A quiet hum rose and emanated throughout the bedroom, originating from the fan on the ceiling in the dorm. You sprawled your slightly sweaty body across Tenya's navy-blue sheets, sighing rather loudly. Tenya only slightly hummed, eyes not averting from his textbook.
"Coooome..." You whined, opening your arms slightly, palms unfolding and reaching out towards him. He pushes his glasses up the bridge of his nose, which you notice, and turns on his chair, sliding towards you on his wheels.
"Yay~!" You cheered, smiling as he let a sigh of amusement through his lips, pulling up next to you as you laid down. He leaned back in the chair, face looking up towards the ceiling in contentment; he watched the ceiling-fan rotate slowly. The two of you desperately wished that the fan would speed up. The heat was blistering today, and it was showing its effects rather clearly in the sweat on your faces.
"I hate that summer is soon..." He muttered, running a hand through his hair. You nodded in agreement, stirring before sitting up lethargically. "We can't even cuddle," You grimaced, crossing your arms like a child and pouting for a brief, fleeting moment.
He smiled a bit, incredibly happy at the fact that you'd liked his cuddles that much. It made him feel like he was doing a good job as a boyfriend, affection-wise.
"It's not that bad, come on (Y/N). Summer break starts soon, anyways." He reasoned with you, in which you undoubtedly couldn't remark back to. "I... guess..." The words came out slowly, since your throat was rather dry.
It was silent again, the two of you sluggishly relaxing in your spots. Tenya's eyes travelled to the balcony; he saw a few students from 1-A playing with water-balloons, throwing the sacs of cool liquid onto each others bodies. It made Tenya much more chilled just looking at the water cascading down people's faces, arms, and legs.

"Wanna go play with the water-balloons?" He asked, turning from the balcony back to you definitively. You perked up, nodding vehemently in agreement. Tenya stood up, stretching. You watched his shirt lift up slightly, eyes wandering for a bit, before you snapped back to reality.
As you observed him, you realized that if he was hit in the face with a water-balloon then his glasses might break. The thought of that happening didn't concern you that much considering he had 50 more pairs of glasses on his shelves, it still made you slightly worried that he'd be injured somehow if the glasses were to break.
"Why don't you wear contacts? Your glasses may break." You finally spoke up, tapping the rim of his glasses. He flinched at your finger coming near his eye.
He didn't answer immediately, looking down for a moment with a bit of a grimace. Your eyebrows furrowed with concern for him; you grasped his hand tightly.
"I-I don't really like how I look without glasses. That's all." He said, regaining his composure after a moment of hesitation. Tenya felt like if he told you, that you'd simply be perplexed by this idea as a whole and dismiss it.
"Tenya... who's gonna judge you? Me? I'd never, ever do that. And if 1-A does, then I'll beat em' to a pulp with water-balloons." The last comment was said with a cheeky grin on your face, as you peppered him in kisses.
"If you say so..." He said, reddening more with each kiss. His warm cheeks made you chuckle as you squeezed them, before stepping out of his dorm.
"I'll wait for you in the Commons Area, okay?" And with that, you'd left immediately. He watched your fleeting figure lovingly, touching his cheeks with a flustered face.

"Hurry up, shit-face! I'm not gonna make any balloons for you." Mina said as she passed by, sticking her tongue out at me. Since she was pretty close with Bakugo, the derogatory language had become almost second-nature to her. "Whatever. I'm still gonna pummel you with water-balloons, thot!" You called after her, sticking a middle-finger up after her while she snorted at your comeback.
"Thot? Really?" You heard Tenya say behind you, severely startling you.
", she called me a shit-fa..." The words stopped coming out of your mouth as soon as your eyes landed on him. His blue-eyes seemed to be so much more vibrant without his glasses. You looked into them as though they were a stranger's, completely entranced.
"I am so lucky..." You muttered, wrapping your arms around the back of his neck and looking up at him with pink cheeks. Him without glasses simply flustered you.
"D-Don't say that." He was beet-red, burying his face in your shoulder out of embarrassment.
"I'm just saying the truth~."

The Yes-Mage
Plenty of people have stopped and asked what it'd be like to simply have everything, and Sylvain Henry Camille Johansson was no different. He was a man who had a lot of things going on, with a name that'd make a supervillain blush and a family who'd make even the useless of their rank into someone important. It was a shame, then, that he was slapped with a dreadfully unfortunate condition that kept him from living up to any of those already low expectations. Stuck living a life where magic is everywhere while he's left working with nothing more than a moderate intellect, a little bit of whatever influence he could get from his family, and a lifetime's practice at making himself the ideal subordinate for his bosses' boss, Vane was still beating the odds and slowly working his way up in the world. When the cunning yes-man finally got a chance to really make a name for himself, he leapt at the offer, taking his first real step onto a road he knew he was always meant to walk. His goal? Nothing less than finding out why he and too many other unfortunate souls are barred from the wonderful world of the higher energies, and with any luck, fixing it. Of course, life has a knack for interfering in even the humblest of plans, and Vane's lofty ideals were anything but humble; he was practically a walking bullseye for disaster. The funny thing about catastrophe, though, is that nobody can ever say what form it's going to take. That’s why, when it all went wrong for Vane, he'd gotten everything he'd ever wanted foisted onto him, and Everything else, too. Watch as a man so used to saying 'yes' to everyone above him finds himself stuck with the power to make reality itself say it back.
