Excitement surged through my body after I was told that I could train to become a Jedi.
I was thrilled and honestly filled with joy, and I could already start to see the change in my future. My life was going to be different now that I've ditched the Sith for good. If my father were here, I knew he would have been happy for me. Proud of me.
Though, I can almost guarantee that no one else shared my excitement.
After Master Yoda had told me that I was allowed to train, the council informed me that they were going to still provide me the bare necessities, such as soap, shampoo, etc. They also said that I could get some other things for my room too, like decor and whatnot. It was the Council's gift to new Padawan and Jedi.
They also told me that until I have proved to them that I can be trusted, the two clone troopers will continue to escort me anywhere and everywhere. I wasn't even angry or upset about that because, to be honest, I'd much rather have "guards" take me everywhere if it meant that I was still allowed to train at the temple.
Immediately after the council told me all of that, I thanked them and told them that I wouldn't let them down. I left the Council Chamber, and was escorted back to my room.
During the walk back, I tried to stay calm, but deep down I wanted to jump up and down and scream with excitement. It was actually crazy how much my view has changed on the Jedi and the Sith in the matter of a few months.
When I arrived back at my room, I used my key and opened the door. Looking at the door while I closed it slowly, I locked it and sighed. Oh my gosh, what just happened?
A smile grew on my face as it finally started to set in.
I'm going to become a Jedi...
Oh my gosh, I'M GOING TO BECOME A JEDI!
So many emotions filled my body. Joy, excitement, happiness, you name it.
I found myself jumping around happily due to the fact that I literally could not contain myself. I don't think I have never been this happy before, ever.
As I happily danced around in my room in silence, a clock on a bedside table caught my attention. Those weren't there before...
The clock read "6:32 P.M.". Six thirty-two? Wow, I was with the council for a while.
My stomach growled. Well, I guess it's dinner time.
I took a few more moments to let all of my happy energy out as I danced around in my room, still with no music. It was completely silent, but to be honest, I didn't care. When was the last time I was actually... happy?
As I finished my quick happy dance, I grabbed my keys once more and headed to the door. Before leaving, I looked out of my window to see the view of Coruscant, as well as the sun that was setting. I hadn't even noticed it because I was too busy, well, you know, being happy.
It was beautiful, completely stunning. This sunset in particular looked like the one that I saw when I first arrived at my room about a week ago. I swear, each sunset will never fail to amaze me.

As I opened my bedroom door and stepped out, I informed the two clones of my destination. They nodded in approval and led the way.
All of my walks through the Jedi Temple were always just as bad as the last. People staring, whispering, obviously talking about me. Though, this time, it felt different. Yes, I was still the center of attention all the time, but this time, I didn't feel as upset as I felt before. Though, I've got to admit, it did put a bit of a damper on my happy mood.
As the three of us arrived at the dining hall, the two clones went in their usual spots that they were always stationed at, which were at the two exits.
Many eyes shot to me as I made my entrance into the cafeteria. I could feel each set burning straight through my skin, though I tried to not pay too much attention to it. You were just told that you are training to become a Jedi. Remember that.
I repeated those sentences over and over to myself as the whispers started to pick up.
I grabbed my meal quickly and made my way to a vacant table, somewhere not too close to anyone else. Today's dinner was some kind of soup, which actually looked quite delicious. I surprisingly enjoyed all of the meals that I have eaten here at the temple. They were much better than the ones I had to eat while I was Count Dooku's apprentice.
My eyes glanced over the crowd of people as I tried to find a table that was alone and separated from the rest.
Bingo.
I made my way towards an empty table that I had just found, sat down, and began eating my soup.
Now that I was finally settled down, it was much easier to hear all of the whispers that sounded from all around me. Occasionally, I would even hear my name being said along with them.
"Ew, a Sith?"
Don't listen to them.
"Why is she even here?"
You are becoming a Jedi.
"She's an animal, she needs to leave."
My father would be proud of me.
The whispers only picked up as I tried to repeat phrases to myself to take my mind off of them. It was hard keeping my composure, but I managed to do so.
It seemed like every conversation was now focused on me. It was like I had some type of super hearing, because I could hear almost everyone's conversation clearly. Though, I found it funny that no one had the guts to say anything to my face. To a "Sith's" face.
To my surprise, I was proven wrong.
As I sat alone, actually enjoying my soup, someone finally decided to speak up.
"Hey!" yelled a loud voice from behind me.
I didn't turn at first, hoping that maybe the yell was being directed at someone else.
Surprise: It wasn't.
"Hey!" yelled the voice again, now louder.
I turned around to look at where the yell had come from, only to realize that it actually was being directed towards me.
