Together, you all walked off of the ship and onto the Jedi Temple's landing platform. Anakin, Obi-Wan, and you walked out first and Satine was right behind you. Auren and Ashoka were just a few steps behind the other Senators. Clones poured out from the ship after you all were off and had begun walking toward the Jedis who were waiting.

"Welcome back," Master Windu said from next to Master Yoda.

When you were all close enough, you just bowed your heads.

"Your mission went well, I trust."

"We got the job done, Master Yoda," Obi-Wan said politely.

"Good, good," Master Yoda began to walk into the temple, "Escort the Senators, you shall, to the Senate building. Stay here, the padawans will."

Auren and Ashoka sighed from behind you.

"Will do, Master Yoda." Anakin turned to face Obi-Wan who was now walking next to the Duchess.

They weren't talking and they weren't even that close, but they were closer than they had been. Anakin smirked as Master Yoda and Master Windu left with the padawans. Now you both turned back to Satine and Obi-Wan and the Senators behind them.

"Did you hear the plan, Duchess?" You asked.

She nodded, "Yes, I did. Lead the way."

You smiled and walked into the hangar which the landing platform was connected to. You decided that Obi-Wan would take Satine and two other senators. While you and Anakin would take the other two senators. Choosing out two almost identical speeders, you turned back the group.

Obi-Wan and Satine boarded one that you pointed at as well as two senators. Then you led the rest to your speeder which Anakin would be driving. You still hated flying in speeders but there wasn't really another way. Obi-Wan glanced at you, who just smirked back, before taking off.

Avalon followed closely behind Obi-Wans speeder as he flew to the Senate. It was a tall hexagonal building with an opening for speeders and small ships. These speeders had authentication so they were allowed right in.

Everyone hopped off the speeder and you led them to Palpatine's office. You walked beside Anakin up in front with the Senators and Obi-Wan behind you.

"I see what you did there," He muttered.

You smirked, "I have no clue what you're talking about."

"I think I may have been a bad influence on you."

"You've been a bad influence on me my whole life."

Anakin shook his head and smiled. His smile was beautiful and you loved seeing it more than the moon loves seeing the stars. When you arrived at the office you let the Senators enter first. You didn't like Palpatine anyway, you've always had a bad feeling about him.

"Ah, welcome, welcome." The man said to the Senators who entered. When they were all in you entered with Obi-Wan."I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant journey here. I assure you, your stay here will be much less exciting."

The senators politely laughed as they took their seats.

"We'll be waiting outside, Chancellor," Anakin said, catching his attention.

"Alright, we won't be too long."

You all nodded and left the room to stand outside the large door. When it shut with a bang Obi-Wan glared at you and Anakin.

"What's wrong, Master?" Anakin asked, trying to keep his smirk down.

"Oh, nothing, nothing at all."

You asked, "You sure?"

"Hmm, well it seems like you too we're conspiring against me."

"Against you? Never, only for you." Anakin laughed.

Obi-Wan shook his head and looked away from you two after a few seconds, he looked back.

"Do you and the Duchess know each other?" He asked you.

Your face went a little pink, "Well, umm, so I-"

"So you do know her. How?"

"Do you want the real truth?"

"Yes, of course-"

The door opened and the Senators walked out with the Chancellor.

"Master Jedis, I do believe you can go back to the temple now. They'll be quite alright here."

You all nodded and began to walk back to the hangar, but someone followed you. You turned around to see the Duchess, she waved at you to come back to her.

"Satine? What's up?" You whispered.

"When will I see you again?"

"Oh, I don't know."

"I think you should come to visit me tomorrow, I can catch you up on everything that you missed."

You smiled up at her, "I would like that, but..."

"But what?"

"So Obi-Wans asking how I know you and I want sure what you want me to tell him."

"You can tell him the truth if you would like."

"I can? Ok, I will. Thanks, I'll see you tomorrow."

She nodded and walked off to where the other senators had gone. You caught up to Obi-Wan who stared at you suspiciously.

"What's going on?"

"Oh nothing, I just had to talk to my sister."

