《Everlasting Love ~ Druig x Fem Reader》Present Day, The Domo

Sprite uncovered her illusion on the Eternals.
Y/N walked over to Druig.
"Loving the jacket look."
She whispered.
"Yeah?"
He smirked.
Phastos uncovered the Domo.
They walked in
"A foreboding atmosphere fills the air."
Kingo stared at the camera in front of him.
"An eerie stillness chokes our lungs."
"What are you doing? You know you're creeping us out. You know that, right?"
Phastos scoffed.
Thena stepped on something an it popped.
"Oh! Oh, God! Stay calm, T, please!"
He panicked.
"Chips. It's just chips."
She picked up the bag.
Y/N facepalmed.
"As you can see, being an Eternal does not preclude you from having human emotions such as cowardice."
He looked behind the camera.
"What has she done?"
Phastos looked at the book-filled room.
"Is that...a sarcophagus in my lab?"
"This is Makkari. Or should I say Miss Havisham."
Kingo introduced.
"None of us have seen her for centuries."
"Ready to go home?"
She signed.
"Hmm."
Kingo raised his eyebrow.
Makkari leaned her head on the seat, disappointed.
Phastos pulled up his invention circle.
Thena grabbed a sword and swung it around.
"Is that the Ebony Blade?"
"Excalibur."
"Arthur did always have a crush on you."
"So you mean...I've been waiting for centuries to go back to Olympia, and now you're telling me...it doesn't exist?"
Makkari signed to Kingo.
"That, and the world is ending."
Kingo pointed to Makkari.
"Atleast my boredom is ending."
Makkari signed.
"Have you seen my movies?"
Kingo popped that out of nowhere.
Makkari scrunched her eyebrows.
"I don't have a DVD player."
She mentioned.
"DVD? It's all about streaming now. You know, what you need is a Kindle. Do you know what that is? It's like a...you know what I just realized? That if you don't know what an iPad is, there's almost no way to explain it."
Phastos continued working.
"So, how did you end up finding this Emerald Tablet, Makkari?"
Y/N picked it up.
Druig walked up and snatched it from her hands.
"Druig!"
"And when did she let you pick it up, my beautiful, beautiful, Y/N?"
Y/N grabbed it from his hands and gave it to Makkari.
"Don't be so bitter, my dear."
Druig smirked.
"I'm sorry, what are we watching? Because this..."
Phastos looked at the two.
"Are you two-?"
"Is this new? Because I hate it."
Kingo shook his head.
"Phastos, I need to control the mind of a Celestial."
"Okay, get ready for it."
He waved his hands in the air.
"Bracelets?"
Kingo asked confused.
"You made us bracelets?"

"So, here's a little Celestial 101."
Phastos began.
Druig shifted closer to where Y/N was standing.
She looked at him, and he smirked.
"So, Celestials are the most powerful energy generators in the universe. When Arishem made us, he imbued us with infinite cosmic energy to keep our bodies regenerating. The bracelets, in theory, shut down our regeneration process. And once that happens, our bodies accumulate extra cosmic energy."
"What for?"
"Well, if the Deviants can absorb our energy, what if we can absorb each other's energy as well? If I can find a way to connect us all, one of us could become immensely powerful pulling the accumulated from the rest, forming..."
He pulled something together.
"-A Uni-Mind."
He looked around.
"Uni, meaning one, mind, meaning mind."
"Oh, no. We heard you the first time."
"Terrible name."
"We'll brainstorm..."
"Brainstorm!"
Kingo shouted.
"That's a way better name!"
"No, I invented it, so I'm calling it whatever I want."
"So, suppose Druig can, say...put Tiamut to sleep—"
Y/N started.
"Then what?"
She asked.
"We find humans a new home on another planet."
Sersi insisted.
"Are we building a big ship too?"
Sprite looked at Sersi.
"Take a pair of each animal?"
"Well, you know what's never saved the planet? Your sarcasm."
Phastos sassed.
"Space colonization could take decades!"
"It could happen quickly with our help."
"What if we end up accidentally killing Tiamut?"
Kingo brought up.
"We could be responsible for billions of lives not being created across the universe."
"Boss, am I right?"
Kingo looked at Ikaris.
"Say something, Ikaris."
Sprite looked up at him.
"You don't think we should be doing this."
Everyone looked at Ikaris.
"Ajak chose Sersi to lead us. Sersi should decide."
He turned his head at the woman with his arms crossed.
Everyone looked at Sersi.
"Forget who Ajak chose. You're the strongest—"
Y/N felt deeply offended, expecting Thena to feel the same, but she was fine.
"You should be making this decision."
Sprite stood up.
"Fine. Just keep lying to yourself."
"Sprite."
She stormed off.
Ikaris ran off.
"Okay, this is not—"
"Ikaris!"
Kingo walked after him.
"Don't run after him! Kingo, I...you guys."
"Well, there they go."
Y/N crossed her arms.
"And I must say, I'm offended on how Sprite said Ikaris was the strongest. What about Thena out of all people?!"
She pointed to the goddess.
"It doesn't matter. Ikaris does what he wants."
She got up from leaning on a statue.
"Okay, whatever you say."
"Jealous, aren't you, my dear?"

