"Dahyun, What Am I Supposed To Bring To Work?" I Asked Dahyun As I Hurriedly Fix Myself And Glanced At The Mirror.
"Ah, I Think Your Cellphone And Purse Would Do. Don't Bring A Large Amount Of Money, It's Unsafe. Don't Bring Your Other Gadgets Because You're Supposed To Be Working Not Playing Games On Them."
I Nodded My Head.
It Was My First Day Of Work After School. I Went Home Right After My Classes Which Left Jungkook Confused, According To My Super Spy, Tzuyu. Well, I Got Home Early Because I Wanted To Look Pretty When I Go To Work. I Mean, Yes, I Supposed To Work But Jungkook Would Be There. I Need To Stay Pretty For Him. According To Dahyun, It Would Be Appropriate If I Go To Work Wearing Jeans But I Strongly Opposed The Idea. I Mean, Jeans Are Not For Me, Really. So Dahyun Chose A Simple-Looking Dress And Sandals Instead. I Was Also Supposed To Put On A Make-up But Dahyun Told Me That Jungkook Would Like It Better If I Wouldn't Wear Make-up. Anyway, I've Been Glancing At My Reflection For 20 Minutes Or So. I Was Nervous Because I've Never Worked Before. Sure, My Dad Brought Me To His Work A Couple Of Times But It Was Just A Game For Me. I Would Sit The Whole Day And Play On Whatever Gadget I'd Bring With Me. So Yeah, The Idea Of Me Working Is Quite...... Horrifying.
"Chaeyoung, I Know You're Fond Of Looking At Your Reflection But You Have To Go Or You're Going To Be Late." Dahyun Reminded Me.
"Oh, I Know That, Dahyun! Anyway, Thanks For The Help. I Have To Go Now." I Said Running To The Door.
Dahyun Ran After Me. "Chaeyoung, What Time Will Hoseok Pick You Up?" She Asked.
"Uh, I'm Not Sure. Maybe, I'll Just Ask Jungkook To Give Me A Ride Home." I Replied.
Dahyun Looked At Me With Curiosity. "Chaeyoung, What Exactly Is Going On Between You And Jungkook?" She Asked.
I Blushed. Oh Dear, No. Son Chaeyoung Had Never Blushed Before...... Well, Before Jungkook. It's Mortifying.
"I'll Go Now. If Jungkook Won't Be Able To Give Me A Ride, I'll Call You Immediately." I Said Evading Her Question While Running To The Car.
"Chaeyoung, You Haven't Answered---"
"I'll Tell You Everything When I Got Home, Okay, Dahyun? For The Meantime, Enjoy Your Make-Out Session With Jimin." I Winked At Her And Got Into The Car As Hoseok Started The Engine Then Drove Off.
When I Entered The Diner, A Number Of Customers Were Around; Mostly Teenagers And Middle-Aged People Hanging Out With Their Friends. Every Head Turned To Look At Me. Okay, I Was Aware How Pretty I Am But It's Rude To Stare, Right?
Then Jungkook Got Out Of A Door, I Assumed The Kitchen. Jungkook Must Have Noticed The Sudden Silence In The Diner And Turned To Look At Where The Stares Are Leading To, Me.

His Mouth Dropped Open And His Eyes Widened As He Took In My Appearance. He Must Be Wondering What I Was Doing In His Work. The Manager, An Old Bald Man Who Looked Kind Enough, He Coughed To Get Everyone's Attention.
"So Ms. Son Chaeyoung Is Our New Employee Here. I Expect You To Give Her A Warm Welcome."
He Walked Towards Me And Extended His Hand; I Shook It And Gave Him My Winning Smile.
"By The Way, Ms. Chaeyoung, I'm Jerry. It's A Pleasure To Have You Here."
"Thanks Jerry And You Can Call Me Chaeyoung."
He Gave Me A Few Insights About What My Job Would Be And Other Stuff Then He Let Me Get To Work.
Jungkook Walked Towards Me Wordlessly But I Noticed That There's Something Wrong With His Face. I Just Couldn't Pinpoint What. I Stared At Him, Like Really Stared At His Face Then I Saw It. There Were Very Light Bruises Covering His Jaws And Cheekbones. They Were So Light, It's Hardly Visible. He Noticed That I Was Staring And Coughed. He Handed Me An Apron.
"We'll Talk Later." He Told Me.
I Just Nodded And Smiled. Oh Jungkook, No Matter What You Do, Jerry Wouldn't Fire Me.
"So Here's A Pad And Pen, You'll Ask Politely What Their Order Is And Write It Here. Then Give It To Someone In Kitchen, Got It?" He Instructed Me.
