I held Judith and fixed her hair. "You're so pretty." I cooed. "Just like your mom," I said. I looked at the picture hanging on her wall. "You would have liked her." Carl then came in and I shut up. "Hey, beautiful." He kissed my head. I smiled and he took the girl from my arms. "Hi." Carl's eyes lit up. I watched them and smiled.

"Ellie! I'm back!" Rick said. "Oh." He looked at Carl. "How long was he here?" Rick pointed. "I just got here dad." Carl rolled his eyes. "Good. Daryl needs you home now." I nodded and turned to hugged Carl. "You'll see each other tonight," Rick said. "For what?" Carl asked. "Deanna is having a party for us."

Carl smiled at me and winked. I shook my head knowing what he was thinking. "Bye guys." I waved walking out of their house. I ran into Enid who had her hand intertwined with Ron's. "Oh, Hi," Enid said. I smiled and looked at them.

"So... When did this happen?" I asked.

"Ever since we met." Enid rolled her blue eyes. I slowly nodded not knowing why she caught an attitude. "Well bye." I waved. As I entered my house I called for Daryl. He didn't reply and I shrugged. My feet dragged up the stairs and I opened my door. I saw a note on the desk and it read.

I expect to see you tonight wear a dress

I smiled widely and trotted over to the closet. I got dressed and walked toward Deanna's. Carl was waiting outside for me and I grabbed his face kissing him.

"Hey, beautiful." He smiled.

"What have I told you?" I said taking his hand in mine as we entered the building. "Never call you beautiful because that's cheesy," Carl repeated my words.

"You listened for once." I smiled.

Rick handed me Judith and Deanna smiled at Judy. "I envy her." She said pinching her cheeks. "Why?" I said.

"She's going to grow up here and see what this place becomes." She walked away Rick follows. Carl's hand found my waist. "I know a place." He whispered. "I'm holding your baby sister." I turned around.

"Not now." I pushed him back and he rolled his eyes. "Why don't you talk to Ron and Mikey." I pointed. Carl looked at them.

"I don't like them." He augured. "You don't like Ron," I said pushing him back. "Why don't you hang out with Enid." He crossed his arms.

"I will when you find her." I smiled. Carl huffed. "I'll go make friends." He walked off. "But I won't like it!" He stubbornly stopped by Ron and Mikey talking to them. I skipped over to Noah, Alexis, and Glenn. "Hey," I said with a smile. Noah hugged me and smiled at Judith. "Looks like you're still on Judy duty." Glenn laughed at his lame joke.

"Looks like you need to read 100 jokes that will get your friends book I gave you. Also the longer I'm with Judith the more time I can hang out with Sexy Beast over there." I waved at Carl who stared at me waiting for his signal to come to me.

"Talk to them." I mouthed squinting. He rolled his eyes. I turned around and talked to Noah. "Hey, Ellie I'll take Judith," Maggie said. I handed her the baby.

"Good, her diapers dirty and I didn't want to do it." I smiled. "Thanks, Ellie." Maggie rolled her eyes. "Hey it's prac-" I quickly shut up.

"You know if you ever want to pressure the babysitting thing." I made a cover. Maggie smiled and left. "Babysitting." Alexis shook her head. "Shut up! Maggie enjoys the company of babies." I lied. "Okay." She rolled his eyes.

"Does Carl like babies?" Noah said.

"Yeah, why?" I laughed. He looked at my stomach. I hit him. "For your information, I'm not pregnant I'm on my period." I crossed my arms. "Proof." Noah stuck out his hand. "You're a nasty perv." I flipped my hair and grabbed Carl. "We're leaving." I smiled at Mikey and then Ron.

"Bye Ellie and Carl," Mikey said making his way over to Alexis.

"See ya, Ellie." Ron didn't say a word about Carl's presence. "Bye guys." I smiled. Carl said goodbye to Mikey and left Ron out. I hit him. "And Ron." He sighed. Ron half smiled and I pull Carl towards the door. "Not so fast." Rick stepped in front of us. "I was just walking her home." Carl lied.