"Wait, the Duchess is... So you and her... Wait, what?"

"I think I broke him," You uttered to Anakin, "Obi-Wan, Satine is my sister. Though, I didn't know this until a couple of months ago and this is the first time I've seen her since I was little."

"So you're the lost princess? Oh, they called her Asa as a nickname, it means magic. Supposedly, the little girl could hear people's thoughts and sense things before they happened."

You chuckled, "Did they not know about the force?"

"Most people don't know what all the force entails."

Anakin hopped on the speeder he flew here and you hopped on with him. Obi-Wan got on the other one and Anakin got ready to fly.

"I'll race you back," He called over.

"Anakin... You're on."

You sighed as Anakin took off out of the hangar and flew to the Jedi Temple. Obi-Wan was right beside you but a few inches back from the front of your speeder. Anakin was laughing to himself the whole way there. It was a very short ride and Anakin only beat Obi-Wan by a millimeter. They slowed down in the hangar and landed the speeders.

Anakin hopped out first and gave his hand to you as Obi-Wan walked over,

"You got a head start," Obi-Wan chuckled.

"Oh you're just sad you lost, old man."

Both you and Obi-Wan shook your heads and chuckled as you walked into the temple. It had been a nice day on Coruscant so far and hopefully, it would stay that way.

"Do the padawans have tests today?" Obi-Wan asked.

"I think they should be soon." You responded just as you saw Auren and Ashoka walking out of an elevator.

Both of them had different outfits on now. Ashoka's top was a deeper red and covered in d more skin with matching armbands. She wore darker leggings and a brown belt. Auren had switched her yellow top for a brown, more traditional style top. It crossed over and went down to her thighs where she wore sand-colored leggings and her black boots along with her black belt.

They walked over to you three and they both looked upset, "We have tests." Auren sighed.

You asked, "Oh, which ones?"

"The lightsaber one with the droids," Ashoka said.

"Well you're both good at that, shouldn't it be easy?"

"That doesn't mean we want to do it."

Anakin, Obi-Wan, and you chuckled as you began to walk.

"When are your tests?" Anakin asked.

"In an hour," Ashoka responded.

Auren started to walk a different way, "I'm hungry." She smiled and led the way to the mess hall.

No one complained, you were all hungry. So you followed her there and grabbed lunch.

After lunch, the girls only had 30 minutes until their tests so they left to go practice. Obi-Wan said he was going to take a stroll around the temple, so you let him go on his own. You and Anakin made your way back to your room.

Once you walked in and the door closed, Anakin pulled you closer by your waist. He pressed his lips on yours and held you close. You reached up and placed your hands in his hair, tugging at the waves. Then he leaned down a bit and said,

"Jump."

You jumped and he caught your thighs in his hands. Then you wrapped your legs around him and he backed you into a wall. You had the high ground over him and we're leaning down to kiss him. Then he started delicately kissing your neck. He pulled at your tunic, pulling it down so he could kiss further.

You lay next to Anakin in bed with your hand on his bare chest. That's when you realized what was happening today.

"Anakin?"

"Yes, Angel?"

"What time is it?"

"12:23."

"Kriff."

You jumped up and threw on clothes from your closet and your comm. You grabbed your bush and brushed your hair quickly before simply braiding it back. Anakin had just laid there the whole time so when you franticly turned to him he was laying there confused.

"Ashoka and Auren's test, 12:30."

"Shit."

You walked out of your room before he was d so at least one of you wasn't late. You jogged to the closet elevator and went to the floor you assumed it was on. Checking your wrist, it was now 12:27, you'd get there in plenty of time but Anakin would be late.

Getting out of the elevator, you walked down the hallway to the same room you took this test. You passed with flying colors but you weren't as good as Anakin. He came to watch you after he set a new record on the test and said it was too easy. You always hated being in his shadow but you learned to accept it, not being the chosen one and all.

Walking in, the girls were across the room talking in a corner. Obi-Wan sat in the bleachers with Master Yoda and Master Plo Koon. You are down next to Obi-Wan and the girls waved at you so you gave a little wave back.