Druig grabbed her hand.
"I guess you could say that. I mean, have you seen what I'm capable of?"
"Okay."
He turned away.
"What? I'm one of the coolest Eternals!"
"One of them?"
"Yes."
"Well, who are the coolest Eternals?"
Druig looked into her eyes.
"Wouldn't you like to know."
She smirked.
———————————
"Oh no..oh my God."
Phastos started panicking.
"What about the Uni-Mind?"
Sersi ran in.
"I haven't figured out a way to connect us, but I'm close. I'm very very close!"
"How much longer?"
"I don't know, Sersi!"
He yelled at her.
Phastos walked up to Makkari.
"Find the point of emergence."
She ran off.
Thena, Druig, and Y/N were staring at a painting.
"You always knew the end was coming. It must be a relief."
"That Deviant is still tracking us."
"Revenge won't bring peace for you, Thena."
"But killing it might."
She walked away.
"How is she even going to find it?"
"It might find out where we are if Makkari found the point of the emergence."
Druig watched the warrior walk away.
"Because it's most likely looking for the same thing."
Y/N put the pieces together.
Ikaris walked in.
"I'm close to figuring it out—"
Phastos started.
He used his eye rays to destroy his research.
Phastos jumped out of the way.
"What the hell was the for?"
Y/N got up from sitting next to Druig.
"Boss, what are you doing?"
Kingo said, startled.
"I've let this go on long enough."
"Don't hurt him!"
Sersi ran in, panting.
She helped Phastos off the ground.
"He lied to us."
"He already knew about the emergence."
"No he didn't."
Kingo refused to believe it.
"Ajak told me everything when we left Babylon."
"What..?"
"You were never gonna let us stop the emergence."
Phastos glared at the fibber.
"No. I only wanted to protect you from the Deviants."
"If Ajak wanted you to take her place, why did she choose me?"
Sersi was shocked.
They stared at each other in silence.
"What have you done..?"
Sersi felt betrayed.
"He killed her."
Druig blurted.
"Bastard."
Y/N clenched her fists.
"I had to."
"She loved you."
Sersi stammered.
Phastos whimpered.
"Did she?"
"She loved you!"
"Do you think it was easy to live with the truth?"
Ikaris acted as if nothing was wrong.
"To know that one day all this would end? To keep on lying to you?"
Sersi had tears running down her face.
"If we gave humanity the choice, how many of them would be willing to die so that billions more could be born?"
"We're not giving them a choice."
Phastos argued.
"Is this why you're willing to kill?"
"You are so pathetic!"
Phastos yelled.
"I'm an Eternal, Phastos. I exist for Arishem. As do you. It's who you are."
"I wouldn't change a single thing about who I am. Born or made. But I do not exist for Arishem, I exist for my family!"
Phastos walked a few steps.
"Then you are making the same mistake Ajak did."
Makkari ran in.
"I found Tiamut."
She smiled.
"NO!"
Phastos yelled.
"Makkari!"
Kingo jumped in front of her.
He groaned in pain.
"Get out of here!"
Makkari was confused, but ran.
"Kingo."
Ikaris walked towards him.
Kingo charged up his power.
"You do not turn against your family."
He aimed it at Ikaris.
"Gilgamesh died because of you."
"You won't succeed against me."
Ikaris assured.
"And I will kill every one of you if I have to."
Sersi was softly crying in the corner.
He began walking.
"Wait."
Sprite stopped him.
"I'm going with you."
"Sprite.."
Sersi tried to stop her.
Thena walked in.
"What is this?"
His eyes glew again.
Sprite made an illusion, and they were gone.
"Why did Sprite go with Ikaris?"
Makkari signed.
"Because she loves him."
Kingo responded.
"Oh, you guys didn't pick up on that?"
"He really fooled us, didn't he?"
"Karun, let's go."
"Wait, where the hell are you going?"
Phastos looked up.
"I can't help you guys. I still think Ikaris is right."
"So that's it, huh? Just gonna follow him?"
"I love the people of this planet. But, if you stop this emergence, you are preventing so many other worlds like this one, from being created."
"I still have faith in Arishem. But I refuse to hurt any of you for my beliefs."
Kingo started walking.
Makkari stopped him.
"We need you."
She signed to him, touching his shoulder.
"Even with my help, we're no match."
"It's Ikaris."
He continued walking.
"But...I hope to see you on the next planet."
"Thank you all for all you've done...for humanity. It's been a great honor. I will miss you all."
Karun sniffled.
Druig nodded.
"Look, if I'm gonna get myself killed going up against Ikaris, we'll need to have a backup plan."
Druig had his hands on his knees.
"All of our powers, even if they're amplified, are not enough to kill a Celestial, so.."
"Well, Sersi did turn a Deviant into a tree."
Druig mentioned.
"Oh, yeah, that's right."
Y/N remembered.
"I'm sorry, what?"
"You didn't wanna tell me that."
Phastos looked at Sersi.
"You've never been able to do it before."
Makkari was confused aswell.
"I don't know how it happened, okay? And I'm pretty sure I couldn't do it again."
Sersi looked down.
Phastos scoffed.
"Well, now is the time to try, don't you think?"
"Phastos, that Deviant is dead. Our plan is to put Tiamut to sleep, not to kill it."
Druig nodded in agreement.
"I can't kill a Celestial."
"Sersi. Sersi."
"We can't!"
She shouted.
"We can't."
"It's okay, Sersi. I got this."
Druig reassured.
Y/N squeezed Druig's hand.
—————————————————
"Suit up everyone."
Y/N looked at the Eternals, smiling.
Everyone's suits were put on, aswell as the bracelets.
————————————
Sersi approached the volcano.
"It's time to put a god to sleep."

The Navigator
I'm a navigator. This essentially means it's my job to ferry goods and/or people from point A to point B. I know, shocking, but here's the thing. I don't navigate the seas or stars. Hell, I don't even have a ship, craft, vessel or vehicle of any description. 'What is it you navigate, then?' you may ask. The chaotic nonsensical void between neighboring realities. That's what.
