5 seconds of summer was on tour one direction. They had a day off today and planned on giving the boyband a huge lesson of derp ball. Just to bring it back to life.
"Oh come on! We're hungry!" Liam complained and dropped his arms helplessly.
"We'll eat when you guys master the thrust. Come on Luke, show it agin!" Ashton said excitedly as Luke got ready to thrust at the exercise ball again.
"Noooo we're hungry! Come on guys let's go eat!" Zayn said and lead the band away. Niall stayed though.
"Don't worry. I'll stay. Show me the thrust again Luke." He smiled and Luke showed it for the tenth time. "Ahh okay!"
Niall thrusted at the exercise ball and got it right for once. All the boys cheered.
"Let's play the game!" Luke cheered. All the boys agreed and they decided to play.
"Run and thrust Calum!" Michael yelled and Calum tried, but it was too much to handle and he stumbled over, falling onto the floor. A loud pop was heard and a sharp pain shot through his leg. Calum cried out. All the boys rushed over.
"Calum! it's okay it's okay! calm down!" Michael stressed mostly trying to calm himself.
"I'm gonna call an ambulance." Niall spoke and walked a bit away.
They all comforted Calum. He was almost choking in his own tears.
"Hey hey cal-pal. Ambulance will be here soon, just hold on tight." Ashton soothed, but Calum kept crying.
"It hurts it hurts." Calum repeated over and over.
"I know I know." They all comforted Calum but he wasn't really feeling good and he didn't stop crying.
"They are here!" Niall yelled as he came running with two paramedics following behind. The paramedics knelt next to Calum and took a look at his leg.

"Oof that looks nasty." One of them said. The other one agreed.
"I'm gonna get a stretcher." The first one said and ran off.
"You'll be okay buddy, I promise you." The second paramedic said and laid his hand on Calums shoulder.
"It just hurts so bad." Calum whispered through his tears.
"I know, who is going with us?" The paramedic asked and Niall put up his hand. "Okay."
The first paramedic came back with a stretcher. Both paramedics worked together to lift Calum onto the stretcher. The movement hurt his knee and he bit his hand to not scream. Niall got in next to the stretcher.
"It's okay Calum, it'll all be okay" Niall comforted. He didn't know the lad that well but he tried his best to comfort him anyways.
They soon arrived to the ER and Calum was rushed in to get his knee fixed.
"Breathe." The doctor told him and as soon as he inhaled, he heard a loud pop followed by a strong pain in his knee. Calum screamed.
"It's okay it's okay. It's over now." Niall told him. Tears continuously flew down his cheeks. Niall took Calum back to the 5sos bus where they ate snacks all day.

Vast Asleep
The story of Kingard the Binder in the aftermath of Broken This short story is the epilogue of Broken, the second book of the Chronicles of Mother's Gate series. It’s a great follow-up to the novel, a bonus story that adds extra layers but is set apart from the full-length narrative. Vast Asleep follows the story of Kingard, who finds himself caught in a world called Mother's realm, bathed in glowing light but strangely stuck in place. He encounters his greatson Varyan there, and learns that his experiences are likely dreams. As he grows more accustomed to the loving realm around him, Kingard remembers fear and trepidation about the face of the world, and he loses contact with his companion. This story answers the question, Is Kingard really dead? with a tentative no, and new mysteries brewing. It also raises the question, What's happening while he's awake? and includes an excerpt from the sister story Ride Awake, about Kingard's situation with the Colkh'rak. Praise for Tales of the Known World Bookends: Loved it. The difference between the two stories is great! The difference between the epilogue and prologue is astounding. So much light and love in the first story. You feel safe reading it. Healing. The second, so much darkness, pain and despair. The choice of vocabulary is awesome and makes an impact. And this set of short stories ties the two books together so well. -- Dana V. of Texas ★★★★★
8 156One Man's Journey (2nd Draft)
Adam's life was normal; he teased his sister, daydreamed of becoming a powerful spiritualist and slaying evil dragons, and absolutely loved staring at the colorful night sky. All of that changed on one nightmarish night. AN: Hello once again! This is the second draft of my work that makes many changes tothe first. It's not just an edit, but an entire rewrite! Hopefully I am fixing some of the issues both I and others perceived with the first draft as well as improve the overall quality with everything I learned from writing the first draft. I hope you enjoy my work ^_^ Current cover by ChaosPenguin
8 120World War Academy [DROPPED]
EDIT: Hello, as you can tell this story is dropped. reason why this is the case is that I really didn't know where I was going to take this story and really, I wasn't satisfied with how I was writing here. However I am currently writing a completely new story and with it is that I am taking some aspects from here and using the ideas on my new story. New characters, new ideas, new plot, everything is completely new. So I hope that goes well and i'll leave this story up as reference for me in the future. Thank you Akani Kizuato. An 18 year old that recently started to live on his own to get away from life. With his sister and father dead from the wars as they fought in, he tried to continue life and tried not to let it get in his way. It may seem that way but with his whole life planned out, it may not seem to be. He had been rejected from all universities within the nation despite being top of his class, which is very unusual because even local colleges rejected him. It was as if he was banned to go to any of those places but uknowingly why. As he ranted, and relieved stress on the school rooftop, he had received an email from an anonymous source saying that he was accepted into some academy, which he had never heard of before. With events that lead up to his mysterious encounter with people who are there to take him, it may be quite a ride. Cover art made in Adobe Spark.
