《Dragons Love (Sting x Reader x Natsu)》The Ball

"Why all the bum faces?" Erza asked as we were getting ready for the ball. I didn't even bother responding. I was too deep in thought.
-Flashback-
"Will someone please explain to me what happened?" An angry Laxus asked as he marched towards us.
"What are you even talking about?" Asked an annoyed Sting.
"You know exactly what I'm talking about!" Laxus spat as he got in Sting's face.
"Actually we don't" Rogue interrupted in a soothing voice. "Please tell us what you are talking about and we can have a conversation like normal human beings."
"What connection do you bastards have with my sister?"
-end flashback-
"(Y/N)!!!!!" I shook my thoughts out of my head and looked at Erza.
"Yes?"
"Are you okay? You seem so... Out of it."
"Just... deep in thought I guess." I sighed.
"I don't know what happened but you need to put it behind you. We are all here for you and always will be. Besides, you don't want to worry the two dragon slayers with feelings for you." Erza reassuringly, then she placed her hand on my shoulder firmly but kindly. "You can't be depressed about this forever you know. You'll worry everybody. Especially Natsu and Sting." And with that, she left. I sighed and brought my knees to my chest then rested my head on them and sighed loudly.
-flashback-
"SHE WHAT!?" Laxus screamed and Sting flinched.
"She died," Sting said quietly. His voice was shaky and you could tell that tears were threatening to fall. "And... I-it was my f-fault. I'm so sorry." Sting looked down and a tear escaped his eye. "Becuase I was too weak." I turned and looked at Laxus. He looked like he was going to kill somebody.
"Laxus." I grabbed his hand and gave him a reassuring smile. His glare softened. He rubbed his temples and squeezed my hand. There was an awkward silence. Laxus broke it by sighing loudly.
"If she died then why is she here right now holding my hand?"
Rogue and Stings eyes darkened and they both looked down. Sting mumbled something that was inaudible to me. Apparently, Laxus heard it because his eyes widened.
"What? Did you just say what I think you just said?" Laxus asked with a shaky voice. "Say it again."
"I'm so sorry!" Sting was practically balling by now.
"Say it again!" Laxus demanded more forcibly.
"Zeref." Rogue mumbled. "We went to Zeref."
"W-what?" I asked. My heart started pounding.
"We went to Zeref and asked him to bring you back," Rogue said. His voice was full of shame.
"We couldn't stand you being dead," Sting added between sniffles. "We needed you an-"
"What did he do?" Laxus growled as he interrupted Sting. By now my heart was beating out of my chest and sweat was rolling down my face.
"He cast a spell on her," Sting mumbled. "Or... More of a curse I suppose."
"He gave her life back and gave her magic so she could protect herself."
"What do you mean by 'gave her magic?'" Lector asked.

