow mum, I was just talking to Kylie" he groaned causing Toni to look over quickly. She went straight over and picked Daniel up in her arms quickly.

"Hey Kylie" Toni whispered and took Daniel over to where she was before with Veronica, leaving Cheryl back with the blonde drummer.

"You should watch how you handle your son" was all Kylie said before she walked back to Toni and Daniel.

A man came out and stepped into the room.

"Guys you're on in 5 minutes, can you come in" be smiled. Toni placed Daniel down "see you after buddy" the band members went into the interview room whilst everyone else stayed watching from the recording area.

They took their seats and waited for the interview to start.

"welcome guys, it's great to have you here" the interviewer started

"glad to be here" Toni replied, leaning bsck into her seat.

"you guys are on tour at the moment, hows that been? What's your favourite so far?" he questioned.

"it's been great, the fans are amazing" sweetpea spoke up

"Nashville were great, they had a real loud crowd" Jade put in and there were murmurs of agreement.

"all the fans are great, always the most supportive people" fangs piped up

"crazy sometimes, I've seen 3 people this tour wihh my face tattooed on their bodies and been proposed to multiple times" Kylie laughed

"Yeah well they adore you, its rather insane, I'm assuming you didn't say yes to any? Has someone already taken the place of a lover for you Kylie?" the interviewer asked.

"no I didn't say yes to anyone and for the dating side of things... I.. No im kinda off the dating stuff at the moment, too difficult when on tour all the time" Kylie shrugged a little trying to keep her smile.

"I can understand that, I dunno how people keep up relationships when they're travelling so much" The interviewer said and Toni chewed her bottom lip a little jot saying anything.

"but we will see eventually" Kylie tried to finish that conversation

"what if it were someone on the band who's travelling with you" he suggested, All the band started to look at each other a little.

"I love these guys, they're my best friends but I don't think we could be anymore" Kylie said cautiously.

"the fans disagree, you have your ship Tylie which is quite big at the moment, art and all being done for it"

Finally Toni decided to speak.

"Fans see something that isn't there, Kylie and me are great fans but sorry to say that's all", her hands gripped the edge of the arm rest, Kylies hand reste so top of it trying to calm it.

"what about the rumours about that night with you and Kylie after the band had just reached number one with your newest song and you'd gone our to celebrate. Then there were photos of you two together and the rumours of you two sleeping tog-"

Toni stood up instantly

" those are rumours, nothing more, now if you want me to stay for an interview let's actually talk about our music"

"but what about the photos-"

Toni snatched the paper from his hands and looked at it

"this is all fucking bullshit to start stuff up for the news" she tore the paper in half and chuckled it at the guy.

"Toni come on calm down let's just leave" Kylie stood up going to take her arm but Toni was already storming out.

"we're going now" she said as she continued to storm through the room the others had been left in.

"Toni hold on!" Veronica called out but Cheryl gently laid a hand on her shoulder

"hey its ok I've got this" Cheryl gave her a sad smile "please keep the kids here" Cheryl ran after Toni. She caught up with her at the front door and grabbed her wrist turning her around.

"Toni just stop! What the hell was that back there!" she didn't let go of Tonis wrist.

"that idiot deserved it, that interview was bullshit" Toni retorted.

"you were shitty to him, yet he was telling the truth. Yes he shouldn't of brought it up but you can't deny the facts" Cheryl glared at Toni

"I-"

"you slept with Kylie, we have talked over it and it's done?!" Cheryl shook her head "but I don't want her around the kids again" Cheryl spat and walked back inside leaving Toni at the door alone.