"Sure you were," Rick said opening the door for us and we walked out. "I'll walk with you." He said. I sighed and we all slowly walked towards mine and Daryl's house.

Once I stepped on the porch Carl turned me around. I hugged him and he kissed my forehead. "To the moon." He whispered. "And Back." I leaned my head on his. "Goodnight." He smiled walking away.

"Night." I opened the door walking inside. "I'm home!" I yelled. No one answered. "Must still be out." I shrugged and opened my bedroom door.

I fell asleep.

Glenn and I sat outside on his porch laughing about old times. "You were so mean!" He said. "No, I wasn't." I laughed. "Yes!" He shook his head. "You always had a smart remark and a bad attitude," Glenn said.

"Doesn't mean I was mean," I said. "Carl was meaner than me!" I argued. "Only to you." Glenn sighed. "Oh well," I said. "There's your boyfriend now." Glenn pointed at the tall boy wearing a brown hat.

I got up and ran towards him. "Hey, beautiful." He kissed me. "Guys!" Glenn yelled. "I'm supposed to be watching you two." He said.

Maggie walked outside. "Leave them alone." She called. Glenn smiled "I gotta go on a run anyways. Maggie, you're on Cellie duty." He kissed her and walked away.

"Cellie?" I whispered to Carl. "Eugene made it up." He said. "Ellie, come help me clean." She said. "I gotta go." I frowned. "Bye Moore." He said walking towards where he was going. I entered the Rhee/Greene household and Maggie handed me a mop.

"Bathroom." She said.

I rolled my eyes. "Bathroom." I mocked and headed towards the room. I started to dance and Maggie opened the door. "Ron's here to see you." She said.

I handed her the mop and walked out of the bathroom. "I need your help."

Ron and I sat by a small pound. "You want me to help you dance, so you can impress Enid?" I stared at him confused. "That's what I said." He rolled his eyes. "What makes you think I can dance." I crossed my arms. "I saw you dancing yesterday." He said. I blushed. "Fine." I stood up.

I grabbed his hand.

"Now follow my feet," I said. He nodded and I stepped back. He stepped on my foot and I yelped. "Sorry." He said. I shook my head. "It's fine." I smiled. "Start from the beginning," I said. He got in position and I stepped back only to have my feet stepped on again.

"Sorry." He blushed again.

I shook it off. "Wanna start again?" I asked. "No." He frowned. "I won't be able to get this, it's a mistake." He began to walk off. "Ron wait!" I said. He turned around and I thought for a moment. "It helps if there's music," I said.

"We have no music." He sighed. "That's what you think?" I smiled.

"Take my hand, take a breath." I started to sing. "Pull me close and take one step." I smiled. Ron did as told and he looked down. "Keep your eyes locked on mine." I lifted his head up so he met my stare. "And let the music be your guide."

"Won't you promise me." I sang. "We'll keep dancing, wherever we go next." I smiled as he turned me.

"It's like catching lightning the chances of finding someone like you." Ron joined in finally knowing the song.

"It's one in a million the chances of feeling, the way we do." I laughed as we got the dance down. We got to the end of the song and we stood there staring at each other. He smiled and I laughed. "You could still use a little work." I smiled.

"It's on Ellie." He picked me up and I screamed.

I felt my body hit the water and I yelled. "You bitch!" I yelled splashing him. Ron laughed and went to help me up. I pulled him in and he laughed. "Wow very mature Ellie." He said.

"I had to get you back." I shrugged. "Whatever." He said getting out. I followed and threw my hair in a bun. I heard Glenn yelling and I took off running. I watched Tara be pulled out of the van and I ran to help her out of the van.

"Where's Noah?" I asked. Glenn looked down.

Eugene glared coldly at Nicholas.

"He did this!" I yelled. Eugene nodded. "You fucking bitch!" I started running towards him. Someone pulled me back and I cried. "Sh," Carl whispered.

"Noah didn't deserve this!" I yelled.

Carl rubbed my back. "It's okay." He said.

I cried in his chest.