A boy, who looked about my age, had stood up next to all of his friends. The rest of the crowd continued to sit at their tables, not brave enough like him to call out a Sith. A smug look was plastered across his face as his eyes stared me down.

"Yeah, you!" he pointed at me. "You're that Sith girl, right?" he seethed.
Oh kriff, not this right now...
I didn't respond and instead just stared at him, waiting for him to speak his next, probably hurtful, words.
Without hesitation, he began.
"Why don't you take your vile self somewhere else! You're not wanted here... freak."
No, please. I don't want this right now...
The room had completely fell silent. I bit my tongue as I clenched my fists, but, yet again, I composed myself. Taking a deep breath, I turned back around to my food and ignored the boy once more.
He took that as an invitation to keep talking. Everyone's attention was now fixed on the both of us.
"I wonder how your father would feel if he knew about everything you've done," he hissed, which caused a couple of oo's and gasps to emit from the crowd.
"You're a disgrace, a humiliation..."
Compose yourself. It's not worth it.
"You're foul and evil..."
I clenched my fists once more, now letting my irritation get to me.
"You're a joke..."
And you're walking on thin ice, buddy...
"You're father would disappointed in you, right? I mean, I would be if I found out my daughter was a killer. A Sith."
See, I tried. I really did. But that was my last straw, and he had just broke it.
Overcome by rage, I sprung up from my seat. My body whipped around as I now diverted all of my attention completely towards the boy. Without a second thought, I extended my arm out and curled my fingers, making U shape.
Immediately, the boy's hands shot up to his neck. He grabbed it as he tried claw at whatever was happening to him.
By now, his smug look was completely overtaken by the expressions of fear and terror.
Slowly, the boy was lifted into the air. His feet and legs dangled as his face began to turn purple. I could see his eyes bulge as he tried to gasp for any air that he could get.
The two clones who had originally escorted me here had started running towards me. With my other free hand, I pushed them away with such force that their backs hit one of the dining room walls, and they were knocked out cold.
Finally, one of the boy's friends got the courage to stand up.
"Stop it! You're going to kill him!" the girl screamed as she shot up from her seat next to him.
Ignoring what she had said, I continued to hold the boy in my grasp, yet still standing about 25 feet away.
I held his life in the palm of my hand and was seconds away from ending it, until suddenly, a familiar voice called out to me.
"Y/n!"
I ignored the voice at first, my mind still fixed on grasping this boys neck.
"Y/n, stop!"
Finally, my eyes shot to where the voice had sounded from. Standing in front of the doorway that led into the dining room was none other than Anakin Skywalker himself.
A look of utter and complete shock covered his face as he watched me bring this boy to his death bed.
I stared at Anakin for a second, and then shot my attention back to what I was doing. I was force choking this boy, toying with his life.
Immediately, I let go of the boy. He fell to the ground, gasping for air as everyone in the room ran to his aid, circling around him.
I stared into space for a moment, and then at my hands. My mouth slightly parted open as shock and confusion covered my entire face.
What have I just done?
I looked back at Anakin, who was still standing in front of the doorway. Both of our expressions now mirrored the other's as we both tried to process what had just happened.
Holy kriff...
And with that, I ran out of the dining room using the other exit.
I didn't bother to try and look back at Anakin, or anyone else for that matter. I had to get away from there as quick as possible.
Good job, y/n! Not even your first day here and you're already causing problems!
As darted out the doors, I accidentally bumped into some girl, which caused me to trip and fall. The girl immediately went to my aid to try and help me up.
"Oh my gosh, I am so sorry! I didn't mean to-"
A look of shock grew on her face and she stopped talking mid-sentence.
"Wait. You're y/n y/l/n," she spoke once more.
Oh no.
"Uh, I have to go-"
"I can help you," she quickly declared as she cut me off.
"I- I don't need-"
She cut me off once more. "I just heard a bunch of commotion in there," she stated, pointing to the cafeteria. "And now you're running away of there. I think you could use my help."
I quickly looked back at the cafeteria, where I started to see people making their way towards the exits, clearly angry. I looked back at the girl, who was eager to get an answer from me.
What if she was lying?
Uhhh...
Oh, kriff it.
"Okay," I affirmed as I nodded my head.
She smiled as she grabbed my hand.
"Follow me" she spoke, now dragging me as she began to run.
I trailed behind her, our hands still holding the others, running as her long dress flowed quickly because of the wind.
"Where are you taking me?" I yelled as we turned a sharp corner.
"My apartment!" she shouted back, still facing forward while running. "It's not too far away from here!"
She then looked back at me as a smile grew on her face, not even taking a moment to slow down.
"How rude of me not to introduce myself!" she yelled as both of our feet hit the temple's marble floor.
"My name is Padmé Amidala! It's a pleasure to meet you!"