"Jungkook, I Maybe Rich But I'm Not An Idiot. I've Seen Waiters Taking My Order. I Can Manage." I Smiled Reassuringly At Him.
"Sorry, I Just Never Imagined You Working. Sure, I Did But Not In Apron At A Small Diner In A Small Town. I Visualized You Working In A Huge Company Wearing.... Formal Clothes Or Something." He Explained.
I Chuckled. "Oh Believe Me That Would Never Happen. I Completely Loathe The Idea Of Taking Over Our Company."
He Smirked. "Enough Chit-Chatting, Rich Girl. Get To Work Now." He Commanded.
I Raised My Eyebrow At Him And Rolled My Eyes But Went Off To A Table.
It Wasn't As Hard As I Imagined. I Mean, I Guess All You Need To Get A Job Like This That Is To Be Literate. And Not To Be Bragging, But I Know I'm Smart. So I Had No Problem Writing Down Their Orders And Following What The Other Workers Say. Jungkook Would Check On Me Once In A While. He Looked Quite Troubled. Maybe He Was Afraid I'd Mess Up. I Chuckled At The Thought. Like What I Said, Jerry Would Never Fire Me. Anyway, Jungkook Didn't Have To Worry Because I Got It All Under Control. My Head Might Be Up In The Clouds But My Mind Was On Earth. I Wasn't A Total Imbecile Just Because I Was Rich.
When My Shift Ended, I Fixed My Stuff Then Sat On A Bench While Waiting For Jungkook To Finish Fixing His Things. Oh Yes, Jungkook And I Had The Same Schedule. I Mean, That's The Whole Point Of Me Working Here, To Spend Time With Jungkook And That Wouldn't Be Possible If We Had Different Schedule, Would It? I Got My Mirror From My Bag And Stared At My Reflection. I Looked Tired But Still Pretty. I Heard Footsteps And Looked Up.

"Will Your Driver Pick You Up?" He Asked.
"Nope!" I Said Too Quickly, Excited At The Thought Of Jungkook Giving Me A Ride Though It Wasn't The First.
"Okay, I'll Just Give You A Ride. Follow Me." He Commanded.
I Rolled My Eyes When He Turned His Back On Me. He's So Bossy.
He Gave Me His Helmet As I Hopped On His Motorbike. He Hopped On In Front Of Me As I Held On Tightly To Him. He Started The Engine And The Drive To The Mansion Began.
Before I Knew It, We Reached The Mansion. I Hopped Off And He Did The Same. He Walked Me To The Tall Gate Of The Mansion.
"So, Care To Explain?" He Started After A Moment Of Silence.
Oh, How Would I Tell Him That I Was Working To Stalk Him? Not Going To Happen.
"My Dad Wanted Me To Get A Job" I Told Him, Smiling Innocently.
"Oh Really?" He Tilted His Head To The Side, As If Not Believing Me.
"Oh Yeah. He Called Me A Week Ago, Demanded That I Need To Get A Job To Learn How To Be Independent And Stuff So I Went There For A Job."
"Out Of All Places, Why There? They're Not Even Hiring."
"Well.... It's Near To My Place And, And..... Of Course, They Hired Me Because I'm Son Chaeyoung!" I Said Defensively.
He Smirked. "If You Say So."
"So...... I'm Going Inside Now." I Told Him As He Nodded.
Just As I Was About To Enter The Gate, He Called Out My Name. I Turned My Back To Look At Him And Stared At Him Questioningly.
"You'll Be My Slave Starting Tomorrow." He Looked So Smug. Damn Him.
But I Just Smiled At Him As He Drove Off, Leaving Me To Wonder What Will He Make Me Do.
Before I Went To Sleep, My Phone Vibrated, Indicating That I Received A New Message. It Was From Jungkook. I Eagerly Opened The Message.
I Slept With A Smile On My Face.
---------------------------------------------------------
The Next Morning, I Was In A Rush. I Wanted To Go To School Earlier Than I Usually Do. I Was Excited To Be Jungkook's Slave , To Be Honest. It's Like A Dream Come True For Me. I Got To School Early And Waited For Jungkook To Arrive. I Was Waiting In The Parking Lot When He Arrived. He Took His Helmet Off And I Drooled At The Sight Of Him. Oh Gosh, Why Did He Have To Be That Sexy? He Smirked When He Caught Me Looking At Him. He Walked Towards Me."
"So, I See You Look Excited To Be My Slave?" He Smirked.
"Oh Please, Me, Excited? Who Would Be Excited?" I Scoffed, Lying.