"Where's Anakin?" Obi-Wan whispered.

You sighed, "He's going to be late."

Checking your wrist again, 12:29.

Tapping your foot on the ground, you hoped that Auren would go first. That way Ashoka's master would be here to watch her. You looked around the room and also saw Master Depa with her little padawan. Anakin had you on the sideline and you had him.

Masters could bring their padawans to watch to test and a couple had showed up for yours and Anakin's. You regretted not bringing Auren to any but there was a war going on and it was hard to schedule these things.

One of the Archive Masters walked forward, toward the audience. He tapped his staff twice on the ground, beginning the test. Ashoka stepped forward first, stepping into a circle on the ground. She had her lightsaber in hand as the force field went up around her. Droids cane out of the floor and the Archive Master tapped his staff twice.

Ashoka ignited her saber as the droids started firing at her. She deflected every shot that came at her and got close enough to slice two in one motion. She did a flip to dodge a shot before slicing the droid that fired it. As there were two out of the six left, Anakin ran in and sat next to you.

"You're right on time." Obi-Wan sarcastically remarked.

"Really? I thought I was late."

"That's what I meant."

Ashoka took out the last two droids and stood straight up facing the Archive Master. He nodded and turned to the crowd.

"These new droids have been programmed to replicate the Separatist's battle droids."

He turned back to Ashoka and tapped his staff twice. The force field closed in and more droids came from the floor. They started firing and Ashoka started fighting. She sliced two and then ducked before getting one more. She flipped sideways in the small space and sliced the last three.

She stood straight in the middle while the audience politely clapped. The Archive Master tapped his staff twice and the shield went down while Ashoka and Auren switched. They high-fived on the way and then Auren stood in the center. The Archive Master tapped twice and it began.

Auren reflected shots before spinning at one droid. She sliced it and then stabbed the one next to it. She deflected three more shots and one of them took out a droid. She ducked and stabbed one from underneath, using it to hit the next one to the ground.

Standing up straight, she stood in the middle smiling while the Archive Master tapped again. The circle tightened and new droids popped up. When the Master tapped again, she began to fight. She charged at one, slicing it before deflecting shots. Then she hit two droids with their own shots before spinning at another. She flipped backward and stabbed the last droid right in the face.

The Archive Master tapped again and she left the circle to go stand with Ashoka. The Archive Master followed her and gave them both their scores. While most of the audience left and Depa's padawan fan-girled over the girls. Eventually, the girls walked over to you.

"How'd we do?" Ashoka asked.

When you were about to respond, Anakin said, "You don't want to k ow my thoughts."

He left the room and you and Obi-Wan stared at him. Ashoka looked hurt and Auren looked shocked.

"Ashoka, don't listen to him, you did great. He just has a skewed point of view on these things."

She looked at you and nodded but followed her master out. Auren stood there in shock, staring at the floor.

"Hey Sparks," She looked up to you, "You did great kid."

She smiled and you all began to walk out of the room. You expected to see Anakin and Ashoka right outside but instead, they were walking away from each other.

"This won't end well," You said while walking in between Auren and Obi-Wan, they both nodded.

Obi-Wan began to walk Ashoka's route but you stopped. Auren had followed him but they looked back to you.

"I should probably go talk to him."

"Very well, don't let him do anything stupid." Obi-Wan sighed.

You laughed as you jogged off, "I'll try."

Anakin had gotten a good head start and he had longer legs. So it would take you a minute to catch up. You jogged for a few minutes, following his force signature, before you saw him up ahead. You ran a little closer before calling,

"Anakin!"

He turned around and still looked mad. While you caught up in a few seconds.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing," He sulked and began to walk.

"Not so fast," You walked backward in front of him, "Why did you yell at Ashoka like that?"

"I didn't yell, but even if I did isn't that what Masters do?"

"No, they give kind feedback about what to work on."

He just sighed.

"Anakin, what are you planning?"

"Can I borrow Auren in an hour?"

"Borrow?"

"Yeah."

"Anakin..."

"Please, it'll help with her training."