"She didn't have any magic power before she died," Rogue told the exceed. Then he looked at me "Zeref gave you your magic."
"W-what?"
Sting looked at me apologetically. "Zeref made you a wizard."
-end flashback-
I felt a hand on my shoulder and I jolted upwards.
"(Y/n) it's just me." said a familiar voice. I turned around and was met with Yukino's soft gaze. "Whats wrong? Are you okay?" I gave her a small smile.
"Nothing, I'm fine. Let's go, I don't want to worry the others."
"But (Y-"
"Really, Yukino. I'm fine." Then I left the room. I found a chair at the back of the ballroom and sat down. I leaned back, closed my eyes and continued to think about what happened yesterday.
-flashback-
"Zeref gave you your magic," Rogue said, his voice was stern.
"Why don't I remember any of this?" Laxus demanded.
"Because you're not really her brother." Sting clarified. "After everything happened, your father Ivan agreed to take her in."
"I think I'd know if she wasn't really my sister."
Rogue shook his head. "Our punishment for letting her die was that we were to be the only ones who remembered what happened." Rogue sighed.
"Meaning Zeref changed everyone's memories of her and of what happened," Sting added. "He even changed the members of fairy tails so they would remember her always being a part of the guild.
"So basically her whole childhood was a lie?" Laxus asked.
"I'm so sorry." Sting whimpered. Laxus ran his hands through his hair and began pacing.
"There's more isn't there," I asked. My eyes darkened and I looked down, my hair covering my face. Laxus stopped pacing and all three boys stared at me.
"What do you me-" Rogue began but I interrupted him.
"Zeref wouldn't just GIVE me magic. You're leaving something out. Tell me. If you're really my brother and you really care about me, you'll tell me everything. I need to know. I need to know what happened to me! Please, Rogue. Please!" Rogue just sighed.
"(Y/n) look..." I looked up at Rogue with tears running down my face. Then I grabbed his shirt collar and pulled his face towards mine.
"TELL ME!"
"Zeref's deal was that, in order for you to come back, you had to be resurrected as one of the demons from his book," Rogue said, without making eye contact with me.
"He said it was the only way (Y/n) please!" Sting pled. "You have to understand what it was like for us! Not having you there was hell!"
I let go of Rogues shirt collar and staggered backward. Time seemed to slow down. I could hear and feel my heartbeat. Sweat covered every inch of my body. I could tell people were talking but all I heard were muffled yells. Three things kept repeating in my head. 'My magic is fake. I'm a demon. I'm alive because of Zeref...'
"So... I b-belong to Zeref..?"
-End flashback-
I shook those thoughts from my head. I stood up and began walking around. 'Maybe if I dance it'll take my mind off all this.' I looked around for Natsu and Sting. I found Sting but he seemed content talking to Gajeel so I decided to just not bother him. I looked for Natsu but didn't see him anywhere. Then I spotted Freed.

"Hey Freed!" I waved as I walked over to him. He nodded.
"(Y/n)."
"Have you seen Natsu anywhere?" I asked.
"No, I haven't. It's odd that he wouldn't be here though. This is kind of his environment."
"You'll just have to do then." I sighed and grabbed his hand and began walking to the dance floor, dragging a shocked Freed behind me.
"(Y-Y/n)! What are you doing?"
"Dancing!" I turned around to smile at him and saw his whole face was red. I couldn't help but giggle a little.
"V-very well." He quickly, and swiftly, spun me around and moved one of my hands to his shoulder and one of his hands to my waist. Then we interlocked our other hands. That's when the realization hit me.
"I-I don't know how to dance," I admitted. "That was kind of a rush of the moment thing." I laughed awkwardly.
"It's okay." Freed said, "It's easy. Just follow my lead."
"Alright." We danced for a while until I saw someone tap Freeds shoulder. It was Gray.
"Trade partners?" He asked.
"Sure." Freed took Wendy's hand and Gray took Freed's position.
"Hey." He said.
"Hey," I said back.
"Sting is looking for you." Gray nodded his head in the direction of the blond dragon slayer.
"Really? He looked so content pestering Gajeel." Gray chuckled.
"Have you seen Natsu? No one can find that bastard anywhere."
"No, I haven't actually. I was just about to ask you that same ques-"
"Can I have your attention please!" Said a familiar voice. We all looked up. "May I present to you, the king of Fiore!" Natsu came out, loud and rambunctious as usual, wearing the kings crown.
"Give it back Kabo!" Said a little man who was jumping up and down trying to get the crown off of Natsu's head.
"Hahaha! I am the king now! You all must bow to me!" Natsu yelled.
"IM GONNA KILL HIM!!!!!!" Erza and I shouted in unison.