He Took A Step Closer To Me And Whispered, "Who Wouldn't? My Slaves Usually Get To Have Their Sex Fantasies Come To Life."
I Blushed Furiously As His Breath Blew In My Ear And Took A Step Back.
"So...... What Do You Want Me To Do?" I Asked, Changing The Subject.
"To Start Off, Get My English Homework Done." He Smirked.
I Stared, Wide-Eyed At Him. But I Followed His Order And Got Done With It. The Whole Day, He Kept On Making Me Do Stuff That Was Anything But Fun. And I Actually Thought Being His Slave Would Be Fun But It Wasn't Really. He Really Made Me A Slave. He Made Me Go Back And Forth From The Library To Research For His Paper Work. Then He Made Me Do All His Homework And Projects. He Ordered Me To Buy His Lunch And Carry His Books. It Wasn't Only Embarrassing To Be Seen Carrying A Guy's Books, It Was Downright Rude! Who, In The Right Mind, Would Make A Girl Carry His Books To Put On His Locker? At The End Of The Day, He Drove Me Home From Work. I Was Giving Him The Silent Treatment For Giving Me Difficult Tasks. I Know It's Immature. But I Was Only 17 Anyway, I Got An Excuse To Be One. I Didn't Talk To Him Until We Arrived At The Mansion. I Hopped Off Without A Word. But As I Was About To Enter The Gate, He Called Me. I Turned Around To Find Him Closer Than I Expected.
"I Got One Last Order For Today." He Told Me.
I Rolled My Eyes. "What?"
"Kiss Me."
I Stared At Him, Shock. Did He Just Say What I Heard Him Say? But On Instinct, I Took A Step Closer. I Placed My Hands On His Shoulders As I Stood On Tiptoes And Kissed Him With Everything That I Had. It Was Just A Peck But I Felt Sparks Fly, No Matter How Cliché It Sounded. I Took A Step Back After A Moment And Smiled At Him. Without Another Word, I Got Inside The Gate But Not Before He Called Me Again. I Looked Over My Shoulder.
"Saturday, I'll Be Picking You Up At 9 In The Morning. Wear Jeans."
Then He Went Off.
That's When His Words Registered Into My Mind. Did He Just Ask Me Out?

GIG: God In Gold
So let's cut the pretense: this is some garbage-tier weaboo fiction. I have no idea what I'm doing, but I feel it's important to say that this is some nonsense I write for fun. I don't think it's very good. I'd even go as far as to say that I'm not a good writer at all. I picked up a ball that started rolling when I was a kid and have been intermittently punting it towards the next chapter whenever I feel like it. And you can come on this garbage ride too if you really feel like it. Who knows, maybe there's some gold to be salvaged from this dumpster fire? Synposis: Satou Shibuya is a first year student at Niflheim's Kawagusa General Academy. He's also the self-proclaimed strongest power user, sporting a big enough number on his birth certificate to make a nuclear bomb glow green with envy. There's something to be said about a person whose head is so far up their own ass that you find yourself watching their every move with bated breath, ever curious to see which hole they'll dig themselves into next. This is not that kind of story. This is a story about pride, coming of age, but actually, this is a story about big, stupid superpowered fights. Update Schedule: Whenever.

Conquest Of Mortem
*NOTE* This novel is a war of attrition. To say anything less is a disservice to its demand. While comparable to other such works as Ulysses or Moby Dick, each sentence in Conquest is an enemy to be tackled. Not in the ways of difficulty but in absurd density that wishes nothing more than to destroy what patience you may have. Do not tackle chapters as you would ordinary chapters in an ordinary book. Tackle each chapter as a book unto itself. A foe to be vanquished, a period of life to leave behind. Seek to be master of this work. Seek to overcome. For in its design is the willpower, and the perseverance, and the strength of someone who sought meaning in struggle. As I discovered these in times of ultimate desperation, so I hope for you to discover these things. This novel is a love letter to your trials. May you overcome them. May you master them. May you become conquerer.- SeedSagaA literary epic for logophiles, philosophers, and poets alike. A journey into zeitgeist, the impact of media on culture, and the endurance of morality against an onslaught of hatred. These vague descriptions do little to compact Conquest's density into a bite-size summary. They do however relate the basest themes found within. A plot, if such can be surmised, is strung thinly across multiple perspectives, weaving together these concepts into a seemingly distorted tapestry of indecipherable events. Inspired by early 20th century modernism, Conquest will challenge the reader, and provide critique on the medium upon which all great stories are derived. Further interpretation is up to you now; an explorer among a sea of words. Venture on and discover what lies ahead, in...CONQUEST OF MORTEM