His eyes turned soft and he looked hopeful.

"She won't get hurt?"

"No, I promise."

"Ok, I don't think she has anything planned."

"Great." He smiled and walked past you.

Even though you had a bad feeling about this whole thing. You truly trusted Anakin and knew that he wouldn't hurt you or your padawan in any way. Once he turned a corner you sighed and walked back to your quarters. Since you didn't have anything to do, you decided to read.

From your small drawer of books, you picked out another one you stole. This one was of a Jedi who broke the code. It was in the library and many people read it but to Jedi, it was banned. They didn't want anyone getting any ideas.

Halfway through the 8th chapter you wrist started buzzing. You pressed the button and Satine appeared.

She smiled and waved, "Hello again."

"Hi, Duchess," You said as you sat up.

"You know, you really don't have to call me that. If you do I may have to call you princess."

"Ok, I can stick with Satine."

"Good, I was hoping tomorrow you could come to the Senate at around 1 pm."

"I think I could manage that."

"Also, after a half hour or so I think one of your friends would like to see you."

"One of my..." You thought for a second, "Padme?"

She chuckled, "Yes."

"Oh, I'd love to see her."

"I figured, I'll see you tomorrow then."

"See you."

She disappeared and you smiled to yourself. Part of your blood family was here and your non-biological one was too. Everything seemed too good to be true.

Since you spent the rest of the night reading, you awoke to a book by your head. You hadn't talked to Anakin since he had been with the girls all day and Obi-Wan was doing his own thing. Yet, when you got ready for the morning and left your room, Anakin was walking up to your door.

You chuckled at his surprise and walked over to him, "Were you coming to see me?"

"I was."

"Ok, spill."

"I have a meeting with the Chancellor today, so I'll be at the Senate all day."

"Funny, so will I."

"You have a meeting with him too?"

"No," You chuckled, "I'm going to see Satine and then Padme."

"Wow, you'll have an eventful day."

"Wait, so why do you have a meeting?"

Together, you had begun to walk down the hallway.

"He wants to check up on my progress."

"Isn't that a little weird?"

"Not at all, why?"

"No reason."

He looked at you with those sky-blue eyes that made you melt. This time they questioned you, but you felt safe under his gaze anyway. He looked forward after a few seconds and said,

"Do you have time for breakfast?"

"Oh yeah, I don't have to be there until 1."

"Oh, we have plenty of time then."

He directed your way to the mess hall and hopped in line. He grabbed you both a tray and handed you yours.

"So what did you do with the padawans yesterday?"

"We played a lightsaber training game."

"Game?"

"Yeah, my 501st helped out with it."

"Oh, okay."

The men of the 501st were great men with only the best in mind for everybody. They would definitely play a game with the girls. You both grabbed food and went to sit down at a table. There were plenty of open ones and when you checked your comm it was 11:30. You must've slept in pretty late but you still had an hour and a half.

"Whatcha thinking about?"

"Time."

Anakin chuckled at your quick response, "Okay."

"When do you have to go see the Chancellor?"

"Noon."

"I could come over with you and ask Satine if she was available earlier or I could walk around."

"Okay, we can drive over in a little bit."

You nodded and finished your breakfast. Anakin took your tray and you waited for him to get back before walking to the door. Together, you walked out to the hangar and got a yellow speeder.

Anakin flew over to the Senate building and landed in the same hangar as yesterday. He got out and helped you out before kissing you on the cheek and leaving. You smiled and decided to go down to a courtyard for a few minutes.

The courtyard you chose was open and connected to many other buildings. You walked by the trees and flowers, touching soft leaves as you walked by. Then something told you that you should tell Satine you were here and you called her on your comm.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Satine, it's Y/n. I'm already here because I came over with Anakin so if your not busy we could hang out now."

"Oh Y/n, I'm not busy at all."

"Ok, I'm down in the courtyard in front of the building."

"Great, I'll be right down."

She hung up and in a few minutes was walking from the building toward you. You walked over towards her and smiled. She returned it as you got closer, but before either of you could say anything.