Rogues P.O.V.
I watched as (Y/n) and Erza scolded Natsu. I wonder how she's taking the fact that she is part demon. Or even how's shes taking the fact that I'm her brother, not Laxus. I looked over and saw Sting pouting.
"Whats wrong Sting?" I asked.
"It's not fair..." He mumbled.
"Whats not fair?"
"Why does Natsu get all of (Y/n)'s attention?"
"You really want to interact with her when she's like that?" Sting and I looked over at (Y/n). She was holding Natsu by the shirt collar, a dark aura around her. Natsu was shivering in fear.
"Any kind of interaction with her would be fine."
"Go ask her to dance with you," I suggested.
"I don't think she likes dancing." He responded.
"That's not true, I just saw her happily dancing with Freed and Gray." Sting looked mad for a second then really happy.
"Okay!" He got up and ran towards (Y/n). Honestly, what an idiot. He's also kind of bipolar. He's a bipolar idiot.
"R-Rogue-sama?" I turned around and saw Yukino. My face immediately went red.
"Y-Yeah?"
"W-would you wanna d-dance with m-me?"
"S-sure."
Stings P.O.V.
"Hey (Y/n)," I said in the coolest voice I could possibly make. "You, me, dance floor. What do ya say?" Afer I said that I facepalmed. I'm such an idiot. (Y/n) laughed really loudly, which brought a lot of attention our way and really embarrassed me. 'Damn it, Sting!' I thought to myself. Then she grabbed my hand.
"Sure."
We danced for a while and then an argument began about whos guild Yukino would join. Of course, I was going to participate. She was a part of our guild first, anyways.
"SHE IS GONNA REJOIN SABERTOOTH!!!!!" I yelled. I turned around to tell (Y/n) that we would have to finish our dance later but she was already gone.
"I think she should join fairy tail!" I turned and saw Erza.
"But her life belongs to me!" Kagura yelled. "That was the deal."
"Nobody can OWN a life!" (Y/n)
"Let the battle for Yukino commence!" Someone yelled.
Your P.O.V.
"Let the battle for Yukino commence!" Someone yelled. I took this opportunity to sneak Yukino out of the room. I walked up to her, grabbed her wrist, and pulled her outside.
"Thank you (Y/n)-sama." She said sweetly.
"No problem. Hey, can I ask you a question?"
"Sure, anything."
"What do you think of Rogue?" When I asked her that her whole face became extremely red.
"W-what do mean by that?" she stuttered.
"Like what do you think of him? Do you like him? Would you date him?"
"I-I suppose so." She looked down shyly. "I mean, he's strong, he's kind, he cares for his friends above himself and... and"
"And he's pretty good looking." I finished for her, my eyebrows raised in an 'I ship it' kind of way. But, remembering he's my brother, I instantly felt like a creep.
"Y-yeah, that too."
"HEY (Y/N)!" I turned and saw Natsu walking towards me.
"Hey, Natsu! Whats up?"
"W-well you see." He was sweating slightly and began to tug at his shirt collar. 'Well that confidence faded quickly.' "You danced with Sting and Freed and Gray so I was wondering..."
"Yes, Natsu I would love to dance with you."
"Really!?" I giggled at his resemblance to a little kid.
"Absolutely."
---------------le time skip brought to you by 愛寶 (my name in Chinese)---------------
"Goodbye Sting, Rogue!" I waved to the twin dragons as I walked out of the palace with Natsu, Laxus, Erza, Gray, Lucy, Juvia, Wendy, Happy and Carla. Everyone else had already gone.
"Wait (Y/n)!" Sting shouted
"Yeah?" We all turned around.
"Maybe we could uh... Get together sometime?" He grinned. "Like as friends," he added quickly, with a worried glance in Laxus' direction.
"I'd love that," I said with a smile. Then we left. We would be on our way home tomorrow.
A/N-TADA!!!! I was going to end this book with this chapter... But I decided against it. Anyway, thanks for reading and don't forget to love fairy tail, Bye Minna!

War Beast
The future is savage. Jenny Summer is a news reporter who hates her job. One day, an accident sends her through a time portal, straight into the distant future. A future of warring Beastmen tribes, deadly monsters, and magic from beyond the imagination. When the savage world is full of many threats, how will the average modern-day girl survive? Author's Note: This is a rewrite of my fiction with the original title. Instead of changing my chapters in my other draft, I made a copy with a different beginning and a few new chapters. The beginning will move straight to the fantasy world like most Isekai light novels. As usual, each chapter will go between 500 and 2,000 words. I deleted the other draft since this draft will be my focus. Enjoy and let me know what you think of this new draft. There may also be grammar and spelling errors too. This series is still in development.
